This article presents a study of the possibilities of technological equipment in municipal engineering, as well as technical innovations to improve its efficiency. The authors review the research on a hydraulic mode and resistances in a working body of a technological equipment. The research results are determined by the introduction of new technical solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency in the work of the Vodokanal enterprises. Improvement of technological equipment is as a result of the improved working conditions in the process of the water disposal system operation.

The research on factors that affect employee motivation at Bentre Import Export Joint- stock Corporation (Betrimex) has special significance in motivating employees, attracting and retaining talent, thereby helping the Corporation improve work performance. During the research, 300 employees working at Betrimex were surveyed and 250 employees with valid answer sheets were selected, survey data was processed with the SPSS software and the research model through scale reliability analysis, exploratory data analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was tested. The research results have shown 07 factors affecting employee motivation at Betrimex, measured through 37 observed variables and including the pay, bonuses, benefits, allowances, working conditions, relationships with colleagues and relationships with superiors. Where the pay (b = 0.403) is the factor that has the most powerful influence on employee motivation and working conditions (b = 0.171) have the least influence on employee motivation. The results of multiple regression analysis have also showed that the adjusted R2 is 0.732. Thus, 07 independent variables can explain 73.2% of the variations of the dependent variables. Also, the research results have tremendous implications for developing strategies and plans for human resources development of Betrimex in the future.

A variant of the use of plasmatrons for the disposal of industrial waste and the organization of non-waste production is proposed in this article, which presents the design for the functioning equipment. A computer experiment was carried out to determine the parameters of the flow of the plasma jet. The results of a computer experiment are confirmed by a full-scale experiment. Summary The article presents the results of research concerning worklife balance of employees of enterprises located in lubuskie voivodeship. The working conditions provided by employers were analyzed. The authors of research checked whether they favor, according to the respondents, the homeostasis between work and private life. The results showed some deficits in this area. This led to reflection on the potential remedial actions which can be applied in the organization, such as a policy of „family friendly employment”.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the motivation of civil servants at the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province. Based on data collected from 181 officers at the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province,  researchers processed all data by SPSS with some techniques such as: descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multivariate Regression Analysis... The research results show that there are 6 factors affecting the motivation of officers at the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, including: (i) Working conditions; (ii) Nature of work; (iii) Career development opportunities; (iv) Income and benefits; (v) Relationship with leaders and (vi) Relationships with colleagues. The paper presents the research results of the stability and loading of the two-axle mine cars and rail tracks with various design for calculation schemes construction of transport systems of underground rail haulage. The dependences of changes in loading, stability and operation safety of rolling stocks from the parameters of irregularities, curvature radii of the rail track and the movement speed of rolling stocks at various technical solutions of the transport system, have been studied. The research results of the interaction between the two-axle mine cars and rail track with the gauge of 750 mm for underground rail haulage are presented. The parameters have been determined of the rail track irregularities in the horizontal and vertical planes, which cause the highest values of vertical and horizontal loads, acting on the rail track and the two-axle rolling stock. The recommendations are proposed for improving the study of the rail vehicles and regulatory documents development for the construction and operation of the track structure. The results can be applied for the underground rail haulage when creating the new vehicles for mines.

Тhe accuracy of the holes in the electro - mechanical processing with a high-temperature strip tool is achieved by the development of original tooling. The article presents technical solutions of tool and technological equipment to ensure the accuracy of holes in the implementation of processes of electromechanical processing with a high-temperature strip source. The results of measurements on cylindricality of the hole of the sleeve bearing of the upper head of the connecting rod of the Yaroslavl Engine Plant engine after volumetric electromechanical mandrel are presented, confirming the effectiveness of using the developed tooling.

This article deals with the analysis of prospects and problems of tourism development in Russia. To ensure the accelerated growth of the tourism industry, it is necessary to pay special attention to the development of the infrastructure of tourist territories based on the concept of sustainable construction. In addition to the concept of sustainable construction that takes into account environmental, social and economic factors of investment and construction projects implementation, it is also proposed to use the cluster approach for the development of tourist territories. Being an example of an investment and construction megaproject, the tourism cluster has a number of specific features, such as complex management, risks of exceeding the estimated cost and failure to meet the deadlines for the implementation, which shall also be taken into account when developing the concept of tourism clusters. The article proposes an algorithm for developing the concept of a tourism cluster that provides for value innovation. Value innovation is an important element in ensuring the competitiveness of the tourism cluster and is closely linked to technical innovations in construction. The proposed algorithm takes into account domestic and foreign experience in the field of sustainable construction, existing certification systems for green, sustainable buildings, as well as the life cycle cost (LCC) estimate. The article also provides and analyzes groups of factors of tourist factors competitiveness and on their basis the strategy canvas was created for projects that are being implemented, for projects that have been implemented and for projects that can be implemented on the basis of the concept of sustainable construction. LCCs before and after the introduction of innovative technical solutions were simulated for individual facilities of Baikal tourism and recreation cluster in Russia.

Starting with the mathematical model of a simple electro-mechanical system with 1 DOF, are identified the electrical parameters which may influence the efficiency of control of the system transmissibility using an electrodynamic actuator. Based on simulation of system operation and determination of transmissibility are obtained Bode diagrams and diagrams that shows the maximum variation of the resonance frequency of the system when varying the electrical parameters of the actuator. In the paper is indicated the limits of the theoretical and practical technical solutions to control mechanical transmissibility of a system using an electrodynamic actuator.

This article presents the design of patented worm gear drives, which allow backlash adjustment or elimination by using specially designed worms and worm wheels. Many of the presented solutions allow backlash adjustment without disassembling the drive. The proposed solutions allow reduction of both backlash and its standard deviation to as little as 7.5% and 5% of their initial values, respectively. The presented solutions are a good alternative to harmonic drives and conventional precise drives, which are currently in use. The presented drives can successfully find their application in mechanisms for precise positioning of test benches, as well as in precise technological equipment, technological instrumentation, and in the case of miniaturization—in mechanisms resistant to severe working conditions.
