The purpose of this study is, using the example of sugar production, to identify parametric characteristics and relationships that make it possible to simulate an algorithm and assessment procedures for predicting the possible results of the economic activity of processing organizations in the context of unstable business relations with suppliers of beet raw materials. The developed methodological approach is based on the classification of factors and conditions by sources of occurrence (external, conjugate and internal environment). When modeling scenario and situational changes, the assumptions inherent in the law of “diminishing returns” were made. In particular, only units of the conjugate environment (beet losses during storage and transportation; sugar losses during storage and in production; conjugation coefficient) are presented as dynamic (subject to change) indicators, the rest are positioned as constants, justifiably unchanged in the short term. Approbation of the proposed valuation procedures made it possible to identify imbalances in the level of dynamics of the resulting indicators (specific profit from sales (per ton of product) and profitability of sales with deviations in the values of the conjugation coefficient of the relative base level characterizing the balance of business relations with suppliers. Based on the results obtained, a conclusion was made about the possibility of manifestation of the established disproportions and the effective use of the proposed methodological approach for their leveling in the subjects of other industries.

The development of processing organizations in a changing environment requires constant updating of approaches to assessing the processes of their economic activity, including the knowledge of methods and tools for analyzing the technical component of a business. As the main analysis tool, special techniques are usually used based on a certain sequence of calculation of analytical units. Existing approaches to the business analysis of fixed assets are based on level terminology and provide fragmented methodological procedures that include complexes of traditional, rather than key indicator systems. Considering the peculiarities of the dialectical methodological postulate of the transition of quantity into quality and taking into account the process nature of the subject of business analysis, it is advisable to develop an algorithm for methodological procedures for evaluating the technical component of the economic activity of organizations processing agricultural raw materials; justify the possibility of taking advantage of the comparative approach to algorithmization; identify meaningful relationships between the attributive properties of static and dynamic key performance indicators. Using the proclaimed targets, a five-stage business analysis algorithm for the technical component of the economic activity of sugar production entities has been formed, taking into account the specific features of these processing organizations. The distinguishing features of the developed algorithm is the ranking of key indicators, organizations themselves and periods of assessment. The selection of key indicators was carried out on the basis of the systemic method and cost approach, the combination of which makes it possible to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of reliability and accuracy. Recommended business analytical procedures systematically cover the entire process of movement of fixed assets in organizations, which allows us to eliminate existing gaps in the formation of an information base for evaluating the technical component and identify benchmark areas for making proactive management decisions in terms of mobilizing all the possibilities for the intensive use of fixed assets organizations.

A three -factor resource model for the formation of sustainable development of the region , including human, financial and raw materials, is described. The necessity of systematic monitoring as an element of regional development control is substantiated.

With the instruction of the high resolution sequence stratigraphy and sedimentology theory, and the comprehensive application of 11 wells core, more than 800 mud logging and log data, high resolution sequence stratigraphic characteristics research in the XII Group of the Member III of Qing Shankou Formation in the Qianan oilfield has been finished. The results show that the study area can be divided into one middle-term base level cycle and five short-term base level cycles. The only sequence structure of middle term cycle is (B type) and the short term cycle mainly consists of B types meanwhile there are small mounts of upward deepening structures (A type) and symmetric structures (C type). Based on the classification of base-level cycles, fine stratigraphic correlation is conducted by using isochronous cycle correlations. In addition, 15 high resolution sequence stratigraphic frameworks are established which unify the study area and provide the solid geological basis for the sandstone distribution, the identification of mainly oil-bearing sand bodies and potential oil reservoirs.

During the processing of frozen and thawed sugar beets, invert sugar, in particular glucose and fructose, accumulates in them. This is due to the process of hydrolysis of carbohydrates. As a result of temperature fluctuations, beets lose elasticity, and tissue walls become soft. The activity of microorganisms intensifies on damaged beets. In the sugar industry, harmful microorganisms enter the production with raw materials, water, unwashed soil and air. Under improper storage conditions of raw materials the rapid development of microorganisms begins leading to sugar loss. The microflora of raw materials in sugar production is due to spore-forming and non-spore-forming bacteria, as well as micromycetes. Processing in the production of such raw materials is complicated. This leads to non-rhythmic operation of the sugar factory, technological processes and metal corrosion of technological equipment. Sugar yield and quality are significantly reduced. An important factor is the protection from the formation of microbial biofilms. The article considers the problem of formation of microbial biofilm in the process of obtaining diffusion juice in the sugar industry. The structure of the biofilm and its stability over time are considered. Under the conditions of active biofilm formation, uncontrolled unaccounted losses of sucrose are observed. Under conditions of low-quality beet processing, biocides and enzymes must be used in the production. They reduce the contamination of intermediate products by microorganisms, greatly facilitate the technological process. They also allow you to predict unaccounted sugar losses and improve its quality and yield. The article considers the effect of different types of biocides on dextran, which is an example of the formation of microbial biofilms. The comparative characteristic of influence of biocides on dextran is given and their resistance is noted.

<pre><pre>Significant proportion of the total energy expenditure for the heat treatment of raw materials are heat losses through the shell of rotary furnace. Currently, the waste heat is not used in any way and escapes into the environment. Controlled cooling system for rotary furnace shell (<span>CCSRF</span>) is a new solution integrated into the technological process aimed at reducing the heat loss of the furnace shell. Based on simulations and experiments carried out was demonstrated a significant effect of controlled cooling shell to the rotary furnace work. The proposed solution is cost-effective and operationally undemanding.</pre></pre>

The article reviewed the certification and quality control of the technological process for the production of vegetable oil. There is a procedure for packaging, quality control of products, determination of quality indicators and quality control of finished products. The procedure for using refined cottonseed oil and its varieties, the requirements for placement and storage of vegetable oils, as specified in the regulatory documents, the quality control of vegetable oils and other solutions for cottonseed oil are provided. The gas analyzer shows a solution for measuring the amount of solution by painting the tubes of a mixture of gas and air in oil. Detailed information on the production of vegetable oils, the cost of raw materials, the level of fat content of cotton seeds and the methods used to produce oil from cotton seeds. Methods for certification of vegetable oils, types of quality control, methods of testing and quality determination are presented. It was shown that the procedure for refined production of cottonseed oils and their types, as well as the state of the product classification of products based on the method of producing vegetable oils for consumer purposes, analysis of the sequence of refined oils and refining processes.

Relatively high levels of phytates in buckwheat malt and the low activity of endogenous phytases that limit the effective use of substrates for fermentation and yeast metabolism (starch, proteins, minerals) are an argument for using phytases in beer production technology. Two mash-in programs were applied: (1) the Congress program, typical for basic raw materials, (2) a program with temperature optimized for phytase activity. Commercial preparations of 3-phytase (Finase P) and 6-phytase (Ronozyme) were used in the study. Monitored levels of selected fermentable sugars indicates a statistically significant effect of phytase addition on the glucose content in both mash-in programs used. The SEC-HPLC chromatography allowed to select a key polypeptide with an estimated molecular weight of 40 kDa, whose relative peak area decreases as a result of the applied mash-increase treatment with phosphorolytic enzymes, although this relation was not statistically confirmed in the analysis of free amino acids content. The analyses carried out also indicate that apart from the target molecules, namely phytate and inositol, the use of phytases in the process of buckwheat wort preparation slightly changes the profile of fermentable sugars and causes significant changes in the polypeptide profile of the final mash.
