The relevance of the research topic is due, primarily, to the development trends of the construction industry of the Russian Federation in the face of declining quality of building products, the main reasons are low level of qualification, the lack of systematic monitoring at all stages of the production cycle, the deterioration of product quality of design and survey organizations. Today, the process of carrying out design and survey works is implemented in the conditions of an outdated regulatory and technical base, incorrectly drawn up technical tasks, and in some cases without prior approval of the technological part. The production cycle of construction products begins with the stage of design and survey work. The defining direction in the process of forming such characteristics of finished construction products as quality, its safety for the environment and consumers is the continuous improvement of this stage in changing conditions. Ensuring effective management of the process of creating design and estimate documentation allows to monitor, control and improve the quality, environmental friendliness and safety of construction products at each stage of its design. High indicators of quality, safety for the environment and consumers of design and survey products depend on the combined interaction of internal factors of the organization that ensure its sustainable development in constantly changing external conditions. It is at the stage of design and survey work that decisions are made on the criteria of economic and environmental efficiency of construction and operation of construction products. Design and survey organizations act as guarantors of both the safety of the future object and the payback of the resources invested by the customer, laying in the products the most cost-effective and modern technical solutions from the point of view of human and environmental safety.

The study solves the following tasks: analysis of construction technologies that prevent environmental pollution, the development of wooden housing construction objects, the wooden housing construction strategy and the term of its implementation, and a comparison of Russian and international experience in the development of wooden housing construction. According to the results of the study, the technology of construction of multi-storey wooden houses can be a very promising component for improving the quality of life of the population, moreover, a priority from an economic point of view and effective for the development of facilities that contribute to the improvement and compliance with environmental safety requirements. The most effective type of construction in this industry is the construction of LVL timber and CLT panels. Minimum construction time, environmental friendliness and availability of this technology will accordingly improve the living conditions of the population and thus the overall environmental condition.

Improving the efficiency and quality of construction mainly depends on the cost of building materials, which is about 55–65% of total capital-construction costs. The study aimed to obtain geopolymer fine-grained concrete with improved quality characteristics that meet the construction field’s sustainable development criteria and that have environmental friendliness, economic efficiency, and advantages over competing analogues. The dependences of strength characteristics on various compositions of geopolymer concrete were obtained. It was found that the most effective activator is a composition of NaOH and Na2SiO3 with a ratio of 1:2. The increase in the indicators of the obtained geopolymer concrete from the developed composition (4A) in relation to the base control (1X) was 17% in terms of compressive strength and 24% in tensile strength in bending. Polynomial equations were obtained showing the dependence of the change in the strength characteristics of geopolymer concrete on the individual influence of each of the activators. A significant effect of the composition of the alkaline activator on the strength characteristics of geopolymer fine-grained concrete was noted. The optimal temperature range of heat treatment of geopolymer concrete samples, contributing to the positive kinetics of compressive strength gain at the age of 28 days, was determined. The main technological and recipe parameters for obtaining geopolymers with the desired properties, which meet the ecology requirements and are efficient from the point of view of economics, were determined.

The article discusses the features and factors that determine the direction of integrated use of secondary building resources (SBR) in modern conditions. The author formulates the basic methodological approach to the integrated management of SBR which consists in the fact that management of recycling should begin not at the stage of formation and collection but at all stages of construction products life cycle. It is concluded that in the design of new facilities it is necessary to consider in advance the issues of environmental safety in disassembly, technology and methods of production of construction and demolition works (CDmW), the effectiveness of further processing and use of SBR. To develop efficient SBR use the author proposes the creation of integrated regional recycling of construction waste. The strategic goal may be the establishment of an industry of secondary construction resources recycling.

AbstractThis paper focuses on the phenomenological significance of schizophrenics' auditory hallucinations and begins with the face-to-face relationship in order to describe the schizophrenic experience. Following European psychiatrists like Blackenburg and Tatossian, the authors compare the bracketing of reality in the Husserlian phenomenological reduction with that of the hallucinatory experience. "Hallucinatory epoché" is used to refer to the schizophrenic way to experiencing auditory hallucinations. The problem of intentionality is then discussed, in addition to that of dialogue, internal time, living body, and intersubjectivity. In this way, "voices" appear as a modification of the own inner voice of the hallucinating person. The "other, " at the origin of the "voices, " is described in terms of transparence, the quality of being univocal, and the quality of being a priori in the perfect tense. This other is not an alter ego, "it" is an alius. Descriptions of hallucinatory voices at several levels of experience, that is, at the transcendental and empirical levels along with descriptions at the level of the life-world, may be at the basis of certain modern empirical theories of "voices. " Results obtained from the European phenomenological point of view and Hoffman's findings in the cognitive field are then compared. The authors finally discuss a case of "speech therapy" (based on Hoffman's work) and argue that a possible avenue for phenomenological research on schizophrenia is to explore narrativity on the basis of single case studies. One of the goals of phenomenological psychiatry is to assist empirical research in finding new relationships between the stories told by the hallucinator-relationships that are presupposed in clinical experience.

Abstract This study was conducted to evaluate the nutritional quality of two types of cheese prepared from bovine whey: Urda and Ricotta. Cheeses were examined for chemical parameters and their amino acids profile was determined. The results revealed that the chemical composition of the observed whey cheeses was highly significantly different (p<0.01) from each other. The amounts of dry matter, fat, protein, lactose, ash and salt were higher in Ricotta compared with Urda cheese samples. On the other hand, Urda contained more moisture, fat on a dry matter basis and moisture on a fat-free basis (79.59%, 27.50%, 84.27% versus 69.82%, 21.02%, 74.56%, respectively). Especially higher yield, salt in moisture content and energy values were observed in Ricotta cheese (5.93%, 3.12%, 145.99Kcal/100g versus 4.39%, 2.40%, 108.97Kcal/100g; Ricotta and Urda, respectively). Whey cheeses are a particularly good source of amino acids containing approximately - Ricotta: leucine (1.60g/100g), lysine (1.17g/100g), phenylalanine (0.78g/100g) and followed by threonine (0.77g/100g), while Urda contained leucine (0.80g/100g), lysine (0.45g/100g), threonine (0.68g/100g) and phenylalanine (0.31g/100g). Both cheese varieties contained glutamic and aspartic acid as the predominant non-essential amino acids (Ricotta: 3.91g/100g and 1.68g/100g versus Urda: 1.65g/100g and 0.80g/100g, respectively). Generally, from a nutritional point of view, the investigated whey cheeses could be considered as cheeses with low salt and fat content, as well as cheeses particularly abundant in branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine). These results also emphasize their advantages as products that present a cost-effective way of dealing with whey as waste material.

The development of Intelligent Smart Farming IoT based devices is day by day turning the face of agriculture production by not only enhancing it but also making it cost- effective and reducing wastage. The aim / objective of this paper is to propose a Novel Smart IoT based Agriculture Stick assisting farmers in getting Live Data (Temperature, Soil Moisture) for efficient environment monitoring which will enable them to do smart farming and increase their overall yield and quality of products. The Agriculture stick being proposed via this paper is integrated with Arduino Technology, Breadboard mixed with various sensors and live data feed can be obtained online from Thingsspeak.com. The product being proposed is tested on Live Agriculture Fields giving high accuracy over 98% in data feeds

Background: In the face of changes taking place as a result of the increasing digitization, automation, and robotization of life and the economy, questions regarding the essence of the functioning of modern enterprises and about the emerging new pattern of operation seem to be more and more relevant. Aim of the article: The article focuses on the issues connected with implementation of Industry 4.0 in enterprises, the difficulties involved, and the limitations and challenges that management is facing in the process. Materials and Method: The advantage of the study is its empirical nature. The participants were 39 Industry 4.0 experts from various Polish companies that have participated. At the same time, the aim has been to synthesize theory and practice and to draw attention to potential changes in the area of improvement of the economic results of enterprises that may result from Industry 4.0. Results: The research identified limitations and challenges enterprises may face in connection with the implementation and subsequent stages of development of Industry 4.0 from the practical point of view. Conclusions: Industry 4.0 is an innovative approach to generating a new quality of production. It requires, however, careful and thorough observation of the process already at the preparation stage.

The goal of this work was to test a patented pruning harvester and a mobile pelleting system specifically designed for the vineyard agripellet chain. Biomass was characterized before and after storage and after the pelleting stage. The performance, the fuel consumption, and the work quality of the harvester were assessed together with the productivity and the power consumption of the mobile pelleting system. Production costs of pellet were estimated for the whole logistic chain, considering two scenarios: Storage and pelleting directly at the farm site or at a dedicated location at variable distance from the fields. For comparison, the direct production of chips without pelleting was considered. Results indicate that harvester performance was quite good and comparable with commercial solutions; the chips produced exhibited excellent storage performance, allowing direct pelleting without forced drying; the pellet quality was good comparable with that produced from forestry biomass. From an economic point of view, in-field pelleting was the most cost-effective solution, with a good margin of profit up to 57€ t−1; on the other hand, when transport to an intermediate storage center is necessary, profit margin reduces gradually and fades off at an average 50 km distance from the fields.

The urgency of the problem of improving the quality of construction products is caused by the need to ensure sustainable development of territories, increase the energy efficiency of buildings and structures, increase the efficiency of investment and construction projects, reduce resource costs, and reduce the negative impact on the environment. The article substantiates the relationship between the quality of construction products and their consumer value, which made it possible to structure the criteria for the quality of construction products and determine the benchmarks in quality management. Taking into account the substantiated criteria for the quality of construction, a methodological toolkit for improving the efficiency of quality management based on a value-oriented approach is proposed. A model has been developed for the efficiency of improving the quality of construction products based on the triad “resource efficiency - minimization of anthropogenic impact - environmental safety for human and nature” until the criteria for green building are achieved.

AbstractOperative repair of orbital fractures utilizes implants constructed of a plethora of materials that vary in cost. Surgeon preference as well as fracture complexity may dictate the implant chosen. In this study, we retrospectively compared the complication rates of the four most common types of implants utilized at our institution. We found no significant difference in complication rates in our sample of 88 patients. Additionally, the least expensive implant was as effective as the most expensive implant in addressing isolated orbital blowout fractures. This situation is not unique to the field of oculoplastics. As evidenced from published literature in other areas of surgery, from orthopaedics to orthodontics, cheaper alternatives often afford similar outcomes as more expensive options. We herein argue that a cost-effective approach should be considered while still allowing for high quality of care, in the face of rising health care costs and health disparities in America.
