Researchers can usefully produce a spectrum of videos, from simple ones created with a smartphone, to professional-quality video news releases. To be effective, technical videos should be brief, often including links to further information. They should still, however, adhere to high production standards. News videos also have specific length and technical requirements, whether a finished video news release or B roll. Video releases should observe ethical requirements to avoid the appearance of being infomercials. Lecture videos should only be considered if they offer more than a talking head but include engaging and informative visuals. Field research makes a useful subject for both lay and technical videos. All videos should observe basic principles of production quality, planning, scripting, shooting, and editing. Videos can also be syndicated widely to numerous free websites.

The Impact

This research aims to discuss the increase in family income obtained by motorbike drivers in Palembang. The existence of a motorcycle taxi is one of the factors reducing the unemployment rate which will have an impact on increasing income and family welfare. Maqashid Shari'ah is used to see the impact of the phenomenon of increasing income on family welfare with five basic principles; hifz din, hifz nafs, hifz ‘aql, hifz mal and hifz nasab, with three levels of Daruriyyat, Hajiyyat and Tahsiniyyat. This research is a field research. This research is field research, the method used in this research was collaborative both qualitative and quantitative by distributed questionairre to respondents who became research's sample by some measurement cryterias with 5 assesment criteria and interview towards some informants to strenghten questionairre result. The technique of determining sample by using purposive sampling and analysis technique data questionairre by using quantitative descriptive and qualitative analysis with triangularltion approacment Magashid Suar'i. The result showed that there was an increasing income earned by the Gojek's drivers in Palembang city compare to other previous job before becoming a Gojek driver and also affecting family's prosperity

AbstrakLembaga Kenotariatan adalah salah satu lembaga kemasyarakatan yang ada di Indonesia, lembaga ini timbul dari kebutuhan dalam pergaulan sesama manusia yang menghendaki adanya suatu alat bukti mengenai hubungan hukum keperdataan yang ada dan atau terjadi diantara mereka.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, spesifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis, teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dan studi kepustakaan.Notaris sebagai pejabat umum dalam menjalankan jabatannya perlu diberikan perlindungan hukum, antara lain pertama untuk tetap menjaga keluhuran harkat dan martabat jabatannya termasuk ketika memberikan kesaksian dan berproses dalam pemeriksaan dan persidangan. Kedua, merahasiakan akta keterangan yang diperoleh guna pembuatan akta dan ketiga, menjaga minuta atau surat-surat yang dilekatkan pada minuta akta atau protokol Notaris dalam penyimpanan Notaris. Ketiga hal inilah yang menjadi dasar dalam Pasal 66 UUJN dalam hal pemanggilan Notaris untuk proses peradilan, penyidikan, penuntut umum atau hakim dengan persetujuan Majelis Pengawas.Kata Kunci: Majelis Pengawas Daerah, Pengawasan,Jabatan Notaris AbstractsThe Notary Institution is one of the existing social institutions in Indonesia, this institution arises from the needs in the association of fellow human who wants a proof of the relationship of civil law existing and / or occur between them.The approach method used in this research is empirical juridical, the specification used in this research is analytical descriptive, this data collection technique using field research and literature study.Notary as a general official in carrying out his / her position needs to be given legal protection, among others, first to maintain the nobility of dignity and dignity of office including when giving testimony and proceeding in examination and trial. Second, to keep secret deeds obtained for making the deed and third, to keep the minuta or letters attached to the Minutes of Notary or Notary's protocol in the Notary's depository. <p><em>Constraint</em><em>s often encountered by lecturers </em><em>in</em><em> educating students is still attached pedagogical mentality like students of secondary education; has not moved on andragogical mentality like a college student. These </em><em>constraints </em><em>can be found in the context of basic principles of andragogy. As a library research, this paper examines the data sources in the form of literature relevant to Islamic law (fiqh) studies and andragogy (adult education). The study results </em><em>in </em><em>six models of andragogical learning for the development of Islamic law (fiqh) courses in higher education. First, the learning model of “learn how to know” that emphasizes aspects of epistemology to increase students’ curiosity (need to know). Second, </em><em>independent</em><em> learning model that emphasizes student activeness in learning. Third, experiential </em><em>based </em><em>learning</em><em> model</em><em>, especially literature and field research practice, to foster inclusive thinking. Fourth, </em><em>actual </em><em>life</em><em>-based learning model</em><em>, </em><em>either </em><em>related to worship or muamalat. Fifth, contextual</em><em> learning model</em><em> to find alternative solutions to real life problems from the perspective of Islamic law (fiqh). Sixth, the learning model </em><em>to </em><em>develop students’ intrinsic motivation.</em></p>

Some of the results of ten years' experimental work on the major soils of the Flock House Field Research Area are presented and briefly discussed. High-producing pastures are readily maintained on the wetter sand plain soils with adequate surface drainage and annual additions of 350 to 450 kg/ha of 30% potassic superphosphate. A range of herbage species is being evaluated on the drier sand plains. Lucerne (Medicago sativa L.) in particular can markedly increase the productivity of these soils. Factors which affect soil moisture status at and after sowing have the greatest influence on lucerne establishment. Root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne hapla Chitwood) can inhibit lucerne tap-root development, though several chemicals give effective but expensive control of the nematode. To maintain high production, up to 1000 kg/ha of 50% potassic superphosphate is required annually if lucerne is hayed, though requirements may be less when the crop is mainly grazed.

In the Qur’an there is Surat Al-Kafirun verse 6,which reads “lakum diinukum wa liyadiin,” whichmeans “For you your religion, and for me my religion.” In this letter it is sufficient to show how tolerance is in religion. This reflects how to respect the belief rights of fellow humans. Not imposing one’s will, not compelling someone to embrace a certain religion, not discrediting other religions, and respecting to practice their religion and belief. The research titled “ BANSER-NU Perspective on the Tolerance of Religious Diversity Concerning the Incident of Christmas Bombing 2000” focus on (1) How is the relationship between harmony and religious diversity tolerance? (2) What are the views of Nahdlatul Ulama and BANSER for religious diversity tolerance? (3) How did BANSER Riyanto die when securing Christmas celebrations? This research uses field research and literature review with historical sociology approaches. From the research results, obtaines the following answers: (1) Tolerance of religious diversity has an important in realizing plural community harmony in the life of the nation and state (2) BANSER is part of NU, both of which understand Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah and there is tasamuh who are seen as Ukhuwah Insaniyah (humanity) and Ukhuwah Wathaniyah (nationalism) which are the basic principles of tolerance for religious diversity, so that NU and BANSER always try to create, maintain tolerance for religious diversity (3) BANSER Riyanto is safeguarding the 2000 Christmas celebration at Eben Haezar Church in Mojokerto, and died with a bomb explosion to save the Christmas congregation.

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o processo de especialização produtiva do trabalho no Maranhão mediante o avanço da cadeia de papel e celulose em face da expansão e da intensificação da silvicultura do eucalipto desencadeada pela implantação da unidade fabril da Suzano Papel e Celulose no município de Imperatriz, sudoeste do estado do Maranhão. Dessa forma, busca-se questionar: há em curso uma especialização produtiva do trabalho nesse segmento, considerando trabalhadores com qualificação profissional de nível médio/técnico, em Imperatriz? Metodologicamente, além de revisão da literatura pertinente, utilizou-se, conjuntamente com pesquisas de campo, dados secundários sobre transformações no emprego local e nas qualificações profissionais locais advindas da implantação da Suzano. Os dados utilizados são originários da RAIS; CAGED; IBGE, além de escolas técnicas locais. Os resultados encontrados permitiram realizar mapeamento da cadeia de trabalho no segmento em destaque e verificar que há intenso e rápido aprofundamento da especialização produtiva do trabalho no setor de papel e celulose no estado. Abstract EUCALYPTUS SILVICULTURE AND THE SPECIALIZATION OF WORK IN THE PULP AND PAPER PRODUCTION CHAIN IN IMPERATRIZ - MA The main goal of this article is to study the labor specialization process in the state of Maranhão through the progress if the paper and cellulose chain over the expansion and reinforcement of the forestry from eucalyptus based on the implementation of the factory “Suzano Papel e Celulose” in Imperatriz, southwest of the Maranhão State. This drives the question: is there a movement to improve and specialize workers in this sector, taking into consideration not specialized or technical workers in the city of Imperatriz? For methodology it was used the book references, field research and secondary data about the changes in the way of work in the local plant and technical requirements for professional workers due to the implementation of “Suzano Papel e Celulose”. The data comes from “RAIS”; “CAGED”; “IBGE” and local technical schools. The results allow us to map the working group in the sector emphasizing that there is an intense and quick specialization regarding the work in this specific sector of paper and cellulose.

<p align="justify">Digital-based teaching media possess very high production quality capable of showcasing complex ideas in a short period of time. Later, the digital-based teaching media is well developed in millennial era indicating by the productivity escalation of it. This study aim at  investigating (1) the trending application resorted by the teaching media designers to create the digital-based teaching media; (2)  the problems faced by millennial teachers in creating the digital-based teaching media; (3) the underlying factors of the problems; (4) the efforts of digital teaching media designers to overcome the problems. Using descriptive qualitative, the 129 digital teaching media designers (millennial teachers) within 22-37 years old were investigated about the process and the product of digital-based teaching media. Questionnaire, interview, and document analysis used to assemble the data. The data were analyzed using the Interactive Model of data analysis. Triangulation technique facilitated the data validation and verification later. The result of the research shows that (1) the there are trending applications resorted by designer to create the digital teaching media such as prezi, movie maker and kine toon; (2) Less creativity and understanding towards technology become the major problems; (3) The lack of knowledge in technology and the dependency to make use the ready-made digital teaching media be the prominent factors causing the problem in designing digital teaching media; (4) Enhancing the creativity, innovation and technology sensitivity is the top solution proposed by teachers. The research implies that being the digital teaching media developers need extra efforts. Moreover, improving the technology sensitivity towards the current technology for teaching assists the designer better.</p>

Introduction. Machines for harvesting roots and onions do not provide qualitative indices of root heap separation that leads to violation of technical requirements during harvesting. New solutions are needed to increase the quality of root separation, increase the quality of separation and reduce damage. Materials and Methods. The article presents the design of the onion set harvesting machine. The machine is equipped with a bar elevator with asymmetrical arrangement of shakers. The technique and results of field research to determine the quality of set onion separation at the experimental rod elevator are described. Results. The results of production research of the onion set harvesting machine showed qualitative performance of the technological process of separating onion heap at optimal values of parameters: center distance between elliptical shaker and supporting roller 0.36-0.4 m at full separation of 97.0-97.2% and onion damage 1.65-1.68%; forward speed of rod elevator with asymmetrical arrangement of elliptical shaker and supporting roller 1.6 m/s at full separation of 98.5% and bulb damage 1.3%. Discussion and Conclusion. The use of a bar elevator with an asymmetrical arrangement of the elliptical shaker and support roller allows, in comparison with the symmetrical arrangement of shakers, an increase in bulb separation by 2.0% and a decrease in onion damage by 1.1%.
