The relevance of this study is determined by the problem of the orientation of higher education on the formation of competences as a set of learning outcomes, which implies the creation of pedagogical conditions, where the student can show himself as an intellectual, actively learning personality, able to express his social position and individuality. The purpose of the research: to describe the methods of organizing competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training. The leading methods of research were the generalization and analysis of pedagogical experience and the processing of quantitative data on the dynamics of indicators of the effectiveness of using methods of organizing competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training. Results of the study: the advantages of using competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training are highlighted; types of competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training; the receptions of the organization of lecture, seminar and practical competency-oriented classes were singled out; the interactive methods promoting the formation of the components of the professional competence of the students of pedagogical areas of training in competency-oriented classes; the types of activity for inclusion in the rating indicators. Importance of the research: the materials of the article can be useful for heads of educational structures at various levels, teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers of schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, parents.

Object: to describe the methods of organizing competence-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training. Methods: the leading research methods were the generalization and analysis of pedagogical experience and the processing of quantitative data on the dynamics of indicators of the effectiveness of using the methods of organizing competence-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training. Findings: principles of organizing competence-oriented training with students of pedagogical areas of training (systematic, flexibility, interaction, conscious perspective, professional expediency, activity, activity, ideality, humanism, feedback, reflexivity); revealed the advantages of using competence-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training; formulated types of competence-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training; methods of organizing lecture, seminar and practical competence-oriented classes have been developed; identified types of activities (areas of work) for inclusion in the rating indicators; The indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the described methods of work were determined. Conclusions: the article presents a list of competencies, examples of competence-oriented tasks aimed at their formation and planned learning outcomes; The indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the described methods of work were determined. The article materials can be useful for heads of educational structures of various levels, teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers of schools, parents.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

In the article based on the analysis and study of scientific and methodical literature the concepts “competence” and “professional competence” are defined. Modern software that can be used in organizing the educational process of a higher education institution is presented and analyzed. It is stated that the offered technologies provide additional opportunities for organizing the educational process, contribute to improving information literacy of students at higher educational institutions and realizing their educational opportunities. The purpose of informatization of the higher education system is to increase the efficiency of education by improving the methods of using information, as well as focusing on the use of cloud technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions. The relevance of the article is due to the need to develop the professional competence of students using cloud technologies in the organization of the educational process at higher education institutions. Possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of using cloud technologies in the process of learning at higher educational institutions are considered. It is emphasized that introducing cloud technologies in the process of preparing the students at higher educational institutions is one of the important factors for enriching their professional and personal experience and an important means of forming their professional competence. Also, based on the analysis of scientific literature, undoubted prospects of using cloud technologies at higher education institutions of Ukraine are indicated. It is noted that creating an informational educational environment at a higher education institution depends to a large extent on the innovative climate. Practical examples of the use of the Moodle system in the preparation of future specialists are given and the results of an experimental study at the Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture are presented.

The article addresses to the need for the professional and pedagogical competence formation of future officers who obtain a master’s degree in a higher educational institution with specific learning conditions. The purpose of the article – is to substantiate the need to organize and use an additional master’s course for future officers obtaining higher education in specialties 081 “Law” and 262 “Law Enforcement” in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions. Methodology. Foundation and analyses of objective conditions for the professional and pedagogical competence formation of future officers, whose professional activities are related to the processes of training, education of members of the rank and commanding staff of military units, law enforcement units, judicial protection, state border protection, human rights protection in bodies and penal institutions, etc. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article are didactic principles and theories of training, as well as a system of interactive methods and tools that ensure the development of pedagogical abilities of future officers. Results. The carried out analysis of publications of national scientists on the researched subject allowed to define real problems which influence reception not only theoretical knowledge, but also the main practical skills and abilities of pedagogical influence application of young officers professionals on members of the rank and commanding staff to create effective official communication, their training and education, building relationships and effective communication process during their professional and service activities. Practical implications. The introduction of the additional course “Higher School Pedagogy” in the educational and professional and educational and scientific program for the obtainers of the second (master’s) level of higher education in specialties 081 “Law” and 262 “Law Enforcement” will promote the development of future officers and provide the required level of readiness for pedagogical activities within the performance of professional and service tasks as well as the implementation of the educational process of the rank and commanding staff. Problem setting. Leasing out property that is involved in educational, academic, training and production, scientific activities by the public institutions of higher education often leads to violation of the rights of other participants in educational activities. They are sure to be a result of violating the limits, established by the current legislation, of exercising the rights to leasing out property by the public institutions of higher educational. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The issues of state property lease have been studied by many scholars. Basic research in this area has been conducted by I. Spasibo-Fatieieva, O. Lipetsker, Ye.Kazarenko, V. Steshenko, M. Pronina, S. Puhinsky, T. Potapenkova, Yu.Basin, D. levenson, N. Khashchivska, N. Milovska and other scientists. Target of research. The aim of the paper is a comprehensive study and analysis of the limits of exercising the rights by the public institutions of higher education to leasing out their own property. To achieve this goal the following tasks should be solved: 1) to define the limits of exercising the rights by the public institutions of higher education to leasing out their own property; 2) to determine the legal consequences of concluding lease agreements by the public higher educational institutions in violation of current legislation. Article’s main body. The article conducts a general study and analysis of the right of the public institutions of higher education to lease property. The author emphasizes that public higher educational institutions have the right to lease out only real estate and other individually identified property. The legal consequences of concluding lease agreements by public higher educational institutions in violation of the current legislation have been studied. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Summarizing the results of the study we can formulate the following conclusions. The public institutions of higher education have the right to lease out real estate and other individually determined property in the manner prescribed by law and subject to statutory restrictions (without the right of redemption and sublease, when it does not worsen the social and living conditions of persons studying or working in the educational institution). While leasing the property, the public higher educational institution realizes primarily their own property interests, at the same time, indirectly realizing the property interests of the state. If the lease agreement of real estate and other individually determined property of higher educational institutions is recognized as invalid, it may be recognized as invalid only for the future.

In the last two decades, technology has evolved at a great pace and has influenced almost all spheres of life and education is no exception to it. Nowadays, most of the educational institutions are using various tools and equipments to impart education to the students. This paper has tried to explore the impact of e-education tools on thestudents in higher educational institutions. The sample consists of students enrolled in higher educational institutions. Both quantitative and qualitative methods have been adopted for data collection including questionnaires, semi-structured &open-ended interviews. Use of computer and internet was found to be one of the most important e-learning tools. The findings are expected to assist the higher educational institutions in framing their policies to impart quality education to the students.

Since the world has rapidly turned into the global village in very short span of time by entering into the 21st Century. The advanced communication has made everything available at the door steps. Huge developments in every sphere of life have been taken place despite human beings have still been accomplishing much-more out of which the inequity and gender disparity is one of those concerns being faced by the world. Now days mostly Pakistani women are active to take part in every field like health, politics even in labor and especially in education sector from lower to higher education. Pakistani women are also playing the important role in the field of education specifically in educational administrative positions from lower to higher education. This research study intended to measure the magnitude of gender disparity in educational institutions of District Shaheed Benazirabad (SBA) of Province Sindh, Pakistan. This research study was quantitative by method and descriptive in nature. The population of this research study was, those women leaders working in educational institutions of District Shaheed Benazirabad, and were performing leadership role in one or other way. The sample of this study was 48 women leaders having proportion of seventy percent of the total population. The data was analyzed through SPSS software, 22 version. This research study found that women leaders working in higher educational institutions have least career related opportunities, they are also put on distance to possess managerial and administrative opportunities and have least support from their high ups and stakeholders as compare to their counter gender in higher educational institutions of District Shaheed Benazirabad. This research study recommended that the women leaders might be given career, managerial and administrative related opportuinities and support and encouragement from their high ups and stakeholders for carrying out their leadership responsibilities.

The article considers both new functional characteristics of known word-forming formants and new derivational formants. In modern Russian speech, there has been discovered such a new phenomenon, as the mobility of borrowed elements which can be qualified as affixes (ап, аут, ин, овер). Well-known formants of Greek and Latin origin have proved to perform new pragmatic-stylistic functions: prefixoids нано-, кибер-, крипто-; suffix -оид. These formants are mostly characteristic of terms, but, as the study showed, they can participate in the creation of expressive derivatives. The article uses the material of neologisms in fiction and media texts to identify new formants: prefixes мега-, нон-, он-, оф-; suffixes -инг, -раст; suffixoids -гейт, -оголик; movable formants ап, аут, ин, овер. The appearance of new formants and new semantic and pragmatic characteristics of the known formants reflects the dynamics of the word-formation system of the Russian language, due to the processes of internationalization, "ameroglobalization" in different languages at the turn of the 20 th – 21 th centuries. Neo-derivatives testify to the specifics of knowledge and experience acquisition with the help of word-formation methods and means relevant for a certain period of time. The results of the study contribute to derivatology, neology, pragmalinguistics and can be useful for lecturers and students of higher educational institutions majoring in "Philology" and "Journalism".
