Engineered cementitious composites (ECC) have higher ultimate tensile strains than normal concrete. The mechanical properties of ECC strongly depend on raw materials and the mix proportions. The uniform design test method and alternating conditional expectation, which is a nonparametric regression analysis method, were used to design the ECC mix proportion. According to the regression analysis, the optimized W/B, S/B, and F/B ranges could be obtained as 0.35–0.42, 0.25–0.3, and 0.02, respectively. The tested proportions for validation were randomly adopted within the range of W/B, S/B, and F/B. The uniaxial compression, tension, and four-point bending tests were conducted to verify the material behaviour of the designed ECC. Results showed that all the specimens had large ultimate tensile strains and high fracture energy capacities, and strain hardening was also observed. The fibers were found to be uniformly distributed in the specimens by using a scanning electron microscope. This paper may provide theoretical and practical guidance for the ECC and other cement-based material mix proportion design.

This experiment was designed by making a coal gangue with coal gangue, fly ash, lime power and a small amount of cement mixture selected from Dongpang coal mine in Hanxing area.We tested the compressive rebound modulus strength of the mixture, and according to the method of uniform design, 8 groups mix ratio were designed and the experiments on the coal gangue mixture in various mix proportion have been conducted. The experimental results were analyzed by regression analysis model, and the regression equation between the compression rebound modulus of coal gangue mixture and the blending amount of each admixture was established. Finally, using this regression analysis model, the influence of the fly ash, calces, cement to strength on the compression rebound modulus of coal gangue mixture was analyzed.

In the study, uniform design method is used to define the mix proportion of resin concrete. According to results obtained from the experiment, the optimal mix proportion of resin concrete can be got through regression analysis by using SPSS software, and MATLAB software together. The methods not only reduce the number of tests and the test costs greatly, but also provide an accurate and reliable design concept for the application of resin concrete in practical engineering.

Objective: The anti-asthma herbal medicine Bu–Shen–Yi–Qi Decoction (BSYQ Decoction), a combination of three traditional Chinese medicine herbs developed in our lab, has shown demonstrated efficacy in Ovalbumin (OVA)-induced acute bronchial asthma. However, the obscure substances, multiple potential targets and the unclear molecular mechanisms are obstacles to control drug quality, stability and standardization. Multi-component formulae with a clear pharmacodynamic material and specific mechanism are an innovation worth exploring. They may also partly reserve a potential synergistic and additive effect compared with single components extracted from traditional Chinese herbs. This study was designed to select three standard multi-component formulae of the combination of effective components preliminarily based on four effective components [total flavonoids of Herba Epimedii ([Formula: see text]; Astragalus polysaccharide ([Formula: see text]; Astragaloside ([Formula: see text]; and Catalpol ([Formula: see text]] in BSYQ Decoction. Methods: OVA-induced asthmatic murine models were established. A uniform design was applied to select 10 proportions from four target components, and 3 formulae which showed best effect aimed at IFN-[Formula: see text], IL-4 and IgE in the serum respectively were screened based on stepwise regression analysis. Results: According to the regression analysis, Formula I ([Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:6:29), Formula II ([Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:8:2) and Formula III ([Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:[Formula: see text]:50:8:2) are the three potential proper ratios for the new multi-component formula aimed at serum IFN-[Formula: see text], IL-4 and IgE in OVA-induced asthma mice, respectively. Conclusion: Three multi-component formulae derived from BSYQ Decoction could exert anti-inflammatory effect against OVA-induced asthma, which might provide evidences and lay foundations for further study of standard modern Chinese drug for treating asthma based on BSYQ Decoction.

Subject. This article analyzes the implementation of the government programme of the Krasnodar Krai, Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Markets for Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food. Objectives. The article aims to assess the measures of budget support for the agricultural sector of the Krasnodar Krai. Methods. For the study, we used a correlation and regression analysis of official statistics. Results. The article finds that the government programme of the Krasnodar Krai, Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Markets for Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food has a positive impact on the progress of production in the agriculture of the region, but it does not contribute to the growth of investment in the industry. Conclusions. It is necessary to move from targeted support for individual agricultural producers to the creation of a modern sectoral infrastructure.

In order to study the coal and gas outburst similar simulation experiment, coal similar material was made up based on the similarity theory. Based on the previous similar material study, the cement, sand, water, activated carbon and coal powder was selected as the raw material of similar material. Meanwhile similar material matching program with 5 factors and 6 levels was designed by using Uniform Design Method. And the physical and mechanical properties of the similar material compressive strength was measured under different proportions circumstances. The relationship between similar material and the raw materials was analyzed. The results show that choosing different materials can compound different similar materials with different requirements. And the water-cement ratio plays a decisive influence on the compressive strength of similar material. The compressive strength of similar material decreases linearly when the water-cement ratio increases.

The aim of the research is to analyze the raw material inventory and design a dashboard system that can help achieve company goals. The research method used is the method of analysis of stash, software design methods, and methods of software testing. The design analysis method used is the SWOT analysis, the design method used is the design concept using UML diagrams, the soft test method uses the Black Box concept. The results achieved are a dashboard system used by the Warehouse Section and Production Section to monitor raw material inventories and production performance. The conclusion of this study is that the dashboard application that has been made can help the Warehouse and Production Section to monitor raw material inventory and production performance in real time. This web application provides information easily, quickly, concisely and interactively which includes raw materials for shoe components, office equipment, production tools and general equipment, inventory planning, recommendations and reports on transactions and raw material requests. Resin concrete is a new material which can be made into machine bed instead of the traditional pieces of gray cast iron as the machine base, it can improve the dynamic stiffness of machine tools and the quality of machined parts, and extend the campaign life, reduce noise and improve efficiency. However, due to the long-term effect of load of the resin concrete, the elastic deformation occurs in its component, and the strain will increase over time. Thus it can affect the resin concretes service life, and the calculation of creep has become an urgent task in structure design and use, which should be taken seriously. In this paper, the bending creep properties of resin concrete beam were studied and analyzed by using four-point bending test method. The creep curve under different load levels were obtained, and the viscoelastic properties were analyzed.
