Abstract The present Project is developed in Ecuador, Morona Santiago Province as a response to prior research that determined the failure of projects execution is due to the poor management of restrictions set by the director project. This research constitutes a contribution to Scientific knowledge about Project Management, primary factors influencing the failure of projects and recommendations for the achievement of success on roads construction projects. In order to get the stablished objective in this study, it was necessary the analysis of the conditions on which roads projects were executed and completed over the years 2018, 2019, and 2020 by the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Morona Santiago on the modality of procurement, and it was also important to stablish the causes that contributed to a particular outcome on projects. The approach of the analysis is focused on the management of restrictions of costs, time, and scope (triple restriction) of projects in study. The technique that was used is the analysis of the content that was applied to contractual records of 81 hired projects by selection of minor amount, price, bid, reverse auction, and contingency plan according to the Ecuadorian legislation for public works procurement. For the record and further data analysis, the information was encoded identifying in contractual files the causes that directly or indirectly led to categories of costs management, time and scope of projects. The results achieved show the causes that contributed to the failure of projects and the state in which they were finished in terms of initially stablished costs, time and scope. The obtained information was the basis to come up with recommendations referring the good practices on projects management that will work people in charge of projects management of roads constructions in order to obtain success on future projects.

This chapter aims to establish the present understanding and commonality with the variables that affect e-business allocation. The model was tried with 200 Malaysian respondents as an example. The questionnaires were distributed to SME business visionaries in a variety of sectors. Additionally, a role connection for the extent of exposure to e-business appropriation was constructed. Data analysis was undertaken using various perspectives, ordinary tests, homogeneity tests, relationship tests, ANOVA, multicollinearity, and study estimation techniques, including chi-square. The findings indicated that each of the quantifiable variables had an effect on SMEs entrepreneurs' decision to engage in e-commerce.

Emerging contractors play a critical role in the South African economy in terms of rendering services to government especially in the construction sector. However, literature findings reveal that some of the SMMEs are unable to deliver their projects successfully due to project management issues. The focus of this study was to establish the project management factors influencing the successful delivery of construction projects by emerging contractors in the Mahikeng area of South Africa. A mixed design research method was used to collect, analyse and derive the findings. Findings revealed that projects do not comply with the time, scope, cost and quality requirements. Focus group interview results attributed these problems to lack of project management skills among the emerging contractors. It is recommended that more support initiatives from the South African Department of Public Works, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry be provided to these contractors

MBA has almost become a necessity for top management positions of the organization. It has become one of the most significant qualifications in today's world corporate section. The right selection of a B-School is crucial, but the choice of proper specialization in MBA is the most important. The decision about the specialization is very vital just like a decision about buying a new house, car or investing money in the right business to maximize profits. The selection of specialization regulates the academic of discipline, environmental influences and the interest in the field of the student. This school of thought helps to come with the main the objective of this Research Paper, "A Case Study on Factors Influencing Selection of Major Specialization with Special Reference to MBA Students at Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore" The research paper examines about 25 factors that influence a student before considering the specialization in MBA. Convenience Sampling is used for this study. The data was analysed using SPSS The research results were mentioned to know "Factors Influencing Selection of Major Specialization with Special Reference to MBA Institutes in Bangalore." thru’ SPSS. Finally, managerial implications have been suggested to provide useful information to the online apparel retailers. The research paper finally presents with factor analysis & conclusions for future researchers

Abstract The failure analysis community working on highly integrated mixed signal circuitry is entering an era where simultaneously System-On-Chip technologies, denser metallization schemes, on-chip dissipation techniques and intelligent packages are being introduced. These innovations bring a great deal of defect accessibility challenges to the failure analyst. To contend in this era while aiming for higher efficiency and effectiveness, the failure analysis environment must undergo a disruptive evolution. The success or failure of an analysis will be determined by the careful selection of tools, data and techniques in the applied analysis flow. A comprehensive approach is required where hardware, software, data analysis, traditional FA techniques and expertise are complementary combined [1]. This document demonstrates this through the incorporation of advanced scan diagnosis methods in the overall analysis flow for digital functionality failures and supporting the enhanced failure analysis methodology. For the testing and diagnosis of the presented cases, compact but powerful scan test FA Lab hardware with its diagnosis software was used [2]. It can therefore easily be combined with the traditional FA techniques to provide stimulus for dynamic fault localizations [3]. The system combines scan chain information, failure data and layout information into one viewing environment which provides real analysis power for the failure analyst. Comprehensive data analysis is performed to identify failing cells/nets, provide a better overview of the failure and the interactions to isolate the fault further to a smaller area, or to analyze subtle behavior patterns to find and rationalize possible faults that are otherwise not detected. Three sample cases will be discussed in this document to demonstrate specific strengths and advantages of this enhanced FA methodology.

This book is an introduction to quantitative research design and data analysis presented in the context of music education scholarship. The book aims for readers to come away with a familiarity of prototypical research design possibilities as well as a fundamental understanding of data analysis techniques necessary for carrying out scientific inquiry. The book includes examples that demonstrate how the methodological and statistical concepts presented throughout can be applied to pertinent issues in music education. For the majority of Part I, the strategy is to present traditional design categories side by side with explanations of general analytical approaches for dealing with data yielded from each respective design type. Part II consists of chapters devoted to methodological and analytical approaches that have become common in related fields (e.g., psychology, sociology, general education research, educational policy) but are as yet not frequently exploited by music education researchers. Ultimately, this work is motivated by a desire to help scholars acquire the means to actualize their research curiosities and to contribute to the advancement of rigor in music education research throughout the profession at large.

The poor electric conductivity of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) makes it difficult to machine with the conventional EDM process. Inappropriate selection of parameters of the power generator and the servo system leads to unstable working condition and low material removal rate. This paper introduces a method to find optimal parameters in the Electrical Discharge Grinding (EDG) of PCD materials with Taguchi method. The theory and detailed procedures are presented, experimental results are analyzed. The optimized configuration was validated through confirmation tests.
