Limited diversity was found among cyanobionts from a cultivated population of cycads at a field site in Florida. All isolates were classified as Nostoc but were different from the one Nostoc species found in the soil. These cyanobacteria were root endophytes of several plants of Zamia integrifolia and one of Dioon. The isolates were similar morphologically and in their reactions to four fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated lectins. Electrophoretic protein profiles and zymograms distinguished one cyanobiont and the soil Nostoc. A tenacious Anabaena epiphyte was also discovered inhabiting the surfaces of root nodules. Key words: cyanobacteria, cycad, Nostoc, symbiosis.

In this paper, we try to give a different perspective to the one that has been studied and offered in linguistics until now. Language starts as the main form of oral communication that is transmitted from generation to generation. Language is in constant evolution. One of the greatest evolutions in the linguistic field has been precisely writing. It represented perfectly the union of graphic ideas and concepts with the beginning of the religious beliefs. We also try to analyze which are the causes and consequences of interventionism in something as personal and private as language. We will try to demonstrate how socialism, even in linguistics, distorts the correct evolution of lan guage, remembering the Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights (1996) whose consequence is the strengthening of various nationalisms around the world. Finally, conclusions and solutions will be given to a very specific linguistic problem: Spain. Key words: Socialism, planification, spontaneous order, evolution, linguistics, language, pidgin, nationalism, economy, institution. JEL Classification: A1 (General Economics) → A12 (Relation of Economics to other Disciplines). Clasificación JEL: Dentro de A1 (General Economics), el apartado A12 (Rela tion of Economics to other Disciplines).

Indecision charged with promise: Images of life and childhood in Henri Bergson’s philosophy Abstract: In a passage in his Évolution Créatrice, Bergson reclaims the image of the child to argue that living nature works through divergent tendencies. Although Bergson’s work doesn’t focus specifically on education, it does contain references that, on the one hand, reclaim the creative and creating nature of childhood, while on the other hand accentuating the childlike nature of élan vital’s movements (vital impetus). These references are part of Bergson’s repertoire of imagery and demonstrate how his thought evokes uneven readings. The invitation to cross the image of life as childhood with that of childhood as life ultimately evokes a rethinking of what inhabits us as constitutively other: the child we were and the nature we are. And it is through the notion of image – as a form of dynamic contact with reality – that we will find some answers for Bergson’s suggestion that schools promote a childlike knowledge (enfantin).Key-words: childhood; child; nature; image; Bergson. According to scientists, assessment is tightly connecting teachers, students, parents, school administration. Teacher’s (assessor’s) role is becoming especially important because school reform has changed attitude towards assessment and has created favourable conditions for new ways of assessment. Assessment can show student’s achievement qualitative and quantitative value. Students’ knowledge assessment shows what is known well or weak. Knowledge testing and assessing have a positive result when it is being checked systematically. But it is not good to assess only acquired knowledge. It is very important to make knowledge system, to deepen, to activate students. It is also important to find out how students use theory in practice. If you want to assess correctly, you need to know the forms and kinds of assessment. It is very important not to forget that students must know what they are to remember, because it is impossible to memorize everything. All students want to get good marks. There are several reasons why students react sensitively. From marks parents judge about their child’s abilities and even future profession. On the one hand knowledge assessment gives positive emotions, on the other hand, it gives negative ones. Thus, teachers have to be very careful while checking and assessing. Students themselves need to be assessed, because they can’t know if they study well. Geography teacher has got very wide possibilities to check students’ knowledge and skill. But the most important thing is that students’ knowledge become deeper and stronger if they are checked up systematically and interestingly. Key words: knowledge assessment, assessment system, kinds of assessment, forms of assessment, assessment principles and criteria

The main theme of the paper is the Concept of Military Leadership in the Slovenian Armed Forces, which currently represents the highest substantive and guiding normative act in the field of military leadership in the Slovenian Armed Forces (hereinafter referred to as the SAF). Due to the enormous importance of this field in working with people and the aim of influencing the change of the concept, the paper analysed and compared the concepts of military leadership in other selected armed forces and looked for similarities and divergences, especially in two segments - substantive and normative. On the one hand, we have shown the substantive obsolescence and inadequate normative rank of the Concept of Military Leadership in the Slovenian Armed Forces and, on the other hand, the necessity of substantive updating with concrete proposals and arguments for the development of the Doctrine of Military Leadership in the SAF. Key words Leadership, armed forces, Concept of Military Leadership in the SAF

Key words: copyright, work, artificial intelligence, computer program In the article, the problemsof legislation of Ukraine regarding the issues of copyright on works created due to artificialintelligence were analyzed. Particularly, who is the owner of copyright ofworks created due to artificial intelligence. On the one hand, it could be a developer ofa computer program, from the other hand, it could be a client or an employer. Because,it could happen that there is a situation when robots created something newand original, e.g., how it happened with the project “New Rembrandt”. In this case, computers created a unique portrait of Rembrandt. And here is a question, where isin this portrait original and intellectual works of developers of these computers andprograms. In the contrast, this portrait could be created without people who developedspecial machines, programs, and computers. The article’s author proposes to addinto Ukrainian legislation with following norm: the owner of the copyright createddue to artificial intelligence should be a natural person who uses artificial intelligencefor these purposes within the official relationship or on the basis of a contract. In caseof automatic generation of such work by artificial intelligence, the owner of copyrightshould be the developer. Also, another question arises, particularly, who will be responsible for the damagecaused by the artificial intelligence. As an example, of the solution for this issue Resolution2015/2103 (INL) was given, where is mentioned that human agent could be responsiblefor the caused damage. Because, it is not always a developer is responsiblefor the damage. Also, the legislation and justice practice of foreign countries was explored. Theways of overcoming mentioned problems in legislation of Ukraine were proposed.Such as changing our legislation and giving the exact explanation in who is the ownerof copyright on works created due to artificial intelligence and in which cases this personcould become an owner of the copyright. However, probably, these issues shouldbe resolved at international level regarding globalization.

Pedons were described, sampled and classified at 5-m intervals along a 130-m transect in an area typical of the southern Laurentian Highlands in order to assess short-range soil variability. Orthic Ferro-Humic Podzol was the dominant subgroup (25 of 27 sites). Differences in depth to bedrock and in soil water regime resulted in four soil families; bedrock was exposed at one site. At 21 of the 27 sites, however, the pedons were classified in one family: Orthic Ferro-Humic Podzol, coarse loamy, cold, humid. Differences in thicknesses and sequences of horizons resulted in a total of at least nine soil series. At scales of 1:20 000 or somewhat smaller, the soils of map units in the area would be most appropriately indicated as slope phases (10–40% slopes) of families. The dominant family would be the one indicated above with inclusions of shallow to extremely shallow phases and bedrock outcrops. Key words: Soil variability, Podzolic soils, classification of pedons

A soybean cDNA clone, 15-9-A, corresponding to a new nodule-specific gene was isolated. 15-9-A corresponds to an abundantly transcribed 1.0-kb mRNA that could first be detected in root nodules at about 10 days following inoculation with Bradyrhizobium japonicum. This clone was found to be very closely related to, but distinct from, Ngm-20, a member of a soybean nodulin multigene family. We have used oligonucleotide probes to detect an additional closely related gene, Ngm-20r, which is expressed as a 0.8-kb mRNA. 15-9-A, Ngm-20, and Ngm-20r appear to form a subfamily within the larger nodulin multigene family. Results derived from sequence analysis and hybridization experiments suggest that gene conversion may have played a role in the evolution of this subfamily. Key words: cDNA clone, gene conversion, multigene family, nodule specific, soybean.

The language of the holy Quran is a cohesive system where all verbal and semantics components are linked to service his regulatory contract which is (Al-Tawhid). The purpose that the quranic text being to coherently and harmoniously is to determine the meaning of (LA ILLAHA ILA ELLAH). And if we come to his style we fnd it combine between which is informative and aesthetic with a confutable goal; it means that it’s with argumentative dimensions, and exiting the measurement of language in it serve semantics purposes, this made him a pragmatic discourse applicable in every time and place. Hence the following problematic arose: How the system style is structured in the one of language? And if we can speak about other functions of style non-aesthetic one? And how the role of the style is explicit in supporting the argumentative intention? I adopted the descriptive approach to answer these questions, with the help of analysis to achieve the goal of this research which is: to indicate that what consist the quranic discourse of miraculous methods isn’t for just an aesthetic purpose, but for the argumentative one. Key words: The style, The argumentation, The argumentative function, The deviation
