The research was conducted at Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia, with the research purpose of understanding the amount of small-scale income and characteristics generated by layer farmers. Data collection from February to March 2020 used the survey method. The total sample was 109 respondents determined by the purposive sampling method with the consideration of laying farmers with 2.000 – 7.666 birds for at least three years. The data collection consisted of primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result showed that the success rate of the livestock business is inseparable from the characteristics of the farmers. Characteristics of respondents observed in the research included age, education, occupation, breeding experience, and the number of family members. The conclusion of this research is the livestock population was 7,667-15,333 birds, the age around 40–49 years, educational level was elementary school, occupation as farmers, the farming experience was 11-15 years and family member of farmers was 5 people.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors behind the rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and to calculate the income contribution of rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk on the income of farmer's family. This research was conducted in Marga Baru Village Muara Lakitan District Musirawas Regency. In February Up to April 2017. The research method used is survey method, for Sampling Method used by Purposive Sampling method. Data Collection Methods used Interview method directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the quisionary aids that have been prepared before and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive method with qualitative approach and for second problem using formula systematically. From the research results showed that the factors of income and land factors that lie behind the rubber farmers work on the Division of Sei Lakitan Pom PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and income contribution of rubber farmers work at Sei Lakitan Pom Division PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk by 73 percent to family income.

This study aims to determine the income of coffee farming. The location of this research was East Purwerejo Village, Modayag Sub-district, East Bolaang Mongondow District. Data collection is done by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from farmers through a list of prepared questions, while secondary data were obtained from village offices. Sampling method used Simple Ramdom Sampling by taking samples of 20 farmers. Data collecting method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the existing coffee farming in Purwerejo Timur village has benefited and is feasible to cultivate due to higher income compared to expenditure cost incurred by farmers.

This study aims to find out: 1) The amount of average income of coconut farmers per quarter, 2) The amount of contribution of coconut farming to family income per quarter. Data collection in this study was conducted from October to November 2018 in Klabat Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The method used is the survey method, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 25 coconut farmers and one person from the Klabat Village based on a list of questions that had been prepared previously. Secondary data in this study were sourced from local bookstores, and the internet through Google Scholar to access articles from various scientificjournals and theses from Sam Ratulangi University and other universities related to the contribution of coconut farming to family income. The data obtained were analyzed using contribution analysis and using descriptive analysis presented in table form. The results showed that the amount of income received by coconut farmers was Rp. 1,837,320. While the contribution of coconut farming to household income is 27.45%. This means that coconut farming provides a moderate contribution and cannot be used as the main source of household income in Klabat Village.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the allocation of remittance of migrant family income in North Langowan Subdistrict. This study uses descriptive analysis, by conducting surveys or field observations todetermine the utilization of remittances by the families of migrant workers. The research was conducted in February to May 2018 in North Langowan Subdistrict, in Walantakan Village, Toraget Village,Karumenga Village, Taraitak Village and Taraitak Village 1. The method used in this research is survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is intended to know the clear picture of the utilization of Indonesian labor remittances for consumption, investment and savings or for agriculture or not. The primary data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews and the questionnaire distributed to the families of migrant workers regarding the pattern of money managementof remittances. Secondary data was obtained from North Langowan Subdistrict office. The results of this study indicate that most migrants allocate remittances to renovate houses or buy land / houses, from which 40% to 50% of the remuneration is used for the allocation. Some of the migrants make use of remittances to buy houses for investment and partly to finance children's education. Some of the migrants use remittances to buy rice fields as another form of investment, and only a small percentage of migrantsmake use of remittances to buy cars as a tertiary family need. Remittance remained for savings. Migration in addition to affecting the increase in income and welfare of migrant families also affects the development of land prices in North Langowan Subdistrict.*er*

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and the composition of the independent board of commissioners on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 to 2018. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling method, and a total sample of 10 mining companies. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques with documentation at www.idx.co.id . The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that profitability had a positive and not significant effect on CSR, leverage had a negative and not significant effect on CSR, and the composition of the independen board of commissioners had a negative and not significant effect on CSR

ABSTRACT The research intends to know the cost and income broiler breeders in Semarang City. Reasearch obtained by breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district. The method use in this research is survey method with purposive sampling method. The study look place from January until February 2015. Data collection consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the observation and interviews of respondents. The results of this study show calculation there is no difference in cost and income between broiler breeders in Gunungpati district with Mijen district. The results show that the average cost of broiler breeders in Gunungpati district Rp 198.003.520,04 and in Mijen district Rp 183.488.974,87 and the average income of broiler breeders in Gunungpati district Rp 14.422.095 and in Mijen district Rp 17.209.832. There is no difference in cost broiler breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district with significance value 0,627>0,05, and there is no difference in income broiler breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district with significance 0,653>0,05.  This study aimed at testing and finding the influence of good corporate governance and profitability to tax avoidance. This study used secondary data from financial and annual report of mining companies registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013 -2017. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. Total sample were 55 from eleven companies. Analysis methods applied in this study were both descriptive analysis and statistical analysis technique.The result of the test showed that good corporate governance which was represented by the institutional possession, independent commissionaire council, and audit committee was not significantly influenced to the tax avoidance. Meanwhile profitability was found influenced to the tax avoidance negatively

Work motivation is an influential condition for arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior related to the work environment including nurse work motivation. The purpose of this study was to edit the Nurses' Work Motivation in the Inpatient Room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. This type of research uses analytic survey methods. The sampling method uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 55 nurses in 6 inpatients. Data collection techniques using a work motivation questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate. The results of the study 28 people (50.9%) have high work motivation. The conclusion of the results of this study some nurses have work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the study are expected to require motivation support to increase work motivation of nurses.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

Understanding to fill the tax return, annual report tax return individual is still lacking, many taxpayers did not understand how to fill out an annual tax return, especially the tax year 2014. The objective was to investigate the influence of socialization Tax, Tax Penalties and Tax e-filing of the tax return reporting annual individual taxpayer. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and selection of non-random manner convenience. The primary data collection method used is survey method using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis, descriptive analysis and to test hypotheses.
