This research is motivated by the low ability students in finding ideas principal authorshipnarration in class IV SDN 003 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Goals to be achieved in thisresearch is to improve the ability of students in the basic idea for narrative writing in class IVSDN 003 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through DRTA Strategy (directed reading thinkingactivity) carried out for 1 month. This research was conducted in SDN 003 Pagaran TapahDarussalam. Classes are meticulous researchers are class IV by the number of students asmany as 20 people. The study of this class action commenced in early September 2014. Thisform of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists ofinstruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the results ofthe study, the research concluded that the ability to search for the key idea fourth gradestudents of SDN 003 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam can be enhanced through DRTA strategy. This is evident from the increase in the student's ability in finding the key idea of the strategyDRTA before being applied to the second cycle of the second meeting. Known frompreliminary data the average value of students is 63. If the views of classical completeness, there are 30% of students (6) who finished obtaining a minimum value of 65 (according to thestandard KKM), the first cycle the first meeting denganrata average increased to 65, 3%circuitry completeness reach 10 or 50%, while in the second meeting mkembali increased to69.5 by the thoroughness of 12 people or 60% and sikluy II first meeting back in an averageincrease of 75% with the thoroughness of 16 or 80% and increased again in meetings second, reaching 80.5% with 100% completeness. The overall ability of students increased from theinitial tests until the fourth meeting of (20%). Thus, this study was successful

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade IX SMP Muhammadiyah Padang LuasKecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This study aims to improve learning outcomes in mathematicslearning through STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach in class IX SMP MuhammadiyahPadang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The subjects of this study were all classes IX in SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar totaling 26 people. The form ofresearch is classroom action research. This research instrument consists of performance instruments and datacollection instruments in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and activities. The results of the studystated that there were significant differences between students' mathematics learning outcomes before applyingthe STAD type cooperative learning model with the RME approach with after applying the STAD typecooperative learning model with the RME approach. The difference shows student learning outcomes after theaction is better than before the action with completeness reaching 80.77% or 21 completed. Based on the resultsof the study and discussion it can be concluded that the application of STAD type learning model with RealisticMathematic Education (RME) approach can improve the learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar on statistical material.

This research was conducted in SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes are meticulous researcher is a class II half of the number of students as many as 20 people. This classroom action research was started in early august 2015. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded that the success of the study is known of improving learning at each meeting for each cycle. The first cycle of the first meeting of student interests is still considered low by percentage of 48.3%. The first meeting of the second cycle increased with the percentage of 58,3%, in the first meeting of the second cycle also increases with the percentage of 70,8%, student interest in the percentage reached 80,00% or higher category. Thus the research hypothesis that says the use of media images can increase increase student interest in learning civics class II SDN 015 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam "unacceptable"

Background: Helicobacter pylori transmission routes are not entirely elucidated. Since yeasts are postulated to transmit this pathogen, this study aimed to detect and genotype intracellular H. pylori harbored within vaginal yeast cells. Methods: A questionnaire was used to determine risk factors of H. pylori infection. Samples were seeded on Sabouraud Dextrose Agar and horse blood-supplemented Columbia agar. Isolated yeasts were identified using and observed by optical microscopy searching for intra-yeast H. pylori. Total yeast DNA, from one random sample, was extracted to search for H. pylori virulence genes by PCR and bacterial identification by sequencing. Results: 43% of samples contained yeasts, mainly Candida albicans (91%). Microscopy detected bacteria such as bodies and anti-H. pylori antibodies binding particles in 50% of the isolated yeasts. Total DNA extracted showed that 50% of the isolated yeasts were positive for H. pylori 16S rDNA and the sequence showed 99.8% similarity with H. pylori. In total, 32% of H. pylori DNA positive samples were cagA+ vacAs1a vacAm1 dupA−. No relationship was observed between possible H. pylori infection risk factors and vaginal yeasts harboring this bacterium. Conclusion: H. pylori having virulent genotypes were detected within vaginal yeasts constituting a risk for vertical transmission of this pathogen.
