The work was carried out within the framework of the initial stage of the master's research related to the application of mathematical modeling and information technologies to the study of environmental problems of water bodies. The work presents the results of statistical modeling associated with the processing of data from two surveys: residents of the Rostov region and foreign residents. Based on the results of surveys carried out using Internet technologies, the authors make some conclusions about the attitude of residents to the problems under consideration. The proposed results are accompanied by graphical presentation in the form of diagrams, which greatly simplifies understanding. The results also make it possible to justify the next stage of the scientific research - modeling plastic in the Don River.

In this paper the scientific displaying of battery and ultra capacitor is performed for solar photovoltaic system. The expansion of the ultra capacitor bank displays the requirement for a philosophy to upgrade the photovoltaic system to avoid abundance battery stockpiling. This work traces the strategy used to streamline the blend of photovoltaic boards, batteries, and ultra capacitors for a given solar radiation and load profile. Lessening supplies of petroleum derivative, top oil and the natural effect of non-renewable energy sources on the earth has energized a development in manageable energies, for example, wind and solar power.

This paper presents a relatively new concept for the design and implementation of a grid-tie inverter for photo voltaic (PV) systems. The proposed method will eliminate the uses of battery pack hence overall cost of any PV project will be significantly reduced. As the output of any PV array varies with the variation of solar irradiance hence a boost converter with PID regulated variable duty cycle has been used to keep a constant input to the inverter. Multilevel inverter topology has been proposed for utility grid connectivity. The proposed design is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink and a prototype is also implemented to verify the simulation results. The controllers are implemented in Arduino microcontroller board.

Abstract The Ebola virus disease (EVD) is a highly contagious disease which is caused by the Ebola virus . Various measures were used to prevent and control the spread of EVD. The aim of this study was to find out the most critical measures to prevent and control the spread of EVD. Both mathematical modeling and comparative analysis were used to explore the development process of EVD outbreak in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. The results of comparative analysis showed quarantined individuals before infection (R 2 = 0.848, ε = 1.012), safe burial teams (R 2 = 0.772, ε = 0.385), and the Ebola treatment units (ETU) bed (R 2 = 0.690, ε = 0.432) could significantly influence the incidence of EVD which were consistent with the results of mathematical modeling. These findings indicted that a timely and effective quarantine played a significant role in preventing and controlling the spread of EVD, and the findings would help us prevent and control the epidemic outbreak of new infectious disease in the future.

A comparative analysis of aqueous solutions of monoethanolamine (MEA) and methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) used as acid gas absorbers in the purification of hydrogen-containing gas is performed. The necessity of complex mathematical modeling of the process for developing recommendations on the choice of the absorber for a specific gas composition is shown

The electrical power produced via photo-voltaic (PV) array relies largely on weather conditions. In this paper, we presented a continuous state functionality of the PV gridconnected (GC) unit at distinct solar irradiances. The presented model is developed on MATLAB environment, which includes the PV array using an improved perturb and observe (MP&O) tracking system interconnected to DC to DC boosting conversion application, the 3-phase 3 level electric power inverter which usually associated to the utility grid using low pass filter, coupled transformer and synchronous control mechanism of PV inverter. The presented model is lab-created within day-by- day climatic conditions to estimate its working mechanism. The simulation results of the proposed system satisfy requirements grid performance with high power quality. In the proposed work number of cell modules used 90, number of parallel strings 60, maximum PV output voltage1000wb/m2 at 274 V, minimum voltage at 600 wb/m2 at 250V, maximum power at 1000 wb/m2-100 kw, and minimum power at 600 wb/m2-57 kw.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the main economic indicators (sown area, gross harvest and yield) for the most profitable agricultural crops in the Saratov region. Monitoring, economic and mathematical modeling and recursive forecasting of prices for agricultural crops in the region using the modified Holt-Winters method were carried out. Relevant recommendations for domestic agricultural producers are presented.

Mathematical modeling of process of nonstationary heat transfer through walling exploited in intermitt ent heating conditions is viewed. Analytical dependence is revealed for fi nding of maximum permissible thickness of heat insulation layer providing required heating time. Based on this procedure the results of calculation of outer walls diff erent variants are presented. Comparative analysis of heating time of walling insulated with sandless coarse-porous expanded clay concrete.
