Abstract In this paper, the electro-hydraulic control valve commonly used in ships is taken as the research object, the working principle of the valve is introduced, the model of the valve is established by AMESim software, the model parameters are set and the simulation analysis is carried out. By changing the relevant parameters of the valve, the response speed of the valve can be improved. The simulation results show that the pressure area of load sensitive cavity and the diameter of damping hole have obvious influence on the response speed of valve.

The paper introduces the working principle of a logging instrument, and according to the working principle and instrument’s function of two-way hydraulic control valve. Facing to the key problems of process equipment in the actual service and workflow, the structure of value was designed and optimized. According to the basic functions and physical model of dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valves, we used hydraulic system simulation software to establish the mathematical model of the entire system. Besides, we maked the simulation of the running state based on the Running results. At the same time, on the grounds of theoretical calculations and simulation results, the influences of the body affected by the external factors in work environment were assessed, and the logging instrument with a dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valve is designed and processed. Meanwhile, we build an experimental platform and make the experiment according to principle of the instrument. The results show that the design of this dual-channel and two-way hydraulic control valve logging instrument met the work requirements, and it has high reliability in oil exploration, which could be promoted and used in logging areas.

This paper explores the dynamic modeling of a novel two stage bidirectional poppet valve and proposes a control scheme that uses a Nodal Link Perceptron Network (NLPN). The dynamic nonlinear mathematical model of this Electro-Hydraulic Control Valve (EHCV) is based on the analysis of the interactions among its mechanical, hydraulic, and electromagnetic subsystems. A discussion on experimental approaches to determine the model parameters is included along with model validation results. Finally, the control scheme is developed by proposing that the states of the EHCV follow a set of desired states, which are calculated based upon the desired valve flow conductance coefficient KV. A simulation is presented at the end to verify the proposed control scheme.

A new type of substrate structure Electronic Enhance Collector IGBT (EEC-IGBT) was proposed, and the working principle was introduced in this paper. Compared with conventional IGBT, the substrate of EEC-IGBT was divided by the groove structure composed of oxide and aluminum. Finally, simulation analysis about the EEC-IGBT performance influence by structural parameters was given. The simulation results showed that the turn-off loss of EEC-IGBT was reduced 30% compared with CS-IGBT in the same condition voltage.

In this article, the tamper system of multifunction- paver has been simulated by AMESim, and the simulation model of the tamper system of multifunction- paver has been established. The simulation results show that the hydraulic impact of the system will be decreased and the response speed of the system will be improved, when accumulator and PID controller are equipped. Simultaneously, the stability of vibrated system will go down with the increase of vibration frequency. When vibration frequency is over 20 HZ, the performance of system will go bad, and the vibration of system will be significantly enhanced.

This article first introduces the significance of studying space optical communication and the current research status at home and abroad, and gives a general discussion on the application prospects and development trends of space optical communication, and elaborates the necessity and importance of conducting optical communication research. Then, the working principle of ATP in space optical communication system is studied, the mathematical model of ATP control system is established according to the actual needs, and the ATP control system design of space optical communication is designed. By selecting appropriate motors and gyroscopes as the actuators and detection elements of the system, substituting the actual parameters for simulation analysis, and correcting and verifying the results, some useful results are obtained. The simulation results show the rationality and effectiveness of the ATP design scheme.

This paper presents the structure and working principle of counterbalance valve used in some hydraulic cranes. Based on the AMESim software, the model of the counterbalance valve is build, and the simulation analysis for its performances is done. The simulation results show that the valve has a good dynamic response performance and stability, its control spool opening is independent of the load, and the main concerned structural parameters can affect the performance of the counterbalance valve.

In this contribution, measurement data of phase, neutral, and ground currents from real low voltage (LV) feeders in Germany is presented and analyzed. The data obtained is used to review and evaluate common modeling approaches for LV systems. An alternative modeling approach for detailed cable and ground modeling, which allows for the consideration of typical German LV earthing conditions and asymmetrical cable design, is proposed. Further, analytical calculation methods for model parameters are described and compared to laboratory measurement results of real LV cables. The models are then evaluated in terms of parameter sensitivity and parameter relevance, focusing on the influence of conventionally performed simplifications, such as neglecting house junction cables, shunt admittances, or temperature dependencies. By comparing measurement data from a real LV feeder to simulation results, the proposed modeling approach is validated.
