Work motivation is an influential condition for arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior related to the work environment including nurse work motivation. The purpose of this study was to edit the Nurses' Work Motivation in the Inpatient Room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. This type of research uses analytic survey methods. The sampling method uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 55 nurses in 6 inpatients. Data collection techniques using a work motivation questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate. The results of the study 28 people (50.9%) have high work motivation. The conclusion of the results of this study some nurses have work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the study are expected to require motivation support to increase work motivation of nurses.

Lecturers are educators at universities who are specially appointed for the purpose of teaching. The main mission of higher education is to develop and establish knowledge through the experience of the three dharmas of higher education. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work discipline, and work environment affect the performance of lecturers with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Faculty of Economics, Prima Indonesia University. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This sampling technique data collection using simple random sampling a total sample of 105 from a total population of 143 permanent lecturers at the Faculty of Economics at the University..The results obtained in this study show 1) there is a significant effect between work motivation variables on lecturer performance, 2) there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on lecturer performance, 3) there is no significant effect between work environment variables and lecturer performance, 4) lecturer satisfaction variable is not a moderating variable that can weaken work environment, strengthen work discipline, and work motivation.

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of the educational staffs. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The instrument testing used a validity test and a reliability test. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that the work environment was very influential on the performance of educational staffs within the scope of the AMC office. Conducive work environment provided maximum performance of all teaching staffs.

A person's condition when experiencing physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion is called burnout. This study aims to measure the level of burnout which is influenced by workload and is mediated by work stress. The research location is located at the Regional Hospital (RSD) Mangusada Badung, especially in the Oleg Room with a total sample of 50 nurses with the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques using interview and dissemination systems. The type of data analysis used was path analysis and single test. The results showed that workload and work stress each had a positive and significant effect on burnout and work stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. This study also provides an understanding that workload and work stress can have a significant effect on burnout, when the workload perceived by nurses is higher, the work stress felt by nurses will be higher so that it has the potential to increase burnout. This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of taxation sanctions, income levels, and taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance. The object of this research is the North Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis and processed through SPSS 24. Data collection was carried out through survey methods using questionnaires distributed directly to individual taxpayers in the North Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. The results of the study found that the variables of tax sanctions, income level and awareness of taxpayers have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

This research aims to analyze and empirically prove the direct influence of work motivation and work environment on the employee performance, and the indirect influence of work motivation and work environment on the employee performance through work satisfaction and work discipline in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IX Jember. This is an explanatory research applying the proportionate sampling method. The population was all 163 employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IX Jember. The sample of every sub-population was determined by dividing the sub-population with the number of population member multiplied by the member size of the sample that resulting in the total sample of 118 respondents.  Data were collected from the questionnaire distribution and analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS AMOS 20 software. Results of the study proved that all hypothesis were accepted meaning that motivation influences performance directly and indirectly through work satisfaction, and work environment influences performance directly and indirectly through work discipline. Performance is the quantity or quality of something produced or services provided by someone doing the job. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out a task compared to various possibilities, such as standard work results, targets or targets or criteria that have been agreed upon in advance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of principal managerial competence, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SMKN Sub Rayon 2, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study were 165 people from SMKN Sub Rayon 2 Kab. Pasuruan. The sampling method using probability sampling technique used in this study is the cluster sampling method because this study has a large population area. The results showed that the Principal Managerial Competence (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the teacher performance variable (Y). The principal managerial competence variables, work motivation, and work environment were able to explain the teacher performance variables by 57.3%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan olah data SPSS 21 untuk membuktikan tiga hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasemua variable bebas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Diartikansemakin baik suasana dalam lingkungan kerja, serta adanya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja tinggi akan memberikan dampak baik bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of work environment on employee performance, (2) determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of cenrana district, Maros Regency. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, with the total sample of 30 people. This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the Cenrana District Office, Maros Regency. Thus it can be interpreted that the better the atmosphere in the work environment, as well as the existence of work motivation and high work discipline, the more likely this will have a good impact on employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that will also affect their performance.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and job placement on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative. The sample uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method which is a sampling technique when an organization has employees from the background of stratified positions totaling 106 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis proves that the work motivation, work environment and job placement have a significant effect on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative.

This research was motivated by the performance of graduates of the family planning counseling training at the West Sumatra BKKBN which was categorized as good. This is the implementation of activities that are carried out well even with the use of new methods applied. The objectives of this study are (1) to see the work ability of graduates from family planning extension training at BKKBN West Sumatra (2) to see the work motivation of graduates from training to family planning extension workers at BKKBN West Sumatra (3) to examine the work environment of graduates from training for family planning extension workers at BKKBN West Sumatra This research is a research with a quantitative approach and the type of this research is descriptive. The population in this study were 29 people, the sampling technique was stratified random sampling and taken as many as 75% or consisted of 22 people. Techniques in data collection using written statements (questionnaires) and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the performance of graduates from training for family planning extension workers at BKKBN West Sumatra. Judging from the sub-variables, the work ability is categorized as good. (2) the performance of BKKBN family planning instructor training graduates in West Sumatra. Judging from the sub-variables of work motivation, it is categorized as good. (3) the performance of BKKBN family planning instructor training graduates in West Sumatra. Judging from the sub-variables the work environment is categorized as good. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine new variables so that they can complete the variables in their research.
