The main problems of current labour market under economy digitalization caused by COVID-19 pandemic are reviewed in this article. Current economy system is based on factors of innovative development that effects on labour market and, therewith, reducing employment of population and increasing of structural unemployment. Therefore, the problems of labour market studies are becoming actual according to structural development of economy system itself in the age of economy globalization. Methodological framework has defined against the background of developed procedures and regulatory settings for regulation of labour market and labour power in Kazakhstan. The assessment, composition and statistical analysis methods were used for studies.

The article is devoted to the study of the accounting and analytical space of innovation in the gas industry. The methodological framework of the study includes system-functional and economic-statistical analysis, comparison, as well as the elements of the accounting method. The concept of “accounting and analytical support for the activity” is specified, the main elements of the system of accounting and analytical support are considered in the article. Based on the analysis of world experience in organizing cost accounting at gas industry enterprises, the specificity of innovative development of the gas industry is indicated. The features of the accounting and analytical support system for innovative activities in the gas industry are determined. The directions of improving the accounting and analytical support for innovation are proposed. Theoretically substantiated and systematized are the results of a study of a set of issues related to the formation of the accounting and analytical space for innovation in the gas industry. The results of the study may be of interest to the specialists and the managers of gas industry enterprises when defining the development strategies; as well as the experts of analytical groups in the preparation of the information-analytical studies on the development directions of the domestic hydrocarbon market.

Subject. This article explores the changes in the economic development of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug during the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. Objectives. The article aims to identify trends and features of the socio-economic development of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Methods. For the study, I used the comparative, computational, constructive, and statistical analysis methods. Results. The article reveals key factors in the growth of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug's gross regional product and the economic challenges to the region. As well, the article considers and proposes some possible options for further socio-economic development of the Okrug. Conclusions. The Okrug's current socio-economic problems are caused by not objective reasons only, but subjective factors, as well.

An outpatient examination of 530 employees engaged in work with chemical weapons related to organophosphorus compounds at chemically hazardous facilities was carried out. Risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases of atherogenic etiology among personnel of the facilities were studied in relation to the type of work performed using statistical analysis methods. <p class="1Body">Rice is staple in the African habitats menu. Bacterial wilt (BLB) and leaf streak (BLS) are some of the phytopathological diseases which restrain rice production around the world. In this paper, multi-spectral and multi-modal imaging techniques have been developed to characterize the rice leaves with symptoms of bacterial wilt (BLB) and leaf streak (BLS), and to provide information on their effects, in order to reduce their spread. First, we recorded microscopic and spectroscopic images of the samples using multimodal and multispectral microscope, with spectral region ranging from UV to NIR, for each mode. Then, we extracted the spectral footprints of the cells constituents, in transmission, reflection and scattering from the spectral images. Applying multivariate statistical analysis methods to this optical spectra allowed us to characterize the effect of bacterial rice leaves caused by <em>Xanthomonas oryzae</em> strains. The results of the proposed technique can be useful for easy identification of this type of infection, and can serve as routine approach in biochemical and agronomic laboratories.</p>

Kualitas pelayanan adalah totalitas fitur dan karakteristik produk atau jasa yang tergantung pada kemampuannya untuk memuaskan kebutuhan yang dinyatakan atau tersirat. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja (atau hasil) yang ia persepsikan dibandingkan dengan harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB cabang Subang. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 3.841, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB cabang Subang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang tinggi dengan kontribusi pengaruh yaitu sebesar 64,4% dan sisanya sebesar 35,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Service quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Customer satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance (or results) he perceives compared to his expectations. This study aims to analyze the quality of customer service service to customer satisfaction and examine the influence of customer service quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank of the Subang branch BJB. The author uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and statistical analysis methods. The population in this study was 5,240, with a total sample of 100 people. While the data collection tools used were questionnaires. The results of the research analysis showed the influence of customer service quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank of the Subang branch BJB showed a high level of relationship with the contribution of influence that is equal to 64.4% and the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other factors not examined.
