Abstract The article deals with the problems of speed and timeliness of the development of control actions from digital management systems. Generalization of researches is given. The role of mathematical applications of game theory for the role in the implementation of fog and boundary computations in the paradigm of the development of digital signal processing systems as well as their optimization value are substantiated.A particular generalization is developed and is given from the processing of an encoded signal sequence that demonstrates the operation of a humidity sensor from the viewpoint of bringing it to the basis of an antagonistic game in order to determine the optimal strategy of the device’s behaviour at a given time interval. The practical significance of the study is confirmed by a new approach to the implementation of economic methods for analysis of probabilistic outcomes within the framework of game theory in an algorithm for analysis of a digital signal for a linear comparator of recorded physical quantities in the form of digital levels. The value of such analysis metrics in network-centric distributed systems of the Internet of things in multiplexing environments is given.

The purpose of the article is to carry out an analytical assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of food security in Ukraine. Research methods. The research was based on general scientific and economic methods, the creative heritage of the founders of economic science, publications of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the impact of quarantine restrictions related to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of food security of the country, regulatory legal acts, data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, electronic resources and other sources. The monographic approach is used to analyze the dynamics of the actual consumption of agri-food products and the level of food independence for individual agri-food products. Normative and positive approaches are used to highlight real risks and threats to food security. A number of techniques of abstract-logical tools made it possible to make a scientific and applied generalization of the material presented, to formulate intermediate and final conclusions and proposals. Research results. An analytical assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the consumption of agri-food products and the level of food independence for individual agri-food products has been carried out. It has been proven that Ukraine produces enough food to ensure healthy nutrition for citizens. It has been determined that due to the low purchasing power of the population, groups of citizens with low incomes have limited access to essential agricultural and food products. In the medium and long term, there will be a shortage of food resources and global food inflation, the situation in agricultural markets will remain unstable, and trade will continue to develop under the influence of not only competition, but also political factors. Scientific novelty. The theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific, methodological and practical approaches to determining the factors of influence of quarantine measures and the spread of COVID-19 to the level of food security of the state have been substantiated. Assessing the impact of quarantine measures and the spread of COVID-19 on food security made it possible to identify the main risks of ensuring the country's food security. Practical significance. The applied aspects of the study can be taken into account in the formation of programs for the socio-economic development of the agri-food sector of Ukraine, which will increase the effectiveness of state initiatives aimed at ensuring food security of the state and increase the country's readiness for force majeure threats. The conditions for doing business at this stage are often similar in a game in which you need to calculate your actions a few steps ahead. At the same time, it is important to highlight several possible current options and make the necessary decision at the control moment. Moreover, each of the options formed should be justified, understandable and take into account the risk factors and available resources.Today, the main problem of assessing and minimizing the risk of “unfriendly takeover” is due to the fact that in most cases the raider is a player who acts quite legitimately and relies on the loopholes of the current legislative framework. Therefore, it is easier to identify possible actions of the raider and to avoid them within the limits of the reverse game than to deal with the consequences. The purpose of the research is to study the specificity of the individualized assessment and minimization of the risk of “unfriendly takeover” by using elements of game theory. It has been taken into account that the effect of individualization in assessing the risk of unfriendly takeover of enterprises can possibly be achieved on the basis of the application of game theory, the elements of which provide simulation of the unfriendly takeover process within the mathematical description of the inherent combinations of attack/defence as if they actually occurred in time both within one state of the external environment and for their given set.The results allowed forming mathematical decision-making models based on the elements of the antagonistic game “raider-target enterprise” and “raider games with the external environment”, which proved the possibility to: 1) identify possible functions of wins/losses; 2) combinations of attacks that can be neglected (that is, from the point of view of the rationality of decisions, will be rejected by the raider); 3) the ranking of the raider’s “attack combinations” for the reliability of their use during “unfriendly takeover”. Under such conditions, the target company can provide not only a detailed assessment, but also an effective minimization of the risk of “unfriendly takeover” and allocate the best combination of protection.

The scientific article is devoted to the issues of budgeting system at industrial enterprises. The problem of improving the budgeting system in the enterprises of the corporate sector has always been a key issue for both government and business. In a time of economic turmoil and post-crisis periods, this problem becomes even more relevant. Methodological tools are analytical and economic methods of information processing. The relevance, theoretical and practical significance of the scientific research is determined by the focus on solving an important scientific and practical problem of empirical importance for budgeting within the financial planning system with limited financial resources and optimization of project financing sources.

With the development of measuring technology, the measuring accuracy of optical glass refractive index of the increasingly high demand,V prism refractometers is major general instrument for measuring the refractive index of optical glass, not only the simple device, convenient measurement, and this method has high precision performance, however, the accuracy is only attained ,which in the regulation of national metrology verification and the introduction of V prism refractometers in the literature, the classic formula calculation principle formula error caused by refractive index has more than .Based on the mechanical structure and optical transmission to improve the original V prism refractometers the refractive index of air,by considering the influence on measurement precision of V prism refractometer,to mathematical modeling of V prism refractometer the principle formula,V can be measured refractive prism refractometer rate accuracy increased to ,measurement repeatability less than ,has important practical significance for realizing high accuracy measurement of the refractive index of optical glass.

In a refrigeration unit, the amount of refrigerant has a substantial influence on the entire refrigeration system. To predict the amount of refrigerant in refrigerators with the best performance, this study used refrigerator data collected in real time via the Internet of Things, which were screened to include only the effective parameters related to the compressor and refrigeration properties (based on their practical significance and the research background) and cleaned by applying longitudinal dimensionality reduction and transverse dimensionality reduction. Then, on the basis of an idealized model for refrigerator data, a model of the relationships between refrigerant amount (the dependent variable) and temperature variation, refrigerator compartment temperature, freezer temperature, and other relevant parameters (independent variables) was established. A refrigeration model based on a neural network was then established for predicting the amount of refrigerant and was used to predict five unknown amounts of refrigerant from data sets. BP neural network and RBF neural network models were used to compare the prediction results and analyze the loss functions. From the results, it was concluded that the unknown amount of refrigerant was most likely to be 32.5 g. It is of great practical significance for refrigerator production and maintenance to study the prediction of the amount of refrigerant remaining in a refrigerator.
