The paper addresses the issues of implementing e-guide-based gamification systems for tourist attractions by proposing a dispersed gamification system architecture in which its respective functional aspects are handled by multiple web services with various scopes of responsibility. The features provided by the proposed architecture are successfully matched to tourist attraction requirements identified during development of an e-guide gamification system for an international consortium of tourist attractions. The key contributions of the paper are: the new definition of gamification system extending beyond the concept of a set of game-based rules and including the information technology components necessary to implement it; mapping the abstract gamification system model into the domain of tourist attraction gamification and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various organizations of e-guide gamification systems; the introduction of a new, dispersed architecture of e-guide gamification system that addresses the identified needs of tourist attractions.

Abstract. Campus activities that use information technology increasing rapidly, these activities e.g. studying activity, access to information and so on. The increased activities forces instance has an "assistants" who can help the real user to complete their works and responsibilities. Virtual world allows the user to be in a different context so that it can follow a different activity at one time. Avatar requires a virtual Environment for the activity. This research build a model in virtual world (VES) that would bring together between avatars, virtual objects and context to work in a scenario in Digital Life at Campus (Dil@C). Design written in this paper to formulate a model of Context based communication, system architecture and implementation that can be applied in the virtual world. Keywords: DiL@C, avatar, context, Virtual Environment System (VES). Life at Campus (DiL@C).

Nowadays, mechanical engineering products change from mechatronic products, characterized by the close interplay of mechanics, electronics, control and software engineering to Intelligent Technical Systems (ITS). Intelligent Technical Systems are mechatronic systems with inherent partial intelligence. Mechanical engineering products will be a symbiosis of information technology and mechanical parts. This will entail a rising complexity of technical systems and its development. Therefore we introduce an approach to improve system architectures of mechanical engineering products to realize Intelligent Technical Systems. Our approach meets the following challenges: creating a domain-spanning description of the system with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE); designing an interdisciplinary and modular system architecture by using the technological concept of Intelligent Technical Systems; identifying and implementing solution elements as reusable modules. Validated by a separator, our results clarify the benefits of MBSE and the technological concept of ITS to improve system architectures of mechanical engineering products to realize Intelligent Technical Systems.

Information technology and information systems are a very fundamental requirement in supporting business functions in an organization or company, whether government or private. Amid the rapid development of information technology, universities are challenged to implement information technology and information systems that can facilitate and accelerate services, both to students, lecturers and the general public in terms of obtaining information. In developing information systems, there needs to be careful planning for the short, medium and long term so that the system that has been built can continue to be developed together with the construction of a new system. Enterprise Architecture Planning is a methodology that can be used to build a structured system architecture starting from planning to the implementation planning stage. In this journal, we will discuss the use of Enterprise Architecture Planning in creating information system architecture to support academic activities in the form of data architecture, applications and technology

Decades ago, led by the technonational rhetoric of self-reliance and improvement in human health, India delayed opening its market. Consequently, India spent decades on import substitution and other exclusionary policies in a classic technonational system architecture like Japan. Later, India invested in generic-drug research and development and production capacity, complemented by advances in information technology. State-led human-capital development—for example, in the semi-independent Indian Institutes of Technologies (IITs)—targeted initially information technology and more recently has focused on biomedicine. Expatriate and diaspora returnee networks of Indian professionals, via its networked technonational architecture, since the 1990s have contributed to the development of innovative capacity and new ventures, but at a slower pace than in China.
