Digital transformation (DT) is becoming an important topic for organisations and industries around the world (Kaufman & Horton, 2015; Von Leipzig et al., 2017). It is anticipated that some organisations will be unable to adapt easily to the new digital era, and executives are struggling to understand how digital transformation affects their organisations. Digital transformation is not only about investing in digital technology but refers to how organisations restructure themselves to adapt and shift organisational culture to enable developments that exploit technology and bring their businesses to new growth rates. Digital transformation has also appeared in the event industry, presenting digital solutions to optimise the event management process. The basic idea of the digital transformation comes from the blending of personal and corporate information environments and integrates the transformative effect of new digital technologies such as social, mobile, analytics, cloud and the Internet of Things (Kane et al., 2015.). A broad definition describes it as the integration of digital technologies and business processes into a digital economy (Liu et al., 2011). A similarly broad view holds that the use of technology can radically improve a business’s performance or impact (Westerman et al., 2014a).

The article is devoted to the study of the reasons for volunteering among students of a medical university during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the definition of some of its psychological aspects. This topic is currently very relevant, since now a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection continues in the world. Given the widespread shortage of medical personnel, volunteer assistance is becoming an extremely important aspect in the comprehensive process of providing comprehensive care to covid patients. Medical students in their volunteering activities most often find their «place» either in hospitals or in call centers. The objects of a 2-stage study, conducted in May – June 2020 and in December – January 2021, were 150 medical students, divided by 50 people into 3 groups, depending on the course of students (1–2, 3–4, 5–6). The main reasons that prompted medical students to volunteer were studied, as well as their changes in dynamics, from the «first wave» to the «second wave» of Covid-19. It was found that most of the future doctors were eager to help people and participate in the general fight against the new coronavirus infection. The next part of the study was to determine, using the Spielberg method, the levels of anxiety among students during the «first and second» waves. A certain dynamics of various levels of anxiety was revealed, which may indicate a kind of psychological adaptation. This work is of certain interest, both for practicing psychologists and for teachers of higher education.

The setting of sustainable development goals is directed towards improving the level and quality of life of the population by reducing anthropogenic impact on the environment and transition to a climate-neutral development. One of the ways to address this issue is to popularize alternative energy sources, introduce energy-efficient technologies and energy management. In view of this, the article is concerned with determining the peculiarities of the formation of a communicative environment for the provision of the climate-neutral energy services as result of the use of digital technologies. The expansion of the range of innovative energy services is due to the diversification of energy sources. As a result of the analysis of the dynamics of the development of «green» energetics, on the basis of statistical data, positive dynamics of energy production from renewable sources is established (wind, solar, hydroelectric power plants, biofuels, and waste). In turn, in terms of considering aspects of digitalization of production processes and provision of services, a low level of information and media activities on the possibilities of obtaining «green» energy services by the population is identified. In view of this, the value of using digital technologies such as mobile (social) platforms is increasing. It is proposed, concerning the content component of the formation of a digital communicative environment for the provision of energy services on the basis of climate-neutral development, to use a rating assessment of energy service companies, the level of digitalization of business processes of enterprises and the formation of digital skills among consumers of different segments of the energy market, as well as a cybernetic approach to determining the ability to provide innovative energy services.
