In the course of curriculum ideological and political integrated teaching concept design process, the main basis is “Living morality and fostering people”, which has a positive role in promoting the development of Chinese higher education. To this end, relevant staff should integrate ideological politics and daily course teaching. This article summarizes the curriculum teaching objectives and curriculum ideological and political objectives based on previous work experience. The author discusses the integration of ideological and political elements in the course “Database Technology and Application” from seven aspects. They including top-level design and planning, revision of curriculum syllabus, reform practice and promotion, “database security maintenance” teaching ideology and politics, “database integrity” teaching ideology and politics, ideological and political improvement of teacher construction, and ideological and political realization of teaching process.

From the perspective of multivariate intelligences theory innovation in college sports, the innovation of gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system is essential. Gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system should at least include teaching philosophy, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation of five parts. The alteration of the teaching concept should attach much importance on the teaching democracy, personalized, and diversified teaching so as to boost comprehensive development of students. Meantime, the teaching should pay attention to cultivate the basic knowledge and basic skills of students, and improve students' health, the pursuit of sustainability and practicality. All of these will meet the objective which based on the needs of expansion body and multivariate intelligences in both training objectives and the tennis teaching process, in order to prepare for the part, basic part and the end part of the contents. All in all, all these will advance the overall development of students and combining with the theory of multivariate intelligence, further concluding the intelligence into the tennis teaching method.

This study aimed to know and analyze: (1) the role of motivation work of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, (2) the role of work environment of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, (3) the role of work experiences of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, and (4) the role of motivation work, work environment, and work experiences of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District. The approach of the research which used in this research was quantitative. The population department of local revenue of Jember District as much as 261 people. Sample used as many as 73 people and technique the sample collection uses the method purposive sampling. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was linear regression analysis multiple. The results of the testing of hypothesis done show that: (1) motivation work has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (2) work environment has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (3) work experience has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (4) motivation work, work environment, and work experience has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District. Information is the core and most vital asset these days. The subject which deals with Information is called Information Science. Information Science is responsible for different information related affairs from collection, selection, organization, processing, management and dissemination of information and contents. And for this information related purpose Information Technology plays a leading role. Information Technology has different components viz. Database Technology, Web Technology, Networking Technology, Multimedia Technology and traditional Software Technology. All these technologies are responsible for creating and advancing society. Database Technology is concerned with the Database. It is worthy to note that, Database is concerned with the repository of related data in a container or base. The data, in Database normally stored in different forms and Database Technology play a lead role for dealing with the affairs related to database. The Database is very important in the recent past due to wider applications in different organizations and institutions; not only profit making but also non-profit making. Today most organizations and sectors which deal with sensitive and important data keep them into the database and thus its security becomes an important concern. Large scale database and its security truly depend on different defensive methods. This paper talks about the basics of database including its meaning, characteristics, role etc. with special focus on different security challenges in the database. Moreover, this paper highlights the basics of security management, tools in this regard. Hence different areas of database security have mentioned in this paper in a simple sense.

One of the factors that stimulated the development of database technology was the need to guarantee the consistency of the stored data. On the other hand, the demand to process more complex data with more semantic content have also lead to a better understanding of the properties of the data and motivated the evolution of the Data Base Management Systems (DBMS) toward the inclusion of facilities to handle such properties. The handling of data properties within the context of a database engine faces two main difficulties: 1) Properties are hard to identify, especially those obvious in the actual world; 2) Data property presentation varies during the process of design of the software.

<p>In this article the concepts of micro-courses, research tools and research outcomes are used to clarify why and how the use of micro-courses could effectively improve Ideological and Political Theories Curriculum Teaching (IPTCT) in China. Firstly, IPTCT is significantly different from other kinds of knowledge courses in China and effective teaching in IPTCT is a research topic that is usually accompanied by the development of micro-courses in recent Chinese higher education. The relationship between them is important and complex. And then research has also been conducted to explain how micro-courses could affect the four aspects of IPTCT teaching design which includes concept design, content design, strategy design and assessment design. In this part, researchers spend a large amount of content explaining and illustrating event design processes using micro-courses, which has an important role in the overall teaching design of IPTCT. Finally, the article concluded that researchers and/ or IPTCT teachers should pay lots attention to the utilities of micro-courses in the IPTCT, recognizing the strength and flexibility of micro-courses. </p>

Abstract. The present study aimed at evaluating if the three-item sense of coherence (SOC) scale developed by Lundberg and Nystrom Peck (1995) can be effectively used for research purpose in both nonclinical and clinical samples. To provide evidence that it represents adequately the measured construct we tested its validity in a nonclinical (N = 658) and clinical sample (N = 764 patients with cancer). Results obtained in the nonclinical sample attested a positive relation of SOC – as measured by the three-item SOC scale – with Antonovsky’s 13-item and 29-item SOC scales (convergent validity), and with dispositional optimism, sense of mastery, anxiety, and depression symptoms (concurrent validity). Results obtained in the clinical sample confirmed the criterion validity of the scale attesting the positive role of SOC – as measured by the three-item SOC scale – on the person’s capacity to respond to illness and treatment. The current study provides evidence that the three-item SOC scale is a valid, low-loading, and time-saving instrument for research purposes on large sample.
