Abstract The growing demand of the country’s population for head lettuce is met, according to various authors’s estimates, by no more than 30-35%. The mains suppliers from Iran, Israel, and Uzbekistan are actively involved in the import of green crops in Russian Federation. One of the existing levers of increasing the production of head lettuce is the introduction of new high-yielding and complex-resistant hybrids into production and the development of varietal agricultural techniques for their cultivation. The article presents an agro-technology evaluation of new hybrids of head lettuce F1 Serena and F1 LE 10585 of the company “Sakata” according to the main economically valuable indications (productivity, yield, biochemical analysis) in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman zone.

До последнего времени лучшим гибридом для хранения в конвейере Агрохолдинга Поиск был гибрид F1 Герцогиня, ориентированный на супермаркеты. В 2017 году Агрохолдинг Поиск передал в Государственное сортоиспытание новый высокотехнологичный гибрид поздней капусты F1 Орфей, который в 2018-2019 годах проходил испытание в Северо-Западном, Центральном, Волго-Вятском, Центрально-Черноземном, Средневолжском, Уральском, Западно-Сибирском регионах. Большая часть территории России относится к умеренному поясу, со значительным контрастом между холодной зимой и теплым летом. На западе страны господствует умеренно континентальный климат, на территории Западной Сибири континентальный с жарким летом и небольшим количеством осадков. В Средней Сибири господствует резко континентальный климат, в юго-восточной части страны муссонный. Почвы отличаются большим разнообразием. Цель исследований: испытание отечественного гибрида капусты белокочанной F1 Орфей в системе государственного сортоиспытания по семи регионам Российской Федерации. В результате исследований в 2018-2019 годах на 35 госсортоучастках РФ средняя урожайность гибрида F1 Орфей составила 53,37 т/га. Наибольшие показатели урожайности отмечены в Республике Башкортостан 152 т/га (среднее за два года) и в Оренбургской области 197,1 т/га в 2019 году. Урожайность по Республике Башкортостан на 77,3 превосходит результаты в Московской области, в условиях которой создавали и испытывали этот гибрид. Урожайность гибрида F1 Орфей составила 87,4 и 83,9 т/га по годам исследований. В Костромской и Ленинградской областях показатели составили 84,65 и 89,65 т/га соответственно. Доля стандартной продукции в среднем по регионам РФ составляет 94,4, наибольшие показатели отмечены в Волго-Вятском и Центрально-Черноземном регионах, 97,4 и 98,2 соответственно. Плотность кочанов высокая 4,6 балла. Наивысшие оценки плотности кочанов за два года поставлены в 14 областях РФ. Дегустационная оценка свежей продукции 4,4 балла, высокие оценки получены по Волго-Вятскому и Центрально-Черноземному регионам, 4,75 и 4,54 соответственно.Hybrid F1 Gertsoginya was the best hybrid for storage in the conveyor of Poisk Agro Holding until recently, intended for supermarkets. In 2017, Agroholding Poisk handed over to the State variety testing a new high-tech hybrid of late cabbage F1 Orfey, which in 2018-2019 was tested in the Northwest, Central, Volga-Vyatka, Central Black Earth, Middle Volga, Ural, West Siberian regions. Most of the territory of Russia belongs to the temperate zone, where there is a significant contrast between cold winters and warm summers. The temperate continental climate prevails in the western part of the country, the continental climate affects the territory of Western Siberia, the sharply continental climate prevails in Central Siberia. The monsoon type of climate prevails in the south-eastern part of the country. Soils are very diverse. The purpose of the research was to test the domestic hybrid of white cabbage F1 Orfey in the system of state trials in 7 regions of the Russian Federation. The average yield of the Orpheus hybrid was 53.37 t/ha as a result of studies conducted at 35 State Sector Regions of the Russian Federation, the highest yield indicators were recorded in the Republic of Bashkortostan 152 t / ha (average for 2 years) and in the Orenburg region 197.1 t/ha in 2019. The indices in the Republic of Bashkortostan exceed by 77.3 the results of productivity in the Moscow region, under which this hybrid was created and tested. The productivity of the F1 Orfey hybrid was 87.46 and 83.97 t / ha according to years of research. The indicators were 84.65 and 89.65 t/ha in the Kostroma and Leningrad regions, respectively. The share of standard products on average in the regions of the Russian Federation amounted to 94.4, the highest rates were recorded in the Volga-Vyatka and Central Black Earth regions 97.4 and 98.2 respectively. The density of heads of cabbage is high 4.6 points. The highest estimates of the density of heads of cabbage over 2 years were delivered in 14 regions of the Russian Federation. Tasting assessment of fresh produce 4.4 points. High marks were obtained for the Volga-Vyatka and Central Black Earth regions of 4.75 and 4.54, respectively.

The developed spring oats varieties should combine potential productivity with resistance to abiotic and biotic environmental factors due to increased adaptability. The purpose of the current study was to develop a new highly productive spring oats variety with a complex of economically valuable traits that are resistant to abiotic and biotic stressors. The current paper has presented a description of the new spring oats variety ‘Arkhan’ (mutika), developed by the Moscow RIA in cooperation with the FSEI “Kotlasskoe” by the method of individual-family selection from a hybrid population obtained from step hybridization of the varieties of different origin. The Competitive Variety Testing of the variety ‘Arkhan’ was carried out in 2013–2016 on the basis of the FSEI “Kotlasskoe” of the Arkhangelsk region, the variety ‘Krechet’ was the standard variety. The grain productivity of the new variety averaged 4.5 t/ha over 4 years, which was significantly larger than that of the standard variety ‘Krechet’ (3.5 t/ha). The average green mass productivity of the variety ‘Arkhan’ was 26.7 t/ha, which on 8.5 t/ha higher than that of the standard variety ‘Krechet’. The variety ‘Arkhan’ is characterized by resistance to head smut, being relatively resistant to crown oats rust. The variety is highly resistant to grain shedding and lodging. According to the best indicators, the new spring oats variety ‘Arkhan’ in 2017 was sent for the study to the State Variety Network of the Russian Federation. According to the results of the State Variety Testing, the variety has been included into the State List of Breeding Achievements approved for use on the territory of the Russian Federation since 2020 (in regions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).

The purpose of the research was to analyze the work on the creation of new varieties of apple, cherry and plum, carried out from 1938 to 2020 in the Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture, as well as the identification of promising crossbreeding combinations and genotypes for use in breeding and transfer to the State variety testing. In the apple breeding orchard, promising seedlings in hybrid families were identified by productivity, taste and size of fruits: Anis Novy×Plodovitoe (1-6-48), Anis Novy×Vityaz(1-7-26, 1-7-27,  1-7-57,1-7-70, 1-7-97), Anis Novy×Ural Souvenir (1-8-88) . In 2021, 4 apple varieties were entered into the State Register of Breeding Achievements of the Russian Federation: Renet Tatarsky, Volzhskaya Krasavitsa, Tenkovskaya and Kamskaya. The apple variety Renet Povolzh’ya is undergoing state variety testing. Promising hybrids 1-1-11, 1-2-11, 1-2-14, 1-10-30, 1-11-6, 1-11-31, 2-2-75,2-2-93 have been selected in sour cherry breeding orchards. In 2015, a new self-fertile variety of Shelangovskaya sour cherry was accepted for State variety testing in the Middle Volga and Volga-Vyatka regions. In 2021, 8 varieties of sour cherries were included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements of the Russian Federation: Krasa Tataria, Zarya Tataria, Shakirovskaya, Truzhenitsa Tataria, Sevastyanovskaya, Tveritinovskaya, Pamyat Sakharova and Obilnaya. In the plum breeding orchard promising hybrid seedlings 1-1-11, 1-1-20, 1-1-47, 1-1-75, 1-1-84, 1-2-36, 1-2-49, 1-2-57, 1-2-60, 1-3-19, 1-3-58, 1-3-86, 1-8-43 and others were selected according to important economic and biological characteristics. In 2021, the State Register of Breeding Achievements of the Russian Federation, admitted for use, included 8 varieties of home-breeding plums of the Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture: 2 varieties of early ripening — Sverkh Rannya, Sineokaya; 6 varieties of medium ripening — Rakitovaya, Renklod Tenkovskiy, Volzhanka, Tenkovskaya Golubka, Kazanskaya and Pamyat Khasanova.

Морковь столовая – одна из важнейших овощных культур, успешно возделываемых во всех земледельческих регионах РФ. Она занимает 10 % площади овощного поля страны и дает более 10 % валового сбора всех овощей открытого грунта. Из числа зарегистрированных в Госреестре 49% – гибриды F1моркови столовой. Из них 28% отечественной селекции (селекции ФГБНУ ФНЦО, Агрохолдинга «Поиск», ООО «Селекционная станция имени Н.Н. Тимофеева» и др.), а иностранных фирм («Бейо», «Вильморин», «Райк Цваан», «Монсанто» и др.) – 72%. В 2017 году ВНИИО - филиал ФГБНУ ФНЦО передал в Государственное сортоиспытание гибрид моркови столовой F1 Красногорье для Центрального региона. Цель работы – оценить потенциал гибрида моркови столовой F1Красногорье в условиях Центрального региона. Гибрид испытан в системе ФГБУ «Госсорткомиссия» в областях Центрального региона РФ. F1 Красногорье – межлинейный гибрид, получен путем скрещивания материнской линии 661П петалоидного типа и отцовской линии ШР 47. Среднеспелый. Розетка листьев полупрямостоячая. Лист длинный, зеленый, среднерассеченный. Корнеплод короткий, конической формы со слабым сбегом и слегка заостренным основанием (сортотип Шантенэ). Сердцевина и кора оранжевые. Масса корнеплода 110-200 г. Вкусовые качества хорошие и отличные. Содержание сухого вещества 10-12%, общего сахара 7-8%, каротина до 19 мг на 100 г сырого вещества. На двух инфекционных фонах (альтернариоз и фузариоз) и на естественном фоне гибрид входил в группу слабовосприимчивые с баллом поражения от 0,9 до 1,4, устойчив к цветушности. По данным сортоиспытательных участков, наибольший показатель урожайности гибрида F1Красногорье был отмечен в Рязанской и Московской области – 82,5 т/га и 76,5 т/га соответственно. Доля стандартной продукции в среднем по областям составила 80,5%, наибольший показатель отмечен в Московской области – 89,7%. Carrots are one of the most important vegetable crops successfully cultivated in all agricultural regions of the Russian Federation. It occupies 10% of the area of the country's vegetable field and gives more than 10% of the gross harvest of all vegetables in open ground. 49% of those registered in the State Register are F1 hybrids of carrots. Of these, 28% are domestic breeding (breeding FSBSI FSVC, Poisk Agro Holding, LLC Timofeev Breeding Station, etc.) and foreign firms (Bejo, Vilmorin, Raik Zwaan, Monsanto and others) - 72%. In 2017 ARRIVG - a branch of FSBSI FSVC transferred to the State Variety Testing a hybrid of carrots F1 Krasnogorye for the Central Region. The aim of the work is to assess the potential of a hybrid of carrots F1Krasnogorye in the conditions of the Central region. A promising hybrid of carrots F1 Krasnogorye was tested in the system of the FSBI «Gossortcommissiya» in the regions of the Central Region of the Russian Federation. F1 Krasnogorye is an interline hybrid obtained by crossing the maternal line 661P of the petaloid type and the paternal line SHR 47. Mid-season. The leaf rosette is semi-upright. The leaf is long, green, moderately dissected. The root crop is short, conical in shape with a weak escape and a slightly pointed base (cultivar Chantenay). The core and bark are orange. Root vegetable mass 110-200 g. Taste qualities are good and excellent. Dry matter content 10-12%, total sugar 7-8%, carotene up to 19 mg per 100 g of raw matter. On two infectious backgrounds (Alternaria and Fusarium) and on a natural background, the hybrid was included in the group of weakly receptive ones with a lesion score from 0.9 to 1.4, resistant to flowering. According to the data of the variety testing plots, the highest yield of the F1 hybrid Krasnogorye was noted in the Ryazan and Moscow regions - 82.5 t/ha and 76.5 t/ha, respectively. The share of standard products on average in the regions was 80.5%, the highest indicator was noted in the Moscow region - 89.7%.

A white boy six months of age was hospitalized with respiratory distress and congestive heart failure. Control of the heart failure was achieved but marked cardiomegaly, moderate hepatomegaly, and minimal muscular weakness persisted.At birth a chest x-ray had been taken because of rapid breathing and jaundice and showed the heart to be of normal size. Clinical studies included: EKG which showed biventricular hypertrophy, needle liver biopsy which showed toxic hepatitis, and cardiac catheterization which showed no obstruction to left ventricular outflow. Liver and muscle biopsies revealed no biochemical or histological evidence of type II glycogexiosis (Pompe's disease). At thoracotomy, 14 milligrams of left ventricular muscle were removed. Total phosphorylase activity in the biopsy specimen was normal by biochemical analysis as was the degree of phosphorylase activation. By light microscopy, vacuoles and fine granules were seen in practically all myocardial fibers. The fibers were not hypertrophic. The endocardium was not thickened excluding endocardial fibroelastosis. Based on these findings, the diagnosis of idiopathic non-obstructive cardiomyopathy was made.

3H-galactose (gal) and 3H-glucose (glu) were compared to determine which compound was preferable for pulse labeling newly formed hepatic glycogen. Control fed rats were used to achieve substantial and consistent levels of hepatic glycogen and to stimulate glycogen synthesis.Rats fed once daily for 4 hr achieved hepatic glycogen levels > 3% wet weight liver prior to injection by tail vein of a tracer dose of 3H-gal or 3H-glu. The rats were sacrificed 15-120 min later and liver was prepared by routine techniques for light (LM) and electron microscopic (EM) radioautography (RAG) and biochemical analysis.

The results of the work to create a complex of high-precision hardware for the unit of length reproduction and transferring carried out at “D. I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM)” are represented. This complex will serve as the basis for the further development of the reference base of the Russian Federation in the field of length measurements and will allow reproduction of the unit of length at two wavelengths of 633 nm and 532 nm, as well as measurements of the wavelength of laser sources in vacuum in the range from 500 to 1050 nm.

Background & Method: The study was conducted in the Department of Medicine Shyam Shah Medical College and Associated Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Rewa (M.P). History was followed by a careful clinical examination i.e. cardiovascular, respiratory and gastrointestinal and nervous system. Investigations had done included routine haematological examination, Biochemical analysis, urine examination, ECG, 2 D. Echo & Histopathological examination was done. Result: ST-T changes were most common finding in Aluminium phosphide poisoning in relation to mortality. However hyperkalemia was the most ominous finding associated with 100% mortality, ECG finding in EDB was normal ECG. The most ominous finding was arrhythmia which was associated with 100% mortality. Survivors of ethylene dibromide poisoning echocardiography was normal in 11 (84.61%) followed by pericardial effusion in 2 (15.38%) patients. Conclusion: Noteworthy finding was absence of correlation between cardiovascular involvement, histopathological changes and ECG findings. It was seen that even if ECG showed normal pattern there were significant histopathological changes in heart. Keywords: electro-cardiographic, Aluminium phosphide, ethylene dibromide & poisoning.
