AbstractWhile the role of non-ability intrapersonal variables including personality traits and motivational dynamic factors has been well documented in numerous studies, the relationship of transient states to cognitive performance has been relatively neglected. Boyle (1983b, 1986) demonstrated that emotional states powerfully influence cognitive learning outcomes under conditions of stressful activation. However, under neutral, non-emotive conditions, it remained unclear what role if any was played by mood states in cognitive learning. The failure to employ change measures in these studies may have obscured the likely influence of emotions on cognitive performance in the neutral situation. This study re-examines the relationship of moods with cognitive learning performance using state-change scores rather than single-occasion mood-state scores as the basis for predicting cognitive learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini berjudul aplikasi keterampilan metakognitif dalam pembelajaran ekosistem di MAN Rukoh, pada hakekatnya penelitian ini tentang keterampilan metakognitif pada siswa di MAN Rukoh, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan metakognitif terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas X MAN Rukoh serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan metakognitif dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas X MAN Rukoh. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimental dengan jumlah sampel 23 orang siswa. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) 71, rata-rata keterampilan metakognitif siswa adalah 27. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterampilan metakognitif dengan hasil belajar adalah uji korelasi product moment pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Korelasi antara keterampilan metakognitif dan hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh rhitung = 0.669, sedangkan rtabel = 0,413, dimana r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel yang berarti Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolah. Hubungan antara keterampilan metakognitif dengan hasil belajar diperoleh 0,669 yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang cukup diantara kedua variabel tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Keterampilan metakognitif mempengaruhi hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas X-4 MAN Rukoh, dan ada hubungan positif antara keterampilan metakognitif dengan hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Keterampilan Metakognitif dan Pembelajaran Ekosistem The study is entitled the application of metacognitive skills in learning ecosystem in MAN Rukoh. This research has two aims, namelty to determine the effect of metacognitive skills on cognitive learning outcomes of students Class X MAN Rukoh and to investigate the relationship between metacognitive skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students Class X MAN Rukoh. The method used is pre-experimenta. The samples were 23 students. The average of students’ learning outcomes after Teaching and Learning (PBM) was 71, the average of students metacognitive skills was 27. The product moment correlation was used to analyze the data of the relationship of metacognitive skills to learning outcomes at the significance level of 0.05. The correlation between metacognitive skills and cognitive learning outcomes obtained rcounting = 0.669, while rtable = 0.413, where r-count is higher than the r-table meaning while Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The relationship between metacognitive skills to the learning outcomes obtained 0.669 which means having a sufficient relationship between the two variables. The conclusion of this study is the metacognitive skills affect cognitive achievement grade 4 X-MAN Rukoh, and there is a positive relationship between metacognitive skills to learning outcomes. Abstrak: Mahasiswa masih kesulitan dalam mengelola informasi baru dan menghubungkannya dengan materi yang telah diterima sebelumnya. Kondisi tersebut terlihat pada hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa yang masih banyak dalam kategori cukup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi review artikel ilmiah terhadap kesadaran metakognisi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa serta menganalisis hubungan kedua variable tersebut. Sampel adalah mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah Endokrinologi dengan desain penelitian one shot case study. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa yaitu 25,9% kategori sangat baik, 51,9% kategori baik dan 22,2% kategori cukup. Kesadaran metakognisi adalah 79,8% dengan kategori baik dimana nilai tertinggi pada pengetahuan kondisional. Hasil uji statistic multivariant annova adalah pembelajaran menggunakan review artikel ilmiah berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran metakognisi dan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kesadaran metakognisi dengan hasil belajar kognitif dengan nilai korelasi 0,886. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan adalah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dan kesadaran metakognisi mahasiswa, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran menggunakan review artikel ilmiah terhadap kesadaran metakognisi dan hasil belajar kognitif serta terdapat korelasi yang positif antara kedua variable tersebut. metakognisi menekankan pemantauan dan tanggung jawab diri siswa, sehingga siswa dapat mengatur dirinya untuk merencanakan, memantau dan mengevaluasi tujuan pembelajarannya sehinggan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitifnyaKata- kata kunci: Kesadaran metakognisi; Hasil belajar kognitif; Review artikel ilmiah�Abstract: Students still have difficulty managing new information and relating it to previously received material. This condition can be seen in the cognitive learning outcomes of students who are still in the sufficient category. The purpose of this study was to anlyze the effect of scientific article review strategies on metacognition awareness and student learning outcomes and the relationship between the two variables. The sample was students taking the Endocrinology course with a one-shot case study research design. The results of the study showed an increase in student cognitive learning outcomes, 25.9% very good category, 51.9% good category and 22.2% sufficient category. Metacognition awareness was 79.8% with the good category where the highest score was on conditional knowledge. The result of the Annova multivariant statistical test is that learning using scientific article reviews has an effect on metacognition awareness and cognitive learning outcomes of students. The results of the correlation test showed that there was a positive relationship between metacognition awareness and cognitive learning outcomes with a correlation value of 0.886. The results of the study as a whole are there is an increase in student cognitive learning outcomes and metacognition awareness, there is a significant effect of learning using scientific article reviews on metacognition awareness and cognitive learning outcomes and there is a positive correlation between the two variables. Metacognition emphasizes monitoring and self-responsibility of students, so that students can organize themselves to plan, monitor and evaluate their learning goals so that they can improve their cognitive learning outcomes.Keyword: �Cognitive learning outcomes, Metacognition awareness, Scientific article reviews

This study aims to determine: (1) Biology learning outcomes of students; (2) Student interest in learning; (3) student motivation; (4) Parents' attention; (5) The relationship between interest, motivation and parental attention to student biology learning outcomes in the cross-interest group of class X students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan in 2019. The research method is a descriptive correlational research method with a research sample of 100 students. determined by cluster random sampling (random sample class). The research instrument consisted of a cognitive learning outcome test, a student interest questionnaire, a student learning motivation questionnaire, and a student parent attention questionnaire that had been tested for validity, reliability, discrepancy and level of difficulty. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The results showed: (1) Cognitive learning outcomes of 74.08 which fall into the moderate category; (2) The level of student interest was 64.67 which was in the medium category; (3) The level of student motivation is 68.46 which belongs to the medium category; (4) The level of attention of the students' parents is 66.74 which is in the moderate category; (5) The significant relationship between student interest in learning, student motivation, and parents' attention to student cognitive learning outcomes with Sig 0.00 <0.05.

<p>Spiritual intelligence is intelligence that motivates human beings to discover the meaning and purpose of life and encourages growth in creativity, morals and character. One factor that affects learning outcomes is spiritual intelligence. This research aims to see the correlation between spiritual intelligence (SI) and students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The research method used was a quantitative causal correlational with a saturated sampling technique (sample member is the same as population member). The data was collected by using a questionnaire to measure students’ spiritual intelligence and a test to measure students’ cognitive learning outcomes. Product Moment Correlation was used to test the instrument’s validity while Alpha Cronbach and Guttman Split Half was used to test the instrument’s reliability. Rank Spearman was used to calculate the coefficient correlation. All the data was analyzed using SPSS 20. The research showed that there is positive correlation between students’ spiritual intelligence and their cognitive learning outcomes (r = 0.2317).</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Kecerdasan spiritual (SI) merupakan kecerdasan yang mendorong manusia menemukan makna dan tujuan hidup serta mendorong bertumbuh dalam kreativitas, moral, maupun karakter. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar adalah kecerdasan spiritual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif kausal korelasional.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengukur variabel kecerdasan spiritual dan tes untuk mengukur variabel hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan alpha cronbach’s serta guttman split half. Uji koefisien korelasi menggunakan rumus rank spearman dan menggunakan SPSS 20 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa (r = 0.2317)</p>

<p>Creativity is a very important aspect of learning, including learning mathematics, because creativity helps students in problem solving. This article is an associative quantitative correlational research to determine the relationship between creativity and cognitive learning outcomes of students in grade 10 (basic science track) at a high school in Tangerang. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires and tests. The questionnaire obtained data on the students' creativity and the tests gathered data on the students' cognitive learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that the creativity of the students were categorized as (1) high (14.29%) , (2) quite high at 55.10%, (3) fair (26.53%) and (4) low (4.08 %). For the cognitive learning outcomes, students were categorized as (1) high (44.90%), (2) quite high (28.57%), (3) average (22.45%) and (4) low (4.08%). This study shows that there is a positive and significant association (r = 0.372, p = 0.004) between creativity and cognitive learning outcomes of these grade 10 students presented by the regression equation Y = 9.908 + 0.638 X.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Kreativitas merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran, termasuk dalam pembelajaran matematika, karena kreativitas membantu siswa dalam pemecahan masalah.  Artikel ini merupakan suatu penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif korelasional untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kreativitas dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas X IPA Basic SMA ABC Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data mengenai kreativitas siswa dan tes untuk memperoleh data mengenai hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas siswa kelas X IPA Basic SMA ABC Tangerang dapat dikategorikan sebagai (1) tinggi (14,29%), (2) cukup tinggi (55,10%), (3) rata-rata (26,53%) dan (4) rendah (4,08%). Sedangkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas X IPA Basic SMA ABC  Tangerang dapat dikategorikan sebagai (1) tinggi (44,90%), cukup tinggi (28,57%), rata-rata (22,45%) (4) rendah (4,08%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat asosiasi positif dan signifikan ( r = 0.372, p = 0.004) antara kreativitas dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas X IPA Basic SMA ABC, yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan regresi.</p>

Critical thinking skills is a very important aspect that students must have in learning chemistry, especially in solving problems that require deeper alternative solutions. This research aims to analyze the relationship of critical thinking on student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material. In this research, there were 48 students sampled, the technique used for sampling was purposive sampling. For data analysis in this research using correlation and regression tests with a probability value of 0.05. From the results of the linearity and correlation tests found that students 'critical thinking skills have a relationship with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material by 0.599 and the regression results also show the same thing that there is a significant relationship between students' critical thinking skills with learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material that is seen from the comparison of the significance value (0,000) with a probability value (0.05), (0,000 <0.05) means that there is a positive relationship between critical thinking skills with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material in SMAN 1 Kampar. The contribution or contribution of students' critical thinking skills to learning outcomes in the hydrolysis material is 35.9% while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The higher the level of critical thinking skills of students, the greater the significant functional relationship to learning outcomes, and also the greater contribution / contribution of critical thinking skills to student learning outcomes.Keywords : Critical thinking skills, learning outcomes, correlation and regression analysis, salt hydrolysis
