The development of increasingly advanced and adequate technology so that information can be accessed quickly, precisely, up-to-date, and accurately has prompted the creation of a system that makes it easier for us to retrieve information anywhere and anytime. One area that is developing is population. So that population data can be recorded properly, it requires good data management or administration. Administrative implementation is still carried out in a traditional manner so that various obstacles arise. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrated system for population administration. The stages to develop the Urban Village Data Information System are the data collection stage, the application development stage, and the application testing stage. The design of information systems uses the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method takes a systematic and sequential approach. An Information System has been developed that has been used to assist Urban Village Officers to manage village data. The village information system has the convenience of running it. The Village Information System is easy to use and understand. The Urban Village information system is very helpful for the community, it is also fast and stable.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kewirausahaan Pedesaan berbasis web multimedia yang menyediakan layanan publik untuk  belajar berwirausaha. Dimana warga desa yang kebanyakan  awam  dalam  penggunaan  IT  (Teknologi  Informasi)  serta  kemampuan  terbatas dalam  memahami  istilah-istilah  IT  dan  keilmuan  lainnya  yang  terkesan  rumit  untuk dimengerti padahal minat masyarakat perdesaan untuk belajar kewirausahaan cukup besar, dan juga masyarakat selama ini untuk mendapatkan informasi kewirausahaan belum optimal karena kemudahan dan kelengkapan dalam  penggunaan  teknologi  informasi  khususnya  dalam  pembelajaran wirausaha masih sangat kurang. Metode  pengembangan  sistem  yang  digunakan  yakni  Rapid  Aplication Development (RAD) dengan tahapan antara lain : requirements planning, RAD design workshop, dan implementation. Manfaat dari sistem ini dapat memberikan manfaat kemandirian desa karena kemampuan wirausaha  desa semakin meningkat dan desa memiliki kemampuan daya saing. Hasil dari penelitian adalah berupa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kewirausahaan Pedesaan berbasis web multimedia. Kata Kunci:  Pedesaan, Website, Kewirausahaan, Multimedia.  AbstractThe purpose of this study is to establish a multimedia web-based Rural Entrepreneurship Management Information System that provides public services for learning entrepreneurship. Where villagers are mostly lay people in the use of IT (Information Technology) as well as limited ability to understand other IT and scientific terms that seem complicated to understand even though the interest of rural people to study entrepreneurship is quite large, and also the community to get entrepreneurial information yet optimal because the ease and completeness in the use of information technology, especially in entrepreneurial learning is still very lacking. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with stages including: requirements planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation. The benefits of this system can provide the benefits of village independence because the capacity of village entrepreneurs is increasing and the village has competitiveness. Abstract—The need for information system development in a company is a basic requirement that must be met by each company in order to run its business processes properly. This is the basic key in a company in order to provide maximum results to find as many profits or profits. Application development or requirements in the application also provide speed for employees to carry out their activities to work properly and optimally. The development of the era requires that companies must be productive and have innovations so that the business wheel of the company can run well. This is based on the development of technology that is so fast that it requires special expertise in its application. This research is expected to be able to help some problems that exist in a company. Where its application can make it easier for employees to carry out their respective duties and roles in order to maximize their potential. The population data is the data have to be in record in any office the villages around. With the citizens data , the village office can do monitoring inhabitant of which is found in the neighborhood. So far, the village office sampean kecamatan sungai kanan kabupaten labuhan batu selatan, north sumatra still use application desktop in doing processing the population data that is use application microsoft excel .In such a manner as there are still several problems and the obstacles, especially time and energy issued when their distribution data population in parties in need by the village office sampean. The purpose of he did this research is to design and construct information system the population data processing based android. With the information systems that in designed by the writer, is expected to help parties the village office sampean in doing processing the population data and do distribution the population data easily And rapidly through a smartphone android. The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

In managing reports on sales of fuel oil (BBM) at gas stations xxx Semarang using reports in the form of paper. The sales report paper is then recapitulated by the Administrative Officer. When going to perform data processing, the officer finds it difficult to present the sales data requested by the Manager. To overcome the problems that exist in the manual system, it is necessary to create a BBM Sales Information System so that data management and report generation can be done better. This research focuses on sales data for each type of fuel. To illustrate the requirements of the system using a use case diagram. The information system that will be created is built for the Android operating system that runs on tablet devices to make it easier for operators to fill in fuel sales data. The database used is SQLite because it is one of the databases that support mobile devices. The new system development method uses a prototype model. The stages used in the development of this system include the needs identification stage, the design stage, the prototyping manufacturing stage, the testing stage, and the implementation stage. The results of the development show that the Gas Station Sales Recording Application can run well because it is according to the manager's needs.

Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

Abstrak: Di Indonesia Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) diatur dalam Undang-undang terkait indikator, tata pengembangan, dan pengelolaannya agar input-output dari teknologi tepat guna ini benar-benar mendeskripsikan data dan informasi desa tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan dana pembangunan desa akan terealisasikan dengan baik dan tepat sasaran. Dalam kegiatan ini tim melakukan survey ke beberapa lokasi di Lombok Tengah khususnya beberapa desa pemekaran yang memang membutuhkan tenaga ahli sebagai operator dan system informasi desa yang komunikatif dengan user sehingga memudahkan dalam penginputan data dan mengeksport data dalam sebuah laporan. Sistem dibangun berdasarkan garis besar peraturan pemerintah dan masukan atau saran dari pejabat setempat sehingga menghasilkan beberapa menu input-output meliputi Data Profil Desa, Data Kependudukan, Data Pendidikan, Data Potensi Wisata Desa, Data Administrasi termasuk surat masuk dan keluar, Data Inventaris Desa, dan Data Pendapatan dan Pengeluaran Desa. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Delphi sebagai Graphical User Interface, Microsoft Access sebagai Bank Data, dan Microsoft Excell sebagai export data atau pelaporan.Kata Kunci: SID, GUI, Ms Access.Abstract: In Indonesia the Village Information System (SID) is regulated in the Law regarding the indicators, governance of development, and management so that input-output of these appropriate technologies actually describes the data and information of the village. This is because the village development funds will be realized well and on target. In this activity the team conducted a survey to several locations in Central Lombok, especially some pemekaran villages that do require experts as operators and village information system communicative with the user making it easier in inputting data and exporting data in a report. The system builds on the outline of government regulations and inputs or suggestions from local officials resulting in multiple input-output menus including Village Profile Data, Population Data, Educational Data, Village Tourism Potential Data, Administrative Data including incoming and outgoing letters, Village Inventory Data, and Village Revenue and Expenditure Data. This application is built using Delphi as Graphical User Interface, Microsoft Access as Data Bank, and Microsoft Excel as export data or reporting.Keywords: SID, GUI, Ms Access

The Registrar Information System through SMS is design and develop a computer-based system that is able to provide a real-time information through SMS to students regarding of their academic records. It has a two-way interactive text messaging functionality in a Registrar’s office of Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College Main Campus, Estancia, Iloilo. The architectural design used in this system is two-tier architecture. The developed system employed a descriptive and developmental research design. Respondents of the study were the 354 students enrolled officially in School Year 2016-2017 using a standard questionnaire International Standard Organization / International Electrotechnical Commission 25010. The Rapid Application Development Model was used in the Software Development Life Cycle. MySQL for the database, vb.net language and Windows operating system development environment. The usability of the feature of the developed system is Very Good in terms of delivering important academic information to every student. The performance of the developed system is fully functional when it comes to all the processes such as enrolling, encoding the grades, reliable and efficient to the students in sending/ receiving academic information provided to clienteles.

DevOps is the fuse of tasks performed by a company’s application development and systems operations teams. The team DevOps is being used in distinct ways. DevOps is a major innovation in Information System development. In its most broad definition, DevOps is an operational ideology that stimulate better communication between development and operations as more elements of operations become programmable. The DevOps approach seeks to meld application development and deployment into a more streamlined process that aligns development quality assurance (QA) and operations team efforts. This approach also shifts some of the operation team’s responsibilities back to the development team in order to facilitate continuous development, continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous monitoring processes. The necessity for tearing down the silos between development and operations has been expedited by the need to release code faster and more often in order to help the organization respond in a more agile manner to changing business requirements. Other drivers for breaking down the silos include the increasing use of cloud computing and advances in software defined infrastructures, microservices, containers and automation.
