AbstractE-learning is achieved by the deep integration of modern education and information technology, and plays an important role in promoting educational equity. With the continuous expansion of user groups and application areas, it has become increasingly important to effectively ensure the quality of e-learning. Currently, one of the methods to ensure the quality of e-learning is to use mutually independent e-learning behaviour data to build a learning performance predictor to achieve real-time supervision and feedback during the learning process. However, this method ignores the inherent correlation between e-learning behaviours. Therefore, we propose the behaviour classification-based e-learning performance (BCEP) prediction framework, which selects the features of e-learning behaviours, uses feature fusion with behaviour data according to the behaviour classification model to obtain the category feature values of each type of behaviour, and finally builds a learning performance predictor based on machine learning. In addition, because existing e-learning behaviour classification methods do not fully consider the process of learning, we also propose an online behaviour classification model based on the e-learning process called the process-behaviour classification (PBC) model. Experimental results with the Open University Learning Analytics Dataset (OULAD) show that the learning performance predictor based on the BCEP prediction framework has a good prediction effect, and the performance of the PBC model in learning performance prediction is better than traditional classification methods. We construct an e-learning performance predictor from a new perspective and provide a new solution for the quantitative evaluation of e-learning classification methods.

Lately, user quality of experience (QoE) during their interaction with a system is a significant factor in the assessment of most systems. However, user QoE is dependent not only on the content served to the users, but also on the performance of the service provided. This chapter describes a novel QoE layer that extends the features of classic adaptive e-learning systems in order to consider delivery performance in the adaptation process and help in providing good user perceived QoE during the learning process. An experimental study compared a classic adaptive e-learning system with one enhanced with the proposed QoE layer. The result analysis compares learner outcome, learning performance, visual quality and usability of the two systems and shows how the QoE layer brings significant benefits to user satisfaction improving the overall learning process.

The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.

ABSTRACTICT is one of the learning media that is widely used in various fields of educationbecause it increases the effectiveness and efficiency in the learning process. Theuse of ICT in learning includes tutorials, application tools and communication, while the application of ICT in the world of education is in the form of electronicbooks and e-learning. The use of information and communication technology ineducation is absolutely necessary to answer problems in the education sector, especially for access and equity and the quality of education. Everything will runsmoothly depending on the technology and network conditions available.Standardization and utilization of ICT in education is very important to ensure thequality of educational processes and outcomes. Teachers as implementers ofeducation are required to design the learning process by presenting the rightlearning atmosphere so that the learning process can take place effectively, efficiently and pleasantly. One learning model that can be used as a reference formodel design and learning based material is the ADDIE model.

The strength of a teacher in teaching is heavily influenced by the effective communication practiced by Dikelas-kelas. Learners are so cool with every word and story that the teacher developed. They are as stunted in the strains of beautiful melodies that splash. While this is the teaching of the teacher, the learners have the convenience of capturing it. Effective communication is very important for the learning process, because as a process where the existence of students with diverse cultures, family background and differences of viewpoints and self-stability are still vulnerable will determine The success of communication itself. The success of communication in the teaching and learning process is not only determined by the teachers but also the mental readiness condition in the teaching-learning process, as well as will be supported by environmental conditioning and Management of the school itself. There is a wide range of breakthroughs in improving communication skills for BK teachers, because BK teachers have the duties, responsibilities, and authority in the implementation of tutoring and counseling services for learners. Related to the student's self-development that suits the needs, potential, talents, interests, and personality of students at school/Madrasah.To improve students ' learning performance, BK teachers are required to create a conducive situation and encourage students to learn more optimally both in independent learning and in class learning with enthusiasm. In order to learn to teach more communicative, there is also necessary proximity between master BK and students as an effort to establish a trust between the two. As a manifestation and concern for the communication process that occurred in the school between the BK teachers and high school students in Depok, then the STIAMI Institute conducts effective communication training for the teachers of BK SMA. With the aim of building and improving the communication skills of master BK to support the process of teaching more effectively through communication. The target audience of this dedication is the teachers of BK SMA in Depok. The cost of devotion is obtained from the Department of Communication in the STIAMI Institute in 2015. The event was held on 20 December 2016 at the STIAMI II campus on JL. Arif Rahman Hakim No. 3 Beji Depok, followed by 50 teachers of BK SMA. From the results of the evaluation of the results and benefits of this dedication activities include improving the communication skills of the BK SMA teachers in understanding students in the face of the learning process according to their age and "kinship". The participants were enthusiastic and actively participated in this training activity. This training is to be done on a wider target and the material can be developed on teachers other than BK teachers. Thus, it is hoped that someday help BK teachers and other teachers to develop and improve the quality of Communication to the students, so that the quality of learning is increased because it has awakened trust between teachers and students in the area of Depok.

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread worldwide, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government recommends all citizens to stay at home and to work and study from home. Therefore, most universities have implemented e-learning in their teaching and learning process. This research focused on the effect of e-learning on students’ interest and learning at the varsity level. Quantitative research methods were used. The data were collected from 176 students from two private universities in Medan, Sumatera Utara. The findings were that e-learning enabled the students to access the global world and distribute learning materials through WhatsApp. Assignments were marked promptly and e-learning helped students to set their own schedule. E-learning motivated the students to do their own work without others’ help, but the students did not agree that e-learning enhanced the quality of the teaching-learning process. Defining, measuring, and achieving quality of e-learning systems are not an easy task. Accordingly, one of the most essential goals for the higher educational institutes is how to reach a high and satisfied level of quality in their learning systems. Achieving such level needs adequate and continuous improvements for the whole e-learning environment elements. Therefore, we aim in our work to construct a unified framework for total quality management system (TQMS) that attempt to satisfy the quality requirements, needs, and standards. The objective of this paper is to present a quality control model for e-learning system that adopts the e-learning platform according to the on-line determination of both user's requirements and global standards. This paper proposed software architecture of quality Management framework for e-learning that could be adopted by different higher education institutes to control the quality of the e-learning process, and assure the quality of the e-learning process outcome. The proposed framework is based on a tri-dimensions quality model. The three dimensions are set of quality requirements for e-learning environment represented in Quality Assurance (QA) policies that will be formalized by using policy based approach, the specifications of e-learning platform that provide learning and teaching activities, and quality control process loop. The architecture for monitor and ensure quality control of the QA policies for e-learning system will deliver the whole learning services in an optimal way. It is also flexible and can be implemented over any e-learning system.
