Social work in inclusive education is to create conditions for the educational process in which a child with a disability can acquire basic knowledge, skills, social interaction and feedback skills, receive psychological, socio-educational and, if necessary, legal support to meeting their needs. The role of the social worker in the school is leading and undisputed. But modernity requires constant improvement of skills and advanced training. The purpose of the social worker at school is to create a special environment among children. The feedback of a social worker is to overcome fears and prejudices, promote friendships, mutual respect and understanding among students, and improve the cognitive, motor, speech, social, and emotional development of children. The most pressing issue of today’s education system is inclusive education for children with disabilities in a single educational space. Each country has its own experience of special education for children and has gone through a different path from integration to inclusion. Today, in modern Ukraine, the education system is being transformed, the model of inclusive education is gaining wide significance and a new pattern of its development. Attempts to form an inclusive education system have not yet yielded significant results, which is manifested in the constant division of children into «normal majority» and «backward minority». In Ukraine, children with disabilities have long been isolated from their peers. Boarding schools or individual learning provide knowledge, but take away the opportunity to communicate, hinder the socialization of such pupils. This article provides a brief analysis of the pilot project, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science dated 15.07.2016 № 836 «On conducting a scientific and pedagogical experiment «Development of an inclusive environment in the Zaporozhye region». Building an effective system of inclusive education in Ukraine is possible on the basis of the interaction of various factors, first of all, strengthening the financing of education, improving its regulatory support, improving the methodological and staffing of inclusive education. The results of the work can be used in further research on this problem.

The article analyzes different approaches to the definition of «social networks» as technological complexes of organization and management of electronic information exchange among the subjects of social relations, united by common interests, information needs and skills. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature the essential characteristics of social networks that affect the formation and development of the adolescent's personality are revealed. Role of social networks at the present stage of development of society, which is manifested in the representation of interests not only of social groups but also of entire social groups, is defined in the article. The negative impact of social networks on the personality of the adolescent, which is manifested in the expansion of adolescents in cyberspace, the desire for independence and adulthood, selfexperimentation, which leads to risky activities both on the Internet and in real life are revealed. Concept of safe behavior in social networks as a set of actions of the individual when using the Internet, helping to meet the needs and at the same time prevent the possibility of causing damage to physical, mental, social well-being and property of man and others is analyzed. The basic rules of safe behavior in social Internet communities are highlighted. The structural components of safe behavior of adolescents in social networks are singled out: cognitive, motivational and actionreflexive; the concept of «professional training of future social professionals for the formation of safe behavior of adolescents in social networks» is revealed. Readiness is revealed as a result of the process of training future social specialists for professional activity on the formation of safe behavior of adolescents in social networks; the author's definition of the concept «readiness of future social professionals to form safe behavior of adolescents in social networks» is given. Components of readiness of future social workers to form safe behavior of teenagers in social networks, such as cognitive, motivational-personal and activity, are described.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of home violence in modern Ukraine and the peculiarities of the state social policy for its solution, because today home violence is a common problem among all segments of the population around the world. According to the National Police of Ukraine, on average during 2020, one person suffered from home violence every three hours. The article analyzes the results of sociological research conducted in Ukraine during 20192020 on the prevalence of various forms of violence and the impact of COVID-19 on the number of cases of home violence and more. Based on the secondary analysis of the results of empirical sociological research, it is determined that the most common types of home violence in Ukraine are physical and psychological. The increase in home violence is due to the introduction of quarantine, forcing victims to stay with the perpetrator. This has made it difficult to access legal aid and social services, as providing legal aid remotely (online, by telephone, etc.) is not effective enough when it comes to home violence cases. Also, based on the secondary analysis of the results of empirical sociological research, it was determined that there is a positive trend in the number of complaints of victims of home violence to the police. This is due to the fact that in recent years there have been changes in Ukrainian legislation, information campaigns against home violence have become active, and the work of law enforcement agencies with social services and NGOs has been established.

The article presents the study of communication as a way of interpersonal and intergroup interaction, as a source of human activity, which is manifested in the search for information, communication of their thoughts, experiences and ways to communicate for help. The role of social communication in modern society is studied. The article emphasizes the growing role of social work in crisis situations in society as a resource that contains timely, professional, reliable information. The article presents information how the communicative process has changed within social work in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic: the transition to remote communication, the emergence of new «pandemic» functions in the activities of specialists, the emergence of new and exacerbation of old social problems. Statistics are provided on social workers who work in an enhanced mode during the quarantine period for the provision of social services (material, psychological, legal aid) to clients. These are especially client groups such as the elderly, war and labor veterans, people with special needs, children and other vulnerable groups. The authors draw attention to the fact that under conditions of quarantine restrictions, some traditional sources of communication have lost their effectiveness and relevance, however, the need for information has increased significantly. There are several areas of communicative interaction, which are becoming increasingly relevant in social work: the creation of online communities, on-line paperwork, on-line consultations, training, supervision and others.

The history of coexistence and mutual assistance between man and dog is almost 40 thousand years old, but as a direction of therapy, "canistherapy" began to develop only in the midtwentieth century. This has been due to the large body of scientific research that has shown the therapeutic effect of animals, including dogs, on the human condition. The aim of the article is to try to conceptualize this new social phenomenon not only as a socially significant way of human-animal interaction, but also as the latest method of practical social work. According to the author, canistherapy is one of the effective technologies of social rehabilitation, as it helps to restore broken or lost social ties and social functions. Examples of the use of this method in geriatric institutions, clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers are given. Considering the research of the method of canistherapy for various diseases and disorders, the author concludes on the possibilities of using canine therapy in practical social work with such groups of clients as the elderly, people with disabilities, "difficult teenagers", people with various forms of addiction, children with disability and cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism. The possibilities of the method in working with people who have vision problems deserve a separate analysis. The main components of canistherapy and its forms such as meeting-communication with a dog are considered in the article; training with a dog; systemic therapy. The main components of canistherapy and its form are considered in the article. According to the author, this area is promising and is developing quite actively in Ukraine, but still has no official recognition and support from the state. Based on the opinion of experts, the article identifies the main problems that hinder the development of this method. It is emphasized that in Ukraine there is no system of training of specialist canine therapists, in order to obtain a diploma or certificate, both specialists and dogs must go abroad. Among the problems of method development, the author emphasizes the lack of organizational mechanisms that would combine the efforts of psychologists, cynologists, social workers with the needs of clients. Without the support of the state, the author is sure, the method will be developed only through volunteers and on a commercial basis, which significantly limits its use in the field of social rehabilitation and makes it impossible to ensure the quality of such services.

Features of the development of communication technologies give users considerable freedom. They can find the same product on different sites, go online using multiple devices. Therefore, it is no longer enough to use one channel, one message or one device for a successful and effective advertising campaign. It is necessary to build a holistic system of traffic sources, which will consist of several successive stages. The article discusses contextual advertising for the search and content network. Search advertising is used for additional (auxiliary) or final contact before conversion. It becomes ancillary if the purchase cycle is quite long, and the customer does not immediately make a purchase decision. Final - if the purchase cycle is short, or the user is in the last stage of this cycle. Remarketing should be used to get your audience back to your site. The technology allows you to show ads to users who have already visited the site. Thus, remarketing becomes the last channel before the conversion. The authors emphasize that it is possible to optimize multichannel attribution through key indicators of communicative efficiency: involvement, interaction and conversion. The main indicators of engagement are indicators that indicate the user's attitude to advertising (indicator of ad quality, impressions and views, clicks). Interaction indicators indicate how the user behaved on the site after going to the ad (time spent on the site, the rate of output and depth of viewing the site). The last level of indicators has the greatest value, because it indicates the direct effectiveness of advertising, which is mainly expressed in financial equivalent (customer costs and return on investment).

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the changes in HR management practices in Ukrainian enterprises during the pandemic. Introduction of the anti-epidemic restrictions has a large impact on market situation, and labor market in particular, creating a critical situation for enterprises. In such situation new challenges in HR management emerge, which, have being solved successfully, will allow mitigating the consequences of the pandemic for enterprises and workers. Since such conditions are completely novel, there is a lack of the systemic research of the factors that influence managerial decision-making. The article is aimed at the identification and analysis of the most significant challenges emerging in the area of HR management due to the epidemic hazard spread and the introduction of the anti-epidemic restrictions. The research is based on the results of the expert interview with different level managers of the private and state enterprises operating in the areas of education, science, IT, finance and service. Data reveal that the most problematic challenge was the transition to remote work leading to the technical, psychological, and methodical difficulties in the work performance. Moreover, the different level of availability of the remote work in different enterprises and areas conditions unequal influence made by the crisis on workers and the intensification of socioeconomic inequalities. Another important aspect is the informal relationships management and the integration of workers, since consolidated work groups appear more resistant toward the stress of the abrupt changes in working conditions. The situation of uncertainty regarding the future development of the pandemic and the introduction of anti-epidemic measures shortens the strategic planning perspective and bears high conflict potential, which will complicate labor market recession. It is suggested to use the presented results for the further detailed and systemic research of the influence made by the pandemic on the changes in HR management practices in the context of the global transformations of labor relationships.

The spread of dialogue and conflict transformation practices in modern Ukraine creates a demand for academic, in particular sociological support of such processes. It becomes one of the tools to support relevant projects through sociological reflection of its goals and objectives, implemented practices, activities and consciousness of project participants and its audience. At present, such sociological support exists without a formed methodological basis, one of the areas of creation of which is the study of common principles of building peace and social sciences, in particular sociology. The article considers the use of sociological knowledge in the concept of conflict transformation by J.P. Lederach, in particular, his use of the concepts of identity, power, divided societies, conflict dynamics, social relations, social changes and more.In the perspective of sociological reading, building peace is seen as a process of social change, the signal of which is the need for conflict and confrontation within society, which can not be resolved in the perspective of the state approach, require a systematic vision of existing social relations and constructive intervention, finding opportunities for dialogue. The selection of sociological concepts and practices as components of the concept of peace building by J.P. Lederach contributes to the understanding of it as an interdisciplinary field of research and activity. The presented analysis demonstrates the potential of involving various academic disciplinary approaches in solving building peace tasks. In addition to conflict studies, political science, law, it can also be researched by social and historical memory studies, ethnopsychological and ethnosociological research, regional and cultural research, and so on. The academic field thus reveals its own potential for supporting peace-building processes.

The growth in the number of the country’s charitable organizations, transformation of one-time humanitarian actions (charity) into regular social work with veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war (since 2014) and internally displaced persons from Donbas, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea have put on the agenda a study of the relationship between charitable activities and social work. The expansion of social work aimed at the elderly, which is often performed by the employees of territorial centers of social services beyond their job descriptions, also determines the relevance of this topic. The task of the study was to substantiate the place of charity in social work, based on the analysis of the activities of the Ukrainian charitable foundations, and employees of six territorial centers of social services in Kharkiv region. It was found that the All-Ukrainian social program “Home Care” of the International Charitable Foundation “Caritas Ukraine” represents social work with people who are not clients of territorial centers of social services. The Regional Landscape Park “Feldman Ecopark” (the flagship project of the International Charitable Foundation “Aleksandr Feldman Foundation”) is often used for social work, particularly with the elderly. It has been substantiated that the charitable activity of these foundations creates conditions for conducting systematic daily social work, in particular, with the elderly. The results of the expert survey of 16 social workers and 21 social workers of the territorial centers of social services of Bohodukhiv, Izium, Krasnokutsk, Lozova, Chuguiv, and Kharkiv districts of Kharkiv region show that charity occupies the leading place in their activities, creating conditions for social work. Charitable activities such as volunteering, social services of public/charitable organizations for the elderly are rightly regarded by experts as social work. The types of social work with the elderly in rural areas, carried out in spare time, such as helping in vegetable gardens, nature rides (in particular, to Feldman Ecopark), group communication on topical issues are referred by the experts to charitable activities. There is a partial overlapping of the subject areas of social work and charity, as well as a common goal – to help. Social workers and officials of the territorial centers of social services in Kharkiv region, performing daily social work with the elderly, often carry out charitable activities, too. It has been proved that charity helps to increase the efficiency of social work, solving many social problems of the territorial community.
