The curriculum is a very important and decisive component in the delivery of education. the curriculum functions as a tool for the achievement of educational goals, if educational goals change then automatically the curriculum must also be changed. In Law Number 20 of 2003 it is stated that the curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and learning materials as well as the methods used as guidelines in implementation of the teaching and learning process. For children the curriculum is useful as a tool to develop all the potential they have towards a better direction under the guidance of teachers at school. For teachers, the curriculum functions as a guide and reference in organizing learning in schools. In curriculum administration, according to Prof. Soetjipto and Drs. Raflis Kosasi, MSc in his book entitled Teaching Profession (1999: 148) that the curriculum is a set of student learning experiences with all the implementation guidelines systematically arranged and guided by schools in the activities of educating their students ".

Computer-based learning media is the use of a computer to help present learning materials to students, monitor the progress of learning or choose additional learning materials in accordance with student learning needs individually or is a form of application and use of computers that are applied in student learning directly to convey the content of the lesson, providing student learning exercises. The purpose of this study is the development of interactive multimedia computer-based on the subject of civic education in elementary education. This research method using an approach of research and development with stages: requirement analysis, design, and validation expert. The results of this study found that interactive multimedia applications based on computer valid and suitable for use in teaching and learning activities in primary schools.

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of learning media based on m-learningg using the POE2WE blended model to increase student learning motivation. This writing is motivated by increased learning in students who need good learning media and still use learning materials that have not been maximized. The method used in this renewal is the study of literature by studying some literature to be analyzed and made conclusions. The results of discussions about the application of m-learning based learning media using the POE2WE blended model can be a solution to the problems encountered in the teaching and learning process sponsored by students. The mixed POE2WE model is applied to students in High School with several steps including; participants do learning using smartphones, at faceto-face meetings students learn to use learning with teachers, in independent learning students do distance learning so as to increase their own willingness to do learning. The results of this study prove that learning media based on m-learning is feasible by using the POE2WE model to increase students' learning motivation and be able to take advantage of current technological advances.

he purpose of this study was to increase the activities and results of Indonesian language learning in the exposition text material of class X IS 3 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh. The learning model used in this study is the CTL learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class X IS 3 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh. The number of students is 35 students with 16 male students and 19 female students. This research was conducted in the 2019/2020 school year for a period of 3 months, from August 2019 to October 2019 in the odd semester. The research methodology is Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of two cy-cles and each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observ-ing and reflecting. The data collection technique is to collect test scores that are carried out at the end of each lesson in each cycle using a question instrument (written test). Observation data was carried out by looking at the activeness of students in the learning process. Data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning activities in both cycles, from good enough to good categories and to very good categories. Completeness of student learning outcomes has increased from 48.57% in the pre cycle increased to 68.57% in cycle I and increased to 88.57% in cycle II. The use of the CTL learning model can increase the activities and results of Indone-sian language learning in the exposition text material of class X IS 3 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh Academic Year 2019/2020

The research is motivated not yet using CTL approach. In addition, the study provided yet foster the character value of students. This study aimed to the development of learning materials by using CTL approach with the integration of character value are valid, practical, and effective. The type of this research is research and development by using 4-D models. The stages of this research are define, design, and development. The define stage consists of analyzing of curriculum, students, and concept. Then, the learning materials as lesson plan, handout, student’s worksheet, and evaluation, were designed at design stage. The development stage was doing validity, practicality, and effectiveness test. The data of this research was collected by using validation instruments, questionnaire of students and teacher, observation and test instruments. The result of research with validity of the test results showed that the syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets and assessment sheets (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) developed very valid. The test results showed that the learning practicalities developed very practical. Based on the results of efficacy trials, it was stated that the developed learning very effectively used as learning tools are developed to improve the activity and competence of students in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor and behavioral character. And Those, learning materials by using CTL approach with the integration of character values are classification of very valid, very practical, and effective.

In the last few decades, Information Technology has transformed the entire world into a village, known as Global Village, as proposed by Marshal McLuhan. ICT has increased its influence in every field like the education sector, defense sector, technology etc. In the 21st century, information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important and integral part of most educational organizations throughout the world.. The use of ICT in classroom teaching and learning processes has become indispensable as it gives teachers and learners the opportunity to operate, store, control and retrieve data in addition to promoting self-regulated and active learning. (Ali, Haolader & Muhammad, 2013) Today we are dependent on technology and the role of ICT is increasing day by day and is believed to be a new normal. Keeping that in view, the present paper attempts to examine the relationship between information and communication technologies (ICT) and student learning. This conceptual paper is based on secondary information collected from different sources such as books, journal articles, newspapers, reports of various government organizations, non-governmental organizations and soon.
