The present work reported a novel way of making nanocrystalline Ti-B phases (titanium boride and titanium diboride) in a hypersonic plasma jet. According to the purpose to synthesize nanosized Ti-B phases, experiments with different mass proportions of precursors were implemented. The optimal ratio of precursors, which leads to the yield of titanium diboride is 93.2% and the average particle size, doesn`t exceed 56.1 nm, is the ratio of Ti: B of 26.7: 73.3.

The paper proposes a method for preparing composite powders of the Ti/TiB2 system, studies the properties of the obtained composite powders, and also shows a series of experiments on its microplasma spraying. The properties of the sprayed coatings were investigated. On its basis the optimal ratio of the matrix and reinforcing components was established in order to increase significantly the hardness of the sprayed coatings.

Разработаны рецептуры напитков функционального назначения из овощных соков с добавлением концентрата из пророщенного зерна полбы Руно . Исследована комплексообразующая способность (КС) напитка при оптимальном соотношении белка и пектина. Определен химический состав используемого сырья и энергетическая ценность готовых напитков. Установлено содержание в 100 г разработанного напитка, образец 1 и 2 соответственно: сухих веществ 8,6 и 7,2 пектиновых веществ 1,80 и 1,79 белков 3,46 и 3,40 г углеводов 10,46 и 7,87 г жиров по 0,14 г. КС образцов 1 и 2 соответственно (58 0,1) и (56 0,2) мг Pb2/мл значение pH 5,1 0,3 и 5,3 0,4. Разработанные овощные соки с мякотью, обогащенные пророщенным зерном полбы Руно , могут быть рекомендованы в качестве овощных напитков функциональной направленности. Recipes of functional drinks from vegetable juices with the addition of concentrate from sprouted grain of spelt Runo have been developed. The complexing ability of the drink with the optimal ratio of protein and pectin was studied. Was determined the chemical composition of the raw materials used and the energy value of the finished beverages. The content of 100 g of developed drinks, the samples 1 and 2, respectively: dry solids 8,6 and 7,2 pectin substances 1,80 and 1,79 proteins 3,46 and 3,40 g carbohydrates 10,46 and 7,87 g of fats in each sample of 0,14 g. The complexing ability of samples 1 and 2, respectively (58 0,1) and (56 0,2) mg Pb2/ml the pH value, respectively 5,1 0,3 and 5,3 0,4. Developed vegetable juices with pulp, enriched with sprouted grain of spelt Runo , can be recommended as vegetable drinks of a functional orientation.

The relevance of information and the speed of its processing are of significant importance for high-tech industrial enterprises. To solve this problem, R&D departments are created within enterprises, but often all efforts are broken down by inefficient organizational structures. Purpose of the research– identify patterns that will ensure the most productive work with innovations. For the dissemination of new ideas in the enterprise, the role distribution of employees is more important. The impact of the ability to freely share information does not affect the results as much as the change in the ratio of different types of employees. The determined share of conservative employees (30-40% of the total number) allows us to determine the optimal ratio of employees who test innovative ideas for adequacy, in order to maximize the number of successfully accepted ideas by the team.

The paper presents the process of sol-gel synthesis of titanium dioxide nanoparticles, the peculiarities of the influence of component composition (titanium precursor content, solvent and stabilizer − surfactant) on the properties of sol and powder obtained on its basis. As a result of the study, the nature of the influence of the type and content of the surfactant in the solution of tetrabutoxytitanium in ethanol on the size of the synthesized particles of titanium dioxide was revealed. The optimal composition of the reaction mixture of TiO–R sol was obtained and the optimal ratio of tetrabutoxytitanium and ethyl alcohol was revealed using which a material with a high content of nanosized titanium dioxide was obtained.

The paper presents the results of using algae as a natural additive to chopped semi-finished meat products. The optimal ratio is set by means of the design method and the results of organoleptic assessment. The mathematical models that help to determine the optimal values of the factors and C, W and T (concentration of the components, moisture content and duration of mincing) are obtained.

Abstract Aiming at the problems of insufficient supply of carbon source and toxic effect of heavy metal ions in the treatment of acid mine wastewater (AMD) by sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), immobilized particles were prepared with Rhodopseudomonas spheroides, SRB and lignite as the main raw materials, and the optimal ratio of immobilized particles was determined based on single factor test and orthogonal test. The adsorption experiment of immobilized particles was carried out under the optimal ratio, the reaction kinetic process and adsorption capacity of immobilized particles for different ions were analyzed, and the action mechanism was studied. The results show that lignite not only has good adsorption performance, but also can be used as the carbon source of SRB after degradation by Rhodopseudomonas spheroides, so as to solve the problems of low removal efficiency of AMD by SRB and insufficient supply of carbon source. When the dosage of lignite, Rhodopseudomonas spheroides and SRB is 3%, 10% and 10% respectively, and the particle size of lignite is 200 mesh, the overall treatment effect is the best. The removal rates of SO42-, Zn2+ and Cu2+ are 83.21%, 99.59% and 99.93% respectively, the pH is increased to 7.43, the release of COD is 523 mg/L, and the ORP number is -134 mV. The reduction process of SO42- by immobilized particles conforms to the pseudo first-order kinetics, the isothermal adsorption of Zn2+ more conforms to the Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation, and the adsorption kinetics of Zn2+ more conforms to the pseudo second-order kinetic model.
