There are many studies which implement and assess existing measurement manners and document the progress of entities towards the circular economy (CE) at various levels, or present or propose new possibilities of measurement. The majority of them refer to the micro level. The aim of this paper is to conduct a multidimensional comparative analysis of the implementation of circular economy by EU countries. After an in-depth critical analysis of the literature, CE indicators which were proposed by the European Commission were adopted as a basis. Owing to the research population-Member States of the European Union (EU-28), focusing on the said indicators was declared reasonable in all aspects. The classification of EU countries according to the level of their advancement in the concept of CE was adopted as a main research task. In order to do so, a relevant index of development of circular economy was created (IDCE). This will allow us, inter alia, to trace changes in the spatial differentiation of advancement of the EU countries in implementing CE over the years, to identify CE implementation leaders as well as countries particularly delayed in this regard. The comparative analysis was conducted by means of statistical methods. On the basis of the analyses, it was concluded that among all EU countries, those of the old EU are the most advanced in terms of CE. The analysis confirmed significant rising trends for IDCE only in the case of Belgium and The Netherlands.

<p>Data was collected through one-on-one and telephone semi-structured interviews between March 2018 and March 2019 involving 218 editors and reporters drawn from 15 Kenyan print and online newspapers. The study used simple random sampling where each population member had a fair chance of being considered for the research. Data gathered was organised methodically guided by the research objectives, transcribed and subsequently cleaned and labelled before a suitable framework was identified. It was then coded, themes identified and patterns of the data noticed building to a sequence of events. </p>

Population in this research is 11 Syariah Commercial Banks in Indonesia year 2015-2017. Given the number of population is still within the range of research, the sampling is done by census method, that is, the entire population member as the research sample. The analysis technique used is independent-samples t test. The test results indicate that there is a difference of Capital Adequacy Ratio between Book 1 and Book 2 on Sharia Public Bank which go public. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the average CAR between Book 1 and Book 2 on Sharia Public Bank which go public. There is a difference of Operational Expense to Operational Income between Book 1 and Book 2 at the Public Bank of Sharia which go public. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between BOPO Book 1 and Book 2 on the Sharia Public Bank which go public. There is a difference of Loan to Deposits Ratio between Book 1 and Book 2 on the Sharia Public Bank which goes public. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the average LDR between Book 1 and Book 2 on Sharia Public Bank which go public. In terms of fish dynamic population, reproduction is a process related with corporal size of each population member, which is tied with the spawning time and number of eggs produced. In order to relate the size of female little tuny (Euthynnus alletteratus), located in the southwest Gulf of Mexico, and its contribution in reproductive process, cycle and reproductive characteristics were analyzed by different size groups. Biological data were obtained by the artisanal fishing fleet of Antón Lizardo Veracruz community (Mexico). A total of 480 fish were caught from December 2009 to November 2012. Size structure, gonadosomatic index and duration and intensity spawning index were determined. The gonadosomatic index showed a decrease in the population after April and July. Nevertheless, this months and the fraction of spawning female may vary depending on size groups. According with the IDI, the individuals with the highest contribution in reproductive process belong to sizes from 44 to 56 cm. Therefore, in order to guarantee the conservation of this species, it is imperative to mainly direct the management measures towards the females from these sizes.

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the consumers’ behavior and satisfaction in purchasing decisions at North Bogor UMKM. Populations of this study are consumers who have shopped UMKM culinary products in North Bogor. The research method used was Non Probability sampling method, where not all the population member have the same opportunity to be a sample (prospective respondents), but respondents who are making purchases at UMKM in North Bogor District. The data source used is primary data obtained by using a questionnaire with a sample of 70 respondents who visited culinary UMKM in North Bogor. Data analysis in this study used three approaches: descriptive analysis, IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis, and CSI analysis (Customer Satisfaction Index). The conclusions from the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) test was the attributes that need to be considered and become the main priority for improvement are quadrant I (food hygiene, affordable price, and “harga sesuai dengan kualitas”). The results of the CSI method (Customer Satisfaction Index) show the level of customer satisfaction at 81.86%. This value is in the range of 80-100%, thus overall consumers feel very satisfied with the purchasing decisions at North Bogor UMKM. The output of this study is publications in accredited national journals/proceeding.

This methodology for stable and robust design of FIR filters. Differential evolution (DE) is taken as a global search technique and it uses local search algorithm to find the optimal solution for the design. DE is implemented here to design low pass, band pass as well as high order filters and results which are obtained can also be applied to higher order filters. The recombination approach involves the creation of new candidate solution components based on the weighted difference between two randomly selected population members added to a third population member. This perturbs population members relative to the spread of the broader population. In conjunction with selection, the perturbation effect self-organizes the sampling of the problem space, bounding it to known areas of interest

<p>Spiritual intelligence is intelligence that motivates human beings to discover the meaning and purpose of life and encourages growth in creativity, morals and character. One factor that affects learning outcomes is spiritual intelligence. This research aims to see the correlation between spiritual intelligence (SI) and students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The research method used was a quantitative causal correlational with a saturated sampling technique (sample member is the same as population member). The data was collected by using a questionnaire to measure students’ spiritual intelligence and a test to measure students’ cognitive learning outcomes. Product Moment Correlation was used to test the instrument’s validity while Alpha Cronbach and Guttman Split Half was used to test the instrument’s reliability. Rank Spearman was used to calculate the coefficient correlation. All the data was analyzed using SPSS 20. The research showed that there is positive correlation between students’ spiritual intelligence and their cognitive learning outcomes (r = 0.2317).</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Kecerdasan spiritual (SI) merupakan kecerdasan yang mendorong manusia menemukan makna dan tujuan hidup serta mendorong bertumbuh dalam kreativitas, moral, maupun karakter.
