The COVID-19 pandemic has spread worldwide, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government recommends all citizens to stay at home and to work and study from home. Therefore, most universities have implemented e-learning in their teaching and learning process. This research focused on the effect of e-learning on students’ interest and learning at the varsity level. Quantitative research methods were used. The data were collected from 176 students from two private universities in Medan, Sumatera Utara. The findings were that e-learning enabled the students to access the global world and distribute learning materials through WhatsApp. Assignments were marked promptly and e-learning helped students to set their own schedule. E-learning motivated the students to do their own work without others’ help, but the students did not agree that e-learning enhanced the quality of the teaching-learning process. The quality of life of the nation is largely determined by educational factors. In carrying out this research, the author uses quantitative research methods. quantitative approach, descriptive analysis through library research and field research. The results teacher's ability to manage classes in MTs Negeri Baturaja is in the moderate category 45.62%. means to be quite good because it is supported by the sincerity of teachers in providing religious understanding and guidance to these students. The results of the next study can be concluded that the teaching and learning process in the subjects of Islamic Culture History (SKI) in Baturaja State MTs is in the moderate category 59.65%. that the teaching and learning process in Islamic Culture History (SKI) subjects at Baturaja State MTs seems to be quite good because it is supported by positive student habits and activities.

AbstrakSeiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, proses belajar mengajar tidak hanya mengandalkan tatap muka secara langsung yang diselenggarakan didalam kelas, namun juga mengandalkan media lain, seperti media ICT yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bentuk penyebaran materi pembelajaran. E-Learning sangat potensial untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu media interakti yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran karena siswa dapat mengakses materi pembelajaran selain itu juga kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan pengajar akan terbuka lebih luas. Selain itu e-learningjuga berfungsi sebagai forum diskusi antara pengajar dan siswa, dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai kuis online, sehingga semua kegiatan proses pembelajaran menjadi sangat efektif dan efisien.Katakunci:E-Learning, kualitas pembelajaran, efektif, efisienAbstractAlong with the development of technology, teaching and learning process not only rely on face-to-face directly held in the classroom, but also rely on other media, such as ICT media that can be used as one form of dissemination of learning materials. This study aims to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets on student achievement in Islamic subjects. This study uses quantitative research methods using correlation techniques. The population as well as the sample in this study were all students of SMP Laut Dendang, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaires, and observations. Correlation calculation is done by testing the hypothesis with the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the use of student worksheets and student achievement in Islamic subjects, this is indicated by the results of calculations where r­­count= 0.719 while rtable= 0.302. This calculation also means that the teaching and learning process of teachers and students can make the most of the Student Worksheets so that student learning achievement will increase significantly.

In Indonesia Internationally Standardized School, the teacher are required to use English andcommunication  technology in teaching math and science. The use of English, however, often becomes an obstacles for the students to follow the teaching learning process, so the students need to be taught reading strategies which  help  them to  improve  their  achievement. This research was aimed at: (1) developing teaching learning materials, (2) describing the quality of the teaching learning materials, (3) finding out the implementation of the lesson plan to train reading strategies, (4) finding out how the students use the reading strategies, (5) finding out the students learning achievement both in the product and process, (6) finding out students interest in the implementation of the reading strategies in the teaching and learning process.The researcher developed the teaching learning materials using 4D model and use One Group Pretest-Postest Design during the implementation. The reaserch data were analized using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The teaching learning materials were validated by expert as good, so they can be used in the teaching and learning process. The implementation of the four lesson plans were good. Students reading ability to find out the differences and simillarities was in good category. Students reading ability, and learning the new word using Flash Card, were in good category. Student achievement after the teaching and learning process were improved, including the students interest was in good category.Penyelenggaraan Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional, sebagaimana diatur oleh pemerintah melalui UU Sisdiknas Nomor 20 tahun 2005 mewajibkan proses pembelajaran untuk Matematika dan IPA menggunakan bahasa Inggris dan penggunaan TIK. Penggunaan bahan ajar berbahasa Inggris merupakan kendala tersendiri bagi siswa untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengembangkan sebuah perangkat pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengajarkan strategi belajar membaca guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, (2) mendeskripsikan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran, (3) mengetahui keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran yang didesain untuk melatihkan strategi belajar membaca, (4) mengetahuiketerampilansiswa dalam menggunakan strategibelajar membaca, (5) mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yang meliputi produk dan proses, dan (6) mengetahui minat siswa terhadap penggunaan strategi belajar membac adalam kegiatan belajar.     Perangkat yang dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat 4D sedangkan rancangan penelitian yang dipakai adalah One Group Pretest-Postest Design sedangkan hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini menurut hasil validasi pakar memiliki kualitas baik, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai perangkat dalam pembelajaran. Keterlaksanaan rata-rata dari keempat RPP ini dikategorikan baik. Keterampilan belajar membaca siswa untuk mencari persamaan dan perbedaan dikategorikan belum tuntas, keterampilan membaca umum baik dan keterampilan belajar kata baru dengan menggunakan Flash Card sangat baik. Ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dilihat dari proporsi jawaban benar sebelum pembelajaran dan sesudah pembelajaran. Minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran dikategorikan baik.

Teaching materials are one of the most important parts of the learning process and also prove that the teacher is professional or not, the nature of teaching materials is to provide convenience when conducting learning. This research is a school action research using descriptive quantitative research methods which in the results of this study are explained using numbers in the presentation. Place in SDN 005 Koto Sentajo Sentajo Raya Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total sample of 10 teachers. The results of this study will discuss three aspects of assessment in teaching materials, the first in the aspect of content feasibility illustrates that in the appropriate category there are 6 teachers with a percentage of 60%, and the category is very feasible with a total of 4 teachers with a percentage of 40%. in the second aspect the assessment of linguistic aspects in the feasible category with the percentage of 50%, and the very decent category 50%. in the third aspect, the evaluation of the presentation aspects in the category is feasible with a percentage of 20%, and in the very feasible category of 80%. Then it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to make teaching materials is good, and the making of teaching materials is appropriate for use in the learning process.

At present, the application of internet technology in the field of education is very much needed in order to improve the quality and equitable education services. One of them in improving the quality of education is from educators (teachers). The teacher has a very crucial role in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the teacher must be able to provide an appropriate method and method so that the classroom atmosphere in PBM becomes enjoyable. The specific purpose of this service is that they are able to understand and properly apply e-learning based learning media. The implementation is held for 2 (two) days, namely: first, the implementation of observation and the introduction process. Then the next day a workshop held on the application of e-learning based  learning media. The result of this dedication is that teachers can apply e-learning based learning models in the teaching and learning process.

A variety of tools are available to collect, process and analyse learning data obtained from the clickstream generated by students watching learning resources in video format. There is also some literature on the uses of such data in order to better understand and improve the teaching-learning process. Most of the literature focuses on large scale learning scenarios, such as MOOCs, where videos are watched hundreds or thousands of times. We have developed a solution to collect clickstream analytics data applicable to smaller scenarios, much more common in primary, secondary and higher education, where videos are watched tens or hundreds of times, and to analyse whether the solution is useful to teachers to improve the learning process. We have deployed it in a real scenario and collected real data. Furthermore, we have processed and presented the data visually to teachers for those scenarios and have collected and analysed their perception of their usefulness. We conclude that the collected data are perceived as useful by teachers to improve the teaching and learning process.

This study aimed to start an effort to evaluate the quality of thesis institutionally. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the thesis and determine the achievement of the quality of the thesis as a research work. This study is a descriptive evaluation. The study was conducted at the Department of PAI FITK IAIN Surakarta. The results showed several things. First, the majority of PAI student thesis in 2012 used qualitative research methods. Second, the quality of PAI student thesis in 2012 were generally good, on the thesis that uses quantitative and qualitative research methods. Third, the thesis uses quantitative research methods have a higher quality index than the thesis that uses qualitative research methods. Fourth, for the thesis used quantitative research methods showing the low quality of the elements present in the background of the problem and framework of thinking. Fifth, for the thesis used qualitative research methods showing the low quality of the elements contained in the title of the study andbackground of the problem

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at<br />Sultan Syarif Khasim II Airport Pekanbaru. Using a sample of 100 people. In this study the<br />authors use descriptive and quantitative research methods using SPSS method.From the<br />result of research, the value of titung variable of service quality is 20,764 and t value is table<br />1,660, so t &gt; t (20,764 &gt; 1,660) and significant value 0,000 &lt; 0,05, so it can be count table<br />concluded that service quality variable positively and significant customer satisfaction. The<br />value of R square = 0,815 means 81,5% influence of independent variable (Service Quality)<br />to dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) equal to 81,5% and while remaining 18,5%<br />influenced by other variable not examined.Finally from this study can be concluded that<br />customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, so it is<br />advisable to Air Batik airline to be able to maintain and continue to improve the quality of<br />service.

Competition between banks is currently very tight. To win the competition the bank must pay attention to the needs and desires of its customers. The quality of services and marketing programs is thought to play an important role in the growth of Third Party Funds. This study aims to examine the Effect of Service Quality and Marketing Programs on Third Party Funds at DKI Bank Sunter Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all new customers in 2018 at DKI Bank  Branch Sunter, which numbered 1000 customers, with a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the quality of services and marketing programs had a significant effect on Third Party Funds
