The introduction of information and digital technologies that support and support all technological processes in the field is an urgent need for the development and implementation of such technology. An organisationally complex and financially intensive project is necessary because of the wide variety of economic entities that differ in the size of production, forms of ownership and socio-economic conditions of production. Automated information control system for mobile units agricultural enterprise provides those-Niko-economic performance, optimum capacity utilization through the use of timely and reliable information on technology. Machine and tractor aggregates are appertained as control objects with variable structure, which is explained by possibility of the system formation from tractor or field machines mobile units with various purposes: tillable, cultivatable, sowing, harvesting and etc. This MTA feature was determined creation of digital control systems of two groups of automatic control and management of the basic energy and operational parameters: tractors, machines and vehicles as part of MTA. To the first group are appertained the automatic control system of tractor motor component loading, motion speed, frictional sliding. To the second group – automatic regulation system of operating depth, seed rate, treatment of liquid combined fertilizers and crop protection agents, filling and driving of various MTA. Novelty of researches consists in methodology of the organization of the centralized control and management of various technological processes at carrying out field works.

Abstract Background Efficient control and management in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic needs to carefully balance economical and realizable interventions. Simulation models can play a cardinal role in forecasting possible scenarios to sustain decision support. Methods We present a sophisticated extension of a classical SEIR model. The simulation tool CovidSIM Version 1.0 is an openly accessible web interface to interactively conduct simulations of this model. The simulation tool is used to assess the effects of various interventions, assuming parameters that reflect the situation in Austria as an example. Results Strict contact reduction including isolation of infected persons in quarantine wards and at home can substantially delay the peak of the epidemic. Home isolation of infected individuals effectively reduces the height of the peak. Contact reduction by social distancing, e.g., by curfews, sanitary behavior, etc. are also effective in delaying the epidemic peak. Conclusions Contact-reducing mechanisms are efficient to delay the peak of the epidemic. They might also be effective in decreasing the peak number of infections depending on seasonal fluctuations in the transmissibility of the disease.

The article presents the key parameters of modern systems of technological processes design, control and management of plant life parameters and robotic machines for the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies in the “Smart garden” system. The software and hardware, ensuring the formation and management of machine technologies of the perennial garden plantings maintenance that allow for economically managed, environmentally safe and sustainable production, taking into account the interests of producers in specific production conditions were analyzed. The article describes the possibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles and robotic machines in horticulture in the management of production processes, technical means of navigation, control over the implementation of technological operations, digital monitoring of crop yields, analysis of diseases and pests on plants. The classification of the means of remote information acquisition installed on the ground robotic means and aircraft was given. The priority tasks for increasing the efficiency of the “Smart Garden” system application, connected with the creation of a unified information network for the collection, storage and processing of data on the parameters of plant life, development of universal modules of technical vision and algorithms for pattern recognition of biological objects in horticulture and fundamentally new mechatronic robotic means for the implementation of technological processes in horticulture (harvesting manipulators, robotic weeders, platforms for monitoring plantations) were determined.

Facing the growing high data rate and large communication capacity demands, optical communications are widely recognized to be used to implement satellite communications. For a space-based optical backbone network, an appropriately designed protocol stack is important. In this paper, we proposed a protocol stack that is suitable for a space-based optical backbone network. Following this, we then used software to simulate this stack, built a hardware platform to test it, and finally, analyzed the results. The results showed that the proposed protocol stack was well designed to provide efficient control and management of the space-based optical backbone network. It could improve management efficiency by collecting resources and automatically calculating and building route paths. It could also facilitate data forwarding in intermediate satellite nodes with limited source and power, by using an advanced orbiting systems (AOS) frame switching scheme to avoid unnecessary processes, such as unpacking, upper-layer processing and repacking for passing services. The protocol stack could also support the use of unidirectional links to improve the link resource utilization. Finally, it could also provide transparent transmission for different kinds of services.

Tuberculosis is an ancient disease that has held close association with humans for millennia. Through persistence, this remarkably successful organism has managed to infect an estimated third of the world's population. Declining rates of tuberculosis in developed nations have masked an emerging epidemic of drug resistant cases that have been reported in almost every country under scrutiny. The recent completion of the genome sequence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis has mandated more efficient control and management of this disease. The momentum for this public health imperative will come from information gleaned from advances in genomics and related technologies towards deciphering molecular mechanisms of mycobacterial drug resistance.

This work is aimed at crea Irkutsk ting a domestic switching IT platform that organizes commercial and technological data exchange with intelligent metering devices within the Kumir-Resource complex. To facilitate efficient control and management of the modern pipe line and electric grid infrastructure an IoT (Internet of Things) platform can be built to organize communication with a multi-million audience of end consumers using smart metering devices. Implementation of such a platform will allow centralized collection, monitoring, management, analysis and visualization of all pipeline system data.

With the growing demands of safety for people and their properties, video surveillance has drawn much attention. These requirements have led to the positioning of cameras almost every corner. Smart video surveillance systems can interpret the situation and automatically recognize abnormal situations, which plays a vital role in intelligence monitoring systems. One vital aspect is to detect and alert generation of suspicious events then to notify operators or users automatically. A long time may pass before an event of interest to take place. In such situations, human attention may get diverted and an event of interest may get missed. In such case, video surveillance systems can effectively improve safety and security for the control and management of public areas or personal life. Independent surveillance systems to replace the traditional (human observer-oriented) systems also can relieve the workload of relative personnel.
