Due to the target ship in the traditional ship handling simulator have not the ability to give way to other ships automatically to avoid collision, this paper put forward a new idea that bringing the hydraulic servo platform, six degrees of freedom ship mathematical model, the actual traffic flow, researching achievement of automatic anti-collision in research of the new pattern ship handling simulator, and successfully develop the Intelligent Ship Handling Simulator(ISHS for short). The paper focuse on the research on the network communication model of ISHS. We took the entire simulator system as three relatively independent networks, proposed a framework of communication network that combined IOCP model based on TCP with blocking model based on UDP, and gave the communication process and protocols of system. Test results indicate that this is an effective way to improve the ownship capacity of ship handling simulator and meet the need of multi-ownship configuration of desktop system of ship handling simulator.

Nowadays, the network traffic has increased exponentially due to amount of information and number of users which are connected to Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets) in this case we focus on LTE-WiFi technologies. This is an important issue that need to solve for an efficient network communication process end to end. The aim of this article is to present the-state-of-theart about performance models for LTE-WiFi HetNets and a classification of key performance metrics which help to analyze HetNets behaviour. The article concludes with a methodology that will be applied later for this research problem, as well as opened research questions. We believe, that apply our methodology using accurate and suitable models in HetNets the transmission process will have a fairness traffic when both networks coexist.

In the network communication, communication systems require multiple tasks simultaneously and independently, and each task needs constantly performing before termination in normal. In order to meet the demand, put forward the multi-channel thread method in communication process. Based on TCP / IP protocol socket network communication, in order to make the server effectively distinguish between multiple client task and accurate transmission of information, using multi thread method processing communication details, ensure the separate and concurrent of communication between each node and server. Deep understanding and flexible use of thread method to the communication process is the key to network communication.

Aiming at the problems of traditional sports service network node layout optimization methods, which have low node coverage, node moving distance, and long distance, a sports service network node layout optimization method based on network communication is proposed. The approximate algorithm is used to calculate the probability that the wireless communication network covers the sports service network node. According to the energy consumption generated by the sports service network node in the communication process and the energy generated by the node transmission data, the energy consumption model is constructed to obtain all the communication nodes of the sports service network. Taking the maximum coverage of the rectangular area of the sports service network communication node and the minimum energy consumption of the node as the optimization goal, the accelerated genetic algorithm is used to construct the objective function to optimize the layout of the sports service network node. The simulation experiment results show that the sports service network node coverage of the proposed method has a wide coverage and a shorter node moving distance, which can effectively extend the life of the sports service network.


The IDS system identifies the anomaly device which connected in the network communication process through evaluating the MAC address compared with the registered list of devices. In completion, this research work ensures that all the devices which are involved in the network communications are authenticated and secured, which increases the security of the network and prevents the intruder. This research work attempts to increase the quality of service of network communication, ensuring error-free communication through monitoring the network.

This research was inspired by many hate speech cases on social media that massively occurred ahead of the presidential election in 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication patterns of religious groups in preventing the spread of hate speech and the group communication process carried out by religious leaders towards their groups about preventing the spread of hate speech in Medan Polonia District. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are religious leaders and members of their groups in Medan Polonia District. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. The results showed that each religious group (Hindu, Protestant Christian, Buddhist and Islamic) had different communication patterns one to another. There are various ways conveyed by the religious leaders in minimalizing their religious members in expressing hate speech in social media. (1) Hindu religious groups tend to have relatively closed network communication networks in terms of politics to avoid the disunity the Hindu’s fellow and also urge their groups to enhance their group mutual respect. (2) The Buddhist group, in its worship process, did not touch the political issues and prefer to discuss issues of security and the economy. (3)Contastively, an open and active communication network is easily found in Christian groups who are oftenly tend to accommodate their group's development with circulation of hate speech on social media, for example by utilizing whatsapp applications, and discussed it in prayer groups. (4) However, religious leader of Islamic religious groups provide themselves as filters in their network communication to avoid any communication containing hate speech so that for his group religious leaders become role models / patrons to behave.

Reading is one of the important aspects in the communication process. Reading can make someone better understand the contents of the reading. In learning to make it easier for students to understand the contents of the reading it will be easier if it begins with the ability to determine the main ideas of the paragraph. Based on this, the researcher conducted a study by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model to the ability to determine the main idea of the paragraph at the fifth grade students of SD 003 Pulau Kopung. This study aims to determine the effect of the CIRC learning model on the ability to determine the main ideas of paragraphs of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Pulau Kopung. This research method is a quasi- experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted in two classes, the VA class as the control class and VB class as the experimental class with 22 students in each class. The results of the study showed that the CIRC learning model influenced the ability to determine paragraph main ideas with the results of calculations derived from the gain index, the experimental class using the CIRC learning model got an increase in gain of 0.59 with the middle class and the control class with the normal learning model got an increase of 0.31 with medium class.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada Masjid Al-Anshari dalam meningkatkan Jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui proses perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses penggerakan dan proses pengendalian di Masjid Al-Anshari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dipandang tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara, rekaman audio dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masjid Al-Anshari di dalam meningkatkan jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at memiliki proses perencanaan berupa penyusunan unsur tujuan, unsur kebijakan, unsur kemajuan, dan unsur program. Proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dengan pembagian kerja melalui struktur organisasi, departementalisasi dengan deksripsi kerjanya, distribusi otoritas, dan koordinasi yang dilakukan setiap Briefing di Coffee Break. Proses penggerakan dilakukan melalui proses motivasi, proses kepemimpinan dan proses komunikasi. Proses pengendalian dilakukan dengan memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada.   This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving Jama'ah Shubuh Prayer and Friday Prayers. In more detail, the purpose of this research is to find out the planning process, the organizing process, the mobilization process and the control process at Al-Ansari Mosque.  This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, considered appropriate for use in this study. The data collection method is by observation, interview, audio recording and documentation study.  The results of this study indicate that the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving the congregation of the Shubuh Prayers and Friday Prayers has a planning process in the form of compilation of objectives, policy elements, progress elements, and program elements. The organizing process is carried out with the division of labor through the organizational structure, departmentalization with its work description, distribution of authority, and coordination that is carried out every Briefing at Coffee Break. The mobilization process is carried out through a motivational process, a leadership process and a communication process. The control process is carried out by correcting the existing deviations.
