The Porpuse of this research is to find out the effect of Discipline on the performance of employees on KUBE PKH E-warong in the field of social empowerment and poor people’s management of Pekanbaru’s Sosial Service.This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach.Operational definition includes indicators and Discipline Variable (X) namely Attendance,Obedience to work standards,High alertness,and athical work.Then the performance variable (Y) is productivity,service quality,responsiveness,responsibility,and accountability.This research has a population of 39 people from the Office of Social Services in Pekanbaru,the sampling teachnique using the census method is the overall retrieval of the existing population.Data collection techniques used are Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation.Measurement data used is the Likert Scale.The data analysis technique used is Simple regression.Conclusions based on data analysis and testing of the resulting hypothesis,namely the influence of Discipline on the Performance of Supervisors on the KUBE PKH e-warong in the field of social empowerment and poor handling of the Social Service of Pekanbaru City obtained the results of Y = 14,576 + 0,722x and Significant t results of 72%.Then based on the test results of the Guerdian of the KUBE PKH E-warong in the field of social empowerment and the managent of the poor,Pekanbaru social services were 55,4%.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

This research aims to know and analyze: 1. Product influence on decision of purchase of product product rca 2. The price of product purchase decision on the rca 3 beauty salon decision. The influence of the promotion on the decision to buy products from the rca 4 beauty parlor. Impact on the decision of purchasing products from the rca beauty parlor. Retrieval. The study was conducted with a kind of quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The technique for taking a sample sample is random sampling. Data from the rca customers as many as 84 of those who bought rca products during July through September 2020. This research data analysis technique USES the t test and test f using SPSS version 23. The results of the t-test known products, promotions and places are inherently positive and significant to the decision of the purchase while the price is substantially positive and insignificant to the decision of the purchase. While the results of the known f test results, prices, promotions and places together (simultaneous) affect the decision of the purchase.

This study aims to find out how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation affects students of the Social Sciences Department of SMA N I Suliki District in choosing cross-interest of Science. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The research instrument is a set of questionnaire. Samples were taken with a total sampling technique, then the subjects of this study were all students of class X majoring in Social Sciences who chose cross interest of Science, amounting to 126 people, data analysis technique is a percentage technique. Based on the results of data analysis, intrinsic motivation that influences the selection of cross-student interests is as follows: based on ideals of 70.58%, based on student abilities of 69.44%, based on student conditions of 70.33%, based on interests of 66.93 %, based on the attitude of 75.06%, while extrinsic motivation that influences the selection of students' cross-interest is as follows; based on family encouragement of 62.56%, encouragement of friends 59.32%, employment opportunities of 69.57% and opportunities to continue study 61.50%. Whereas based on sub-variables, intrinsic motivation was found to influence the cross-selection of scientific interest by 70.48% (in the good category) and extrinsic motivation by 62.75% (in the good category). This study aims to empirically determine the description of organizational commitment to MTs Al-Islamiyah Karang Anyar teachers. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique and got 43 samples. The research instrument used was the organizational commitment scale. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and comparative models. The data analysis technique used is the one sample t-test. Researchers hypothesized that married teachers would tend to have higher organizational commitment than unmarried teachers. The results showed that the organizational commitment of the teachers was generally high. In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, it is said that there is a difference in organizational commitment between teachers who are married and teachers who are not married. The t-test results obtained were p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant difference. The empirical mean of married teachers are 100.06 and unmarried teachers are 90.54.

The main problem in this research is 1) How to provide compensation in MA Al-IhsanKajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency. 2) How is the performance of the honorary teacher in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency. 3) How is the effect of giving compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency.The research method used is descriptive quantitative research and population in this study were all honorary teachers who tought the at the school with a sample of 16 honorary teachers. Research instruments using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the product moment statistical test. Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics, it is known that the average value for compensation (X) is 16, number 16 is in the sufficient category and the average value for the performance of honorary teachers (Y) is 52,25, number 52,25 is in the good category. While the results of the statistical analysis of the product moment show the regression test results obtained bythe value of =0,685, this proves that the provision of compensation for the performance of honorary teachers is relatively strong. Then used the F statistic with the criteria for rejecting test  if with a value 12,364,60. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency.

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; dan (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi relatif kecil, yaitu di bawah 100, maka seluruh anggota populasi diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19; dan (2) Dukungan sosial perpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19. Berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya jika dukungan sosial meningkat, maka akan menyebabkan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 akan menurun. Variabel kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 dijelaskan oleh variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 43,7%, sedangkan sisanya 56,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kecemasan, Covid-19.   Abstact : The objectives of this study were: (1) To analyze the relationship between social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; and (2) To analyze the effect of social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru, amounting to 41 people. Considering the relatively small population, which is below 100, all members of the population are taken as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study used Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a relationship between social support and anxiety in facing Covid-19; and (2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on anxiety in facing Covid-19. It has a negative and significant effect, meaning that if social support increases, it will cause anxiety to face Covid-19 to decrease. The variable of anxiety facing Covid-19 is explained by the social support variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other causes outside the model that were not studied..   Keywords: Social Support, Anxiety, Covid-19.

This study aims to determine the correlation between the teacher’s oral feedback and the students’ writing motivation. This study is quantitative research with a correlation method. The researcher conducted this study at SMPN 2 Kasihan.  The population of this study included all of the 8th graders. The sample of this study consists of 93 students.  To gain the data, the researcher distributed the questionnaires to the students. The data analysis technique used in this research used Rank Spearman Correlation, with SPSS version 23 for the windows program. The result of the research showed that there is a correlation between the teacher’s oral feedback and the students’ writing motivation. It is evidenced by the Rank Spearman correlation test results with the significance value of 0.000, where it is <0.05.

This study aims to obtain answers to the problems regarding the survey on the ability of students of SMP Negeri 24 Medan to the game of volleyball passing under ability. The population of this study were all students of class VIII Negeri 24 Medan. The sample used was 20 people. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research and the research instruments used are (1) Skills Tests (2) Questionnaires and (3) Documentation. Research data processing uses descriptive statistics while the data analysis technique used is percentage (%). "Enough" because there are already some students who can pass correctly but there are also some students who still make mistakes in passing the students' mistakes. in passing, the student has not been able to make the ball cross the net, because the position of the foot when hitting the ball does not match the target. Through data processing, the results of the under-passing skills of Class VIII Negeri 24 Medan students were in the "very poor" category of 0% (0 students), the "poor" category was 25% (5 students), the "sufficient" category was 60% ( 12 students), the "good" category was 10% (2 students), "very good" was 5% (1 student). This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.
