The article discusses the mechanisms of building public opinion leaders in modern neo-information society. A number of methods were applied: a study of the authors using the focus group method ‘Bloggers=influencers?’ (n=10); secondary analysis of the sociological research of the ZIRCON research group in a personal interview “The image of a journalist in the mass consciousness of Russians” (n=1604); a framework analysis of the construction of hype as a social phenomenon in media discourse; authors’ research using the case study method “The phenomenon of Diana Shurygina.” Chronological scope of the study: 2017-2019. It is concluded that the strengthening of the actors of the blogging institution in the media was made possible as a result of a “crisis of confidence” in “traditional” media, in particular television, with a politicized media agenda leading to the acquisition of a propaganda vector, defining thereby the trend of piarisation the media. Being the influencers (mainly for the younger generation, which is exceptionally loyal), bloggers affect the building of a system of norms, values and attitudes of their audience. At the same time, the functioning of bloggers as leaders of public opinion contributes to the inspiration of marketing strategies: the sale of various goods and services through local advertising and product placement, the so-called influential marketing. In addition, by creating social phenomena such as hype, bloggers become drivers of hyponomics (or the economy of hype). Keywords: leader of public opinion, influencing, media, blogging, hype, hyponomics

Nowadays, self-organized travel, in which a tourist without the help of travel agents forms his tour package, buying air tickets, booking hotels, transfers and other services, is becoming increasingly popular. All this became possible primarily thanks to the development of Internet services, which have recently become available and easy to use. In addition, the system of electronic payments allows you to pay for the ordered services in a short time anywhere in the world. It can be concluded that the share of independent travel will increase every year. The most popular destinations for such independent travel are national capitals and large cities with well-developed infrastructure. According to the latest research, tourists come on average for 3-4 days, stay in economy class hotels (or rented apartments), eat in authentic medium level establishments. While on holiday, they visit certain sights, such as museums, monumental buildings, nature reserves and so on. Much time is also spent walking around the city, when tourists enjoy visiting and resting in city parks. In this article, we will consider the impact of urban parks on tourism, as well as highlight the main benefits of developing the urban park environment in the context of sustainable development of the territory and attracting tourists.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of home violence in modern Ukraine and the peculiarities of the state social policy for its solution, because today home violence is a common problem among all segments of the population around the world. According to the National Police of Ukraine, on average during 2020, one person suffered from home violence every three hours. The article analyzes the results of sociological research conducted in Ukraine during 20192020 on the prevalence of various forms of violence and the impact of COVID-19 on the number of cases of home violence and more. Based on the secondary analysis of the results of empirical sociological research, it is determined that the most common types of home violence in Ukraine are physical and psychological. The increase in home violence is due to the introduction of quarantine, forcing victims to stay with the perpetrator. This has made it difficult to access legal aid and social services, as providing legal aid remotely (online, by telephone, etc.) is not effective enough when it comes to home violence cases. Also, based on the secondary analysis of the results of empirical sociological research, it was determined that there is a positive trend in the number of complaints of victims of home violence to the police. This is due to the fact that in recent years there have been changes in Ukrainian legislation, information campaigns against home violence have become active, and the work of law enforcement agencies with social services and NGOs has been established.

The first analysis of digitalisation and the robotization of the economy seem to converge in the idea that Revolution 4.o will have negative effects on employment: if certain activities can be completely replaced by digital processes or by robotic subjects, then it is possible that workers in companies are totally o partially replaced. There are just only indirect references to the impact of these new processes on the legal status of the worker, on collective labor relations and on the revision of social protection systems.Since September 2016 the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) have been activated from the United Nations, which may be new inspiration guidelines for new tools to manage change, or for new contents of classic tools. Legislation and collective bargaining are the recipients of some mandates (referring to salary regulations and other decent conditions, are the most immediate examples) hence it is necessary to insert new ways of rethinking the teaching of Social Law 4.0. At the same time, the SDG are likely to act as accelerators at learning processes, so that they are stimulating frameworks in the material scope of Decent Work and Sustainable Development
