In managing reports on sales of fuel oil (BBM) at gas stations xxx Semarang using reports in the form of paper. The sales report paper is then recapitulated by the Administrative Officer. When going to perform data processing, the officer finds it difficult to present the sales data requested by the Manager. To overcome the problems that exist in the manual system, it is necessary to create a BBM Sales Information System so that data management and report generation can be done better. This research focuses on sales data for each type of fuel. To illustrate the requirements of the system using a use case diagram. The information system that will be created is built for the Android operating system that runs on tablet devices to make it easier for operators to fill in fuel sales data. The database used is SQLite because it is one of the databases that support mobile devices. The new system development method uses a prototype model. The stages used in the development of this system include the needs identification stage, the design stage, the prototyping manufacturing stage, the testing stage, and the implementation stage. The results of the development show that the Gas Station Sales Recording Application can run well because it is according to the manager's needs.

Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran bagi para siswa dalam mencari sumber referensi belajar dan berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pendidikan. Pada SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi perpustakan adalah salah satu sarana bagi siswa untuk mencari referensi pelajaran. Namun pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini, perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pembukuan, kelola anggota, dan notifikasi peminjaman. Proses manual tersebut dinilai kurang efisien dan memakan banyak waktu, serta dokumen yang dapat rusak atau hilang disebabkan kejadian tertentu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola manajemen perpustakaan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan smart library berbasis web. Model prototipe adalah salah satu Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dapat membantu proses pembangunan Smart Library berbasis web. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen perpustakaan lebih terstruktur dan dengan proses yang cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Hasil dari kuisioner pengujian beta rata-rata menunjukan 80% menjawab setuju pada aplikasi smart library yang dibuat. Library as one of the learning media for students in finding sources of learning references and plays an important role in supporting the educational process. At SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi library is one of the means for students to find reference lessons. But in the current system, the library still uses a manual system, namely by recording books, managing members, and borrowing notifications. The manual process is considered inefficient and time-consuming, as well as documents that can be damaged or lost due to certain events. Therefore we need an information system that can manage library management more effectively and efficiently by using web-based Smart Library. Prototype Model is one of the System Development Live Cycle Model (SDLC) that can help the process of building a web-based Smart Library. So that it can help library management be more structured and with a fast, effective, and efficient process. The results of the beta test questionnaire on average showed 80% answered agreed on the smart library application made.

Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI 


The developed Record Management System for Guidance and Counseling Center of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology aimed to provide software application that will manage the recordof student and provides fast and easy access of personal information of students. The functions focused in adding and updating students’ information/profile by using the application. The user can produce a printed copy of the record of student. The development of the Record Management System underwent the phases for System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as: Stage 1 –Planning; Stage 2 –Analysis; Stage 3 –Design; Stage 4 –Coding; Stage 5 –Testing; Stage 6-Implementation; and Stage 7 –Maintenance.The system took three months to be developed was accomplished using Visual Basic 2017 programming language and Microsoft SQl Server 2017 database. Record Management Systemhas been strongly accepted by the respondents based on their assessment on these five criteria: functionality, usability, efficiency, portability,and security. The suggestions given by the group of respondents may be considered for future enhancement of the system.

To overcome this problem, a web-based cash receipt and expenditure accounting information system was created at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City using the waterfall system development method. Data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of this study resulted in the application of an accounting system for cash receipts and uses at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City. Enabling assistance makes it easier for employees to manage cash receipt data and open cash, accelerate the presentation of reports and facilitate the process of finding cash data in and cash out at PT. Untuk mengatasi  permaslahan tersebut, maka dibangun sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis web pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi. Sehingga membantu memudahkan karyawan dalam pengelolaan data penerimaan kas  dan pengeluaran  kas,  mempercepat  dalam  penyajian  laporan  dan  mempermudah  dalam proses pencarian data kas masuk dan kas keluar pada PT. Bersama Maju Clinic, located in Basuki Rahmat is one of the clinics with a lot of public interest. In the patient registration, management process, patient data are still recorded in the archives or paper documents, so that if the archive is lost, there is no replacement. Data accumulation often occurs, so it is relatively long in the data search process and the process of making the report. Data redundancy often occurs, data recording that repeatedly causes duplication of data so that the capacity needed to swell and service becomes slow, heaps of filing so that it requires a large filing area. Then there was also an irregular patient registration due to human error, the admin forgot that the patient had registered beforehand so that he was given a new queue number. This research was conducted to design and implement an information system that can provide comfort, speed and ease of service to patients who come to the clinic. The system development model used is the prototype model. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams. The flowchart drawn by the Visio 2010. By building interfaces using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. The database is stored using PHP and displayed via XAMMP. This system is also built with a system framework that is bootstrap

The Indonesian Red Cross is a national association organization in Indonesia that is engaged in the social and humanitarian field. One of PMI's main activities is blood donation. Currently, in handling the need for blood donors, UDD PMI Banyumas Regency has a system that helps in the donor process, namely SIMDONAR. SIMDONAR is an information system from the central IT provided to UDD PMI Banyumas Regency in the operation of blood donors, but in some aspects of blood donation, such as donor recording and notification of donor scheduling to donors, there is still no available so that it can run efficiently. Data collection in the blood donor history recording system still cannot be recorded properly, causing donors to also not be able to know the history of the last donor, when and how many times the donor has donated, there is also no notification of blood donor scheduling for donors, this makes the information conveyed to donors is incomplete so that donors are confused in taking action when to donate again. Therefore, to support the smooth running of the blood donor system, it is necessary to rebuild an appropriate information system that can provide a solution for the process of recording blood donation history at UDD PMI Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this system is to provide accurate and efficient information related to blood donation history records, and scheduling notifications to officers and donors. The benefit of this system is that it helps provide information related to donor history records for UDD PMI Banyumas Regency so that they can find out donor history records from donors, also helps donors to find out donor history or how many times the donor has donated blood. In this case, the system development method uses the prototype model method. Based on the results of the benefit test, the average value of the Efficiency value is 98.33%, the Usability value is 94.33%, the Correctness value is 95.56%, the Integrity value is 96.67%, and the Testability value is 96.67%. From the results of the benefit test, it can be concluded that the development of this system can be applied and used to facilitate the process of recording blood donor history and notification of blood donor scheduling at UDD PMI Banyumas Regency.

The after sales maintenance support report information system prototype is an application prototype developed to be able to help the support team report their technical work activities while doing after sales maintenance support. The faster the reporting provided by the support team to the project admin, will make it easier for a project manager to analyze the status or condition of the project being handled, so that the project manager can make project status reports for company managerial needs and reports to customers. This study uses elicitation methods in analyzing user needs and using UML in the system design process. The system development process used in this study is a prototype model for then the resulting system is tested using the black box testing method. The programming language used is PHP and uses MySql as a database. The Prototype after sales maintenance support report information system created in this research has been tested on one of the projects owned by PT MTI Tiga and according to the user has been able to simplify the reporting process of after sales maintenance support activities carried out by the support team.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk video tutorial menggunakan aplikasi Camtasia Studio 8.5 pada mata kuliah Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) di Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Medan. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1)tahap pendahuluan, (2) tahap perancangan media video tutorial, (3) tahap pembuatan media video tutorial, (4) tahap validasi media, (5) tahap pengujian media video tutorial, dan (6)tahap evaluasi media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hasil uji kelayakan dari segi materi pada pengembangan video tutorial menggunakan Camtasia Studio 8.5 pada matakuliah Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) dikategorikan sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan catatan perlu dilakukan revisi. Sedangkan hasil uji kelayakan dari segi media dikategorikan cukup layak digunakan dengan beberapa revisi, diantaranya: penambahan teks dan tulisan, musik, detail petunjuk tombol, dan lain sebagainya. Hasil respon mahasiswa mengenai pengembangan video tutorial menggunakan Camtasia Studio 8.5 pada matakuliah Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) masuk dalam kategori baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan video sudah bagus dan mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa. Kata kunci: pembelajaran, media , Camtasia Studio, SIG ABSTRACT This study aims to produce instructional media in the form of video tutorial using Camtasia Studio 8.5 application in Geography Information System (GIS) course in Geography Education Department Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Medan. The steps in this development research are: (1) preliminary stage, (2) video tutorial design stage, (3) video media tutorial development stage, (4) media validation stage, (5) video media tutorial testing stage, and (6) stage of media evaluation. The results showed that the results of the material feasibility test on the development of video tutorials using Camtasia Studio 8.5 in the Geography Information System (GIS) course are considered very appropriate to be used with the need to revise. While the feasibility test results in terms of media categorized quite feasible to use with some revisions, including: the addition of text and writing, music, detail buttons, and so forth. The result of student's response about video tutorial development using Camtasia Studio 8.5 on Geography Information System (GIS) course in good category. The development of increasingly advanced and adequate technology so that information can be accessed quickly, precisely, up-to-date, and accurately has prompted the creation of a system that makes it easier for us to retrieve information anywhere and anytime. One area that is developing is population. So that population data can be recorded properly, it requires good data management or administration. Administrative implementation is still carried out in a traditional manner so that various obstacles arise. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrated system for population administration. The stages to develop the Urban Village Data Information System are the data collection stage, the application development stage, and the application testing stage. The design of information systems uses the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method takes a systematic and sequential approach. An Information System has been developed that has been used to assist Urban Village Officers to manage village data. The village information system has the convenience of running it. The Village Information System is easy to use and understand. The Urban Village information system is very helpful for the community, it is also fast and stable.

Abstrak - Kegiatan evaluasi penjualan pada instansi atau perusahaan perdagangan yang mempunyai banyak produk dan memiliki banyak cabang merupakan proses yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha dari perusahaan tersebut. Data penjualan dalam bentuk laporan pada seluruh cabang perlu diketahui dan dievaluasi oleh pimpinan perusahaan. Studi kasus pada Toko XYZ yang merupakan usaha pada bidang perdagangan fashion muslim mempunyai toko cabang, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap transaksi penjualan. Laporan data penjualan adalah dengan dicatat pada buku laporan oleh karyawan yang berada di toko cabang kemudian dilaporkan ke kantor pusat melalui e-mail atau media sosial. Laporan penjualan dari masing-masing cabang kemudian dilakukan evaluasi penjualan oleh kantor pusat untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha pada toko tersebut.  Sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan ini, sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah pimpinan toko pada proses evaluasi penjualan pada toko tersebut yang bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pimpinan. Analisis sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan PIECES sebagai analisis dari sistem yang ada serta untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem yang kan dikembangkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan dengan mengintegrasikan sistem informasi penjualan yang ada pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem infrmasi evaluasi penjualan dengan memproyeksikan data penjualan pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Penjualan dirancang dengan alat bantu perancangan sistem diagaram arus data (DAD) dan prototipe sebagai pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi evaluasi data penjualan sebagai alat alat bantu pimpinan toko dalam proses evaluasi data penjualan pada seluruh toko cabang. Hasil keluaran dari sistem ini dapat dijadiken oleh pimpinan sebagai data dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, evaluasi, penjualan, prototype Abstract - Sales evaluation activities in agencies or trading companies that have many products and have many branches is a very important process to determine the business development of the company. Sales data in the form of reports on all branches needs to be known and evaluated by company leaders. The case study at XYZ Store, which is a business in the Muslim fashion trade sector, has a branch shop, so it is necessary to evaluate the sales transaction. Sales data reports are recorded in the report book by employees at branch stores then reported to the head office via e-mail or social media. Sales reports from each branch are then evaluated by the head office to determine business developments at the store. This sales evaluation information system is indispensable to facilitate shop leaders in the sales evaluation process at the store which aims to assist the leadership decision-making process. System analysis in this study uses PIECES as an analysis of existing systems and to determine the system requirements that are being developed. This study develops a sales evaluation information system by integrating existing sales information systems at branch companies. Sales evaluation information system by projecting sales data at branch companies. Sales Evaluation Information System is designed with data flow diagram system design aids (DAD) and a prototype as a system development. The result of this research is sales data evaluation information system as a tool for shop leadership in evaluating sales data in all branch stores.
