In the context of the coming digital globalization of the economy, an important factor in increasing the level of development of ameliorated agriculture is the widespread introduction of innovative agricultural technologies and agricultural production management into the practice of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The methodological basis of research is based on information and analytical methods, methods of expert assessments, system analysis and synthesis. Based on the results of the studies and the performed assessment, the role of innovation systems in the structure of the agricultural production economy and the experience of their application in the ameliorative sector of the economy in comparison with developed foreign countries are characterized. The influence of innovations on the efficiency and productivity of labor is shown and proposals are presented to reduce and eliminate the technological backwardness of agricultural production on reclaimed lands, consistent with the trends in the development of technologies for the production of advanced industries of the domestic and world economy. The main stages of the formation of production management systems, which provide support for the assignment of control actions, are presented. Reasons are revealed that hinder the full use of innovative technologies in agricultural production, associated with the lack of free funds among small-scale agricultural producers and their proper understanding of the strategic importance of innovations in the production process. A prognostic analysis of the innovative development of agricultural production based on “intelligent agricultural technologies”, is presented which unites objects via the Internet for receiving and exchanging information from built-in services.

Abstract Introduction. The strategic imperatives of guaranteeing food security of the state, preserving rural areas, increasing efficiency of agricultural production and its competitiveness in the context of globalization actualize economic and social problems, which can only be solved on the basis of integration relations, in the system of which all agricultural producers are involved. Purpose. The goal of the research is to form the theoretical and methodological bases for development of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of economy. Methods. During the study, the such methods were used: abstract-logical, monographic, generalization, system analysis and synthesis, graphic. Results. The theoretical bases of integration relations development in the agrarian sector of economy are disclosed. It is proved that the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy are the separate economic category, a metatype of the economic relations, which are integrally connected with the system of productive forces’ development. The methodological basis of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of economy is created by its formalized structuring, systematization, specification and verification of the principles, laws and regularities of development of the integration and quasiintegration relations, their system and organizational properties and functions of integration interaction. Scientific and practical approaches to estimation of the integration’s level in the agrarian sector of the economy are systematized. The model of economic growth in the agrarian sector of economy based on neoindustrial development of the integration relations is created. The theoretical and methodological principles of system strategic management of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of economy are improved. The concept of grocery integration development is proved, continuum of its strategy is developed, and the methodological basis of the strategic choice is specified. The mechanism of innovative and integration development of the agrarian sector of Ukrainian economy on the contract bases is improved. Models, organizational and economic principles of all economic operators’ involvement into the integration relations in the agrarian sector of economy, in particular based on production contracting, are developed. The strategic directions of regulating development of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of economy are justified and conceptual principles of rental policy in this system are disclosed. Аnnotation Purpose. To increase the efficiency of technological processes of grain harvesting by large-scale agricultural producers due to the rational use of combine harvesters available on the farm. Methods. In the course of the research the methods of system analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system-factor and system-event approaches, graphic method were used. Results. Characteristic events that occur during the harvesting of grain crops, both within a single production unit and the entire agricultural producer are identified. A method for predicting time intervals of use and downtime of combine harvesters of production units has been developed. The roadmap of substantiation the rational seasonal scenario of the use of grain harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers is developed, which allows estimating the efficiency of each of the scenarios of multivariate placement of grain harvesters on fields taking into account influence of natural production and agrometeorological factors on the efficiency of technological cultures. Conclusions 1. Known scientific and methodological approaches to optimization of machine used in agriculture do not take into account the risks of losses of crops due to late harvesting, as well as seasonal natural and agrometeorological conditions of each production unit of the farmer, which requires a new approach to the rational use of rational seasonal combines of large agricultural producers. 2. The developed new approach to the substantiation of the rational seasonal scenario of the use of combined harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers allows taking into account the costs of harvesting of grain and the cost of the lost crop because of the lateness of harvesting at optimum variants of attraction of additional free combine harvesters. provides more profit. 3. The practical application of the developed road map will allow large-scale agricultural producers to use combine harvesters more efficiently and reduce harvesting costs. The engineering and technical service of an agricultural enterprise is the core of the production management system. The level of its organization largely determines the effectiveness of equipment and technologies used in production. The strategic goal of agricultural engineering services at all levels is to change radically the system of machine and technological security of agricultural producers. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in determining the economic and social tasks of engineering and technical services in the agro-industrial complex. (Materials and methods) In order to assess the efficiency of engineering departments, it is necessary to analyze the level of use of the company's machine-tractor and automobile fleets. Improving the reliability of the machine and tractor feel now becomes a priority. The majority of experts present this task in the set of measures that practically do not affect the question of perfection of the engineering service. (Results and discussion) The article shows that the development of innovative processes in the field of mechanical engineering contributes to the entry of new equipment and technologies into production and causes the need for farm engineers to study novelties and ways of their effective application. The promising version of the engineering service offers its structure and material support, which will not only provide high production indicators, but also allow specialists to constantly analyze technological processes, search for their reserves using modern information technologies. There is an urgent need to develop models of information support for engineering services, automated workplaces for engineers, the formation of on-farm databases and specialized computer programs to work with it. (Conclusion) The expected efficiency of implementing research results will reduce the cost of maintaining technological machines and equipment.

Abstract. It is determined that ensuring food security and healthy nutrition for the growing population of the planet will remain a challenge for the world community. The global dominants and tendencies of development of agro-production activity within the global market of agro-food products are analyzed. The grouping of leading countries with a highly innovative agro-industrial sector, which is formed taking into account the goals of sustainable development based on the construction of a clustering model using the K-Means algorithm is done. Their experience of formation of the state policy directed for support of innovative transformations of agrarian and industrial complex is generalized and recommendations on implementation of their best achievements in the domestic agricultural sector are offered. The aim of the work is a comprehensive assessment of innovative transformations taking place in the agricultural sector in the context of the challenges of global sustainable development. The task of the research is to determine the most successful group of countries in terms of implementation of intensification of production activities, the effectiveness of innovation policy and the ability to meet the demand for food, taking into account the requirements of sustainable development; providing recommendations for the modernization of agricultural production of domestic producers. The goal is to study the issues and prospects of digitalization in agricultural sector, aimed at ensuring sustainable development of the republic's economy, increasing labor productivity, management efficiency, intensive production in agro-industrial complex. Objectives – to study the aspects of this issue related to the implementation of the State policy of creating information and digital platforms to increase the competitiveness and export potential of agricultural production in the regions. The results of the study showed that despite the increase in agricultural production in 2018-2020, the dynamic processes of development of the industry are not significantly associated with the introduction of digital solutions, since the critical mass of the use of electronic, network technologies has not yet been formed. Examples of digital services used in Kazakhstan are presented. Recommendations on informing agricultural producers about the inclusion of this set of issues during the national census of population, necessary for the formation of an appropriate database in agricultural sector have been presented. Some aspects of participation of stakeholders in the formation of digital platforms and the concept of creating an information and communication ecosystem of agro-industrial complex of the republic are considered. Proposals on participation of local executive bodies in the implementation of digital technologies for management of the industry have been developed. Measures for the development of digital competencies of agricultural specialists are proposed. Conclusions – informatization of agricultural sector contributes to a significant reduction in production costs, ensures the rational use of the potential of natural resources.

In the conditions of a prolonged financial and economic crisis, limited volumes and forms of state support for agricultural production, maintaining structural imbalance and inequality of intersectoral exchange, the development of vertical integration processes is a priority in improving the competitiveness of the Russian agro-industrial complex. Vertically integrated corporations (VIC) have the potential to ensure the proportional development of the areas of territorial agribusiness, innovative modernization of production assets of agricultural producers, agro-processing structures. The article reveals the transformational potential of vertically integrated corporations (VIC) in improving intersectoral interaction in the agri-food complex (AIC) of Russia. Specific features of the development of integration processes in the agricultural sector of modern Russia are disclosed. The corporate mechanisms for the creation and functioning of vertically integrated structures in the territorial agricultural sector are systematized. The functional content and potential of the VIC in the structural modernization of the agro-industrial complex of Russia, in the development of the inter-branch exchange management system in the agro-industrial complex are disclosed.

The economic behavior of business structures in agriculture directly depends on the organization of their cooperation in the economic activity process. The aim of the article is to study the features of modern economic behavior of agricultural producers in Ukraine. To do this, the author identified the distribution factors of organizational and legal forms of agricultural production by economic behavior type, as well as organizational and legal features of individual models of economic behavior of agricultural production in Ukraine. Materials of thematic scientific publications, as well as empirical methods (observation and comparison) and theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis, modeling) were used to highlight the features of the object of study. The influence of the oligarchic model of the national economy of Ukraine on the structural transformation of agricultural production entities in the form of subordination of the interests of the state to the interests of individual social groups and the low effectiveness of antitrust legislation is investigated. The author found that in Ukraine the dual structure of agricultural entities was formed, in which two models of their economic behavior were simultaneously developing. The corporate model is represented by large commodity production of agricultural products based on utilization of the resource potential of the reorganized collective agricultural enterprises. Individual small-scale model is presented in agricultural production using the resource potential of private households and farms. The author found out that the organizational and legal forms of agricultural business entities will be determined by their participation in the contract system, the feasibility of cooperation or their integration. Prospects for further research in this area are a comparative analysis of the role of behavioral economy in the economic growth of organizational forms of agricultural producers in Ukraine, as well as assessing the impact of innovative technologies on the evolution of management approaches in the agricultural sector.

This article examines the financial elements of agricultural production digital architecture in Russia during the transition to the fourth technological stage in order to compete and import substitution in the agro-industrial market of the country. The pandemic and its consequences have had a negative impact on the Russian economy, in the context of the country's insufficient food security and the inevitable increase in prices for imported goods, due to rising prices for hydrocarbons and the predominance of low-value-added food products in exports. Due to the weakening of the ruble against the falling oil prices, the economy may face the need for a new wave of import substitution. This study identifies the problems of the agricultural sector and the reasons for Russia’s high dependence on imports justify the need to develop high-tech technologies. Authors determined the development directions of agricultural production digitalization in Russia through innovative agricultural technologies based on the Internet of things, distributed computing, and artificial intelligence technologies. Increasing the level of the agro-industrial complex development, bringing it to a new independent stage, is vital. However, it is impossible without state support and the digitalization of technological processes.

The problems of agricultural production management, the prospects for its development in a crisis (the resource one and pandemic), creation of necessary conditions for the effective activity of commodity producers are considered. The results of the main trade relations for the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2015-2019 and the priorities of the state internal agricultural policy are analyzed within the framework of the geostrategic goals of developing the market for agricultural products, raw materials and food, as well as creating favorable conditions for the activity of an agricultural producer. Basing on the analysis, the main reasons for the existing production problems in the agro-industrial complex of the republic were revealed: production technical and technological ones, underdeveloped production infrastructure, segmental approach to financing agricultural producers and their associations in the absence of comprehensive measures for the development of the agro-industrial sector, low prestige of labor in agriculture, insufficient investment attractiveness and the significant influence of external factors on the production efficiency. The article provides statistical data showing trends in foreign trade in the context of the main types of agricultural products and partner countries. The role of the Chinese agri-food market on the development of Kazakh agricultural production and the consumer market is shown. The role of the One Belt and One Road initiative in the formation of commodity flows, including transit of goods and the economic effect of developing other fields. The features of agricultural production in the crisis are highlighted, which allow the use of digital tools and other economic measures to activate processes in the agricultural sector. The need for active application of republican sustainable development goals that contribute to solving the problems of hunger, poverty and caring for future generations is indicated.
