This research is about the readiness of teachers and students to develop E-learning and M-learning for the learning process. Before developing and implementing an E-learning and M-learning system, it is important to ensure the user's readiness for the technology. Users' perceptions will affect their willingness and readiness to use the system. This study aims to investigate the teachers and students perceptions about E-learning and M-learning, ensuring their readiness to involve in developing online learning process. The study was conducted by survey methods, questionnaires and direct interviews with prospective users in the schools, students, teachers and principals. Research respondents were from Junior High School and Senior High Schools in Samarinda. The questionnaires will be carried out in two stages, before and after the development of E-learning and M-learning systems. The findings obtained from this study indicate that research partner schools are ready and able to participate in developing E-learning and M-learning systems.

Most traditional e-learning system fails to provide the intelligence that a learner may require during their learning process. Different learners have different learning styles but the current e-learning systems are not able to provide personalized learning. In this paper, we discuss how intelligent agents can aid learners in their learning process. Three agents have been developed namely, learner agent, information agent, and tutor agents that will be integrated into a learning management system (Moodle). Learners are provided with a personalized recommendation based on the learning styles.

Adaptive e-learning systems are created to facilitate the learning process. These systems are able to suggest the student the most suitable pedagogical strategy and to extract the information and characteristics of the learners. A multi-agent system is a collection of organized and independent agents that communicate with each other to resolve a problem or complete a well-defined objective. These agents are always in communication and they can be homogeneous or heterogeneous and may or may not have common objectives. The application of the multi-agent approach in adaptive e-learning systems can enhance the learning process quality by customizing the contents to students’ needs. The agents in these systems collaborate to provide a personalized learning experience. In this paper, a design of an adaptative e-learning system based on a multi-agent approach and reinforcement learning is presented. The main objective of this system is the recommendation to the students of a learning path that meets their characteristics and preferences using the Q-learning algorithm. The proposed system is focused on three principal characteristics, the learning style according to the Felder-Silverman learning style model, the knowledge level, and the student's possible disabilities. Three types of disabilities were taken into account, namely hearing impairments, visual impairments, and dyslexia. The system will be able to provide the students with a sequence of learning objects that matches their profiles for a personalized learning experience.

Defining, measuring, and achieving quality of e-learning systems are not an easy task. Accordingly, one of the most essential goals for the higher educational institutes is how to reach a high and satisfied level of quality in their learning systems. Achieving such level needs adequate and continuous improvements for the whole e-learning environment elements. Therefore, we aim in our work to construct a unified framework for total quality management system (TQMS) that attempt to satisfy the quality requirements, needs, and standards. The objective of this paper is to present a quality control model for e-learning system that adopts the e-learning platform according to the on-line determination of both user's requirements and global standards. This paper proposed software architecture of quality Management framework for e-learning that could be adopted by different higher education institutes to control the quality of the e-learning process, and assure the quality of the e-learning process outcome. The proposed framework is based on a tri-dimensions quality model. The three dimensions are set of quality requirements for e-learning environment represented in Quality Assurance (QA) policies that will be formalized by using policy based approach, the specifications of e-learning platform that provide learning and teaching activities, and quality control process loop. The architecture for monitor and ensure quality control of the QA policies for e-learning system will deliver the whole learning services in an optimal way. It is also flexible and can be implemented over any e-learning system.

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive effects of e-learning systems on improving student's understanding of concepts and comparing e-learning with old learning system. Nowadays, the internet is one of the way to find informations easily without reading books and attending classes. The method used in this research is literature study method by obtaining information and data from various sources. The results from this study is that e-learning can improve students' cognitive abilitiesas it is easier to access words, powerpoint, html or PDF in the application. The conclusion is that e-learning can be used as a learning innovation that can help teachers and students using the Software Learning Management System

Abstrac The student learning model during the COVID 19 pandemic must be done virtually, a model of distance learning between teachers and students.  Among them only utilize the network and also learning media such as E-learning and also WA Group. With the various obstacles experienced by teachers when going to do the teaching and learning system, it certainly spurs teachers to be creative in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, the student's response to the material delivered by the teacher in online learning, becomes a challenge for teachers when there are obstacles in the teaching and learning process of students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, documentation and information obtained from teachers and students. While checking the validity of data is done through the extension of participation, perseverance of observation and triangulation. The results showed that the creativity of IPS teachers in running the Self-Learning Work Unit system, students are also directed to know more about COVID 19 by researching the environment and making a map of the distribution and prevention methods. Last asked to make a simple report in the form of mind mapp or learning model through youtube. The response of students in online learning will be in the same direction as the teacher's response, if the teacher's response is good it will increase the student's learning spirit. Furthermore, there are factors inhibiting teacher creativity in online learning, namely: networks, devices and knowledge of students. In addition, the supporting factor is the willingness of teachers to stay aware and learn about the learning media used as material for achieving effective and efficient learning. Keywords: teacher creativity, e-learning, learning media             Abstrak Model pembelajaran siswa dimasa pandemi COVID 19 harus harus dilakukan secara virtual, model pembelajaran jarak jauh antara guru dan siswa.  Diantara mereka hanya memanfaatkan jaringan dan juga media pembelajaran seperti E-learning dan juga WA Group. Dengan berbagai kendala yang dialami guru ketika akan melakukan sistem belajar mengajar, tentu memacu guru untuk kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Disisi lain respon siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru dalam pembelajaran daring, menjadi tantangan bagi guru ketika terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa di MTsN 3 Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan informasi yang diperoleh dari guru dan siswa. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas guru IPS dalam menjalankan sistem Unit Kerja Belajar Mandiri, peserta didik juga diarahkan untuk lebih mengetahui tentang COVID 19 dengan meneliti lingkungan dan membuat peta persebaran serta cara pencegahanya. Terakhir diminta membuat laporan sederhana berupa mind mapp atau model pembelajaran melalui youtube. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran daring akan berbanding searah dengan respon guru, jika respon guru baik maka akan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Selanjutnya ada faktor penghambat kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu: jaringan, perangkat dan pengetahuan siswa. Selain itu, faktor pendukung yaitu adanya kemauan dari guru untuk tetap mengetahui dan belajar terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai bahan tercapainya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. E-learning is an educational media that use ICT in the learning process. Nowadays, most of the higher education (universities) in Indonesia have integrated the learning process with e-learning systems. By using this system, learning can be done outside the classroom, anytime and anywhere. Based on the literature reviews, e-learning has many positive impacts on higher education components and its ecosystems, i.e., students, lecturers, higher education staff, and campus officials. Although it offers many advantages, similar to the information technology in general, e-learning systems are also vulnerable to security issues. Because, several security holes in the system can be penetrated easily by hackers, where the essential data contained in e-learning has high potential to be spoofed even modified by irresponsible parties. The security aspect of the e-learning system must be considered to minimize risks. Thus, the higher education can run their business as well. This paper aims to elaborate on the e-Learning system, opportunities, challenges, and several offered solutions on it. The research method used in this paper is literature studies from the latest references

SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta already has many learning systems that are applied in learning activities. The use of ICT in learning activities such as the use of internet networks, projector devices, local computers and networks. Basically, this system is sufficient to assist the teaching and learning process and in conducting school research (questionnaire). Teaching and learning is a process of relations between teachers and students. The questionnaire is a data collection technique by giving written and unwritten questions to get answers from respondents. However, these activities have not been realized in their development, such as using an Android-based learning system and questionnaire. In accordance with this explanation, an application is needed to assist the teaching and learning process and school research (questionnaire). This research was conducted to realize the development of an android-based system.

The educational system across the world has immensely been affected due to outbreak of COVID-19; it forced the shut down of educational institutions, which adversely affected student fraternity across the globe. Due to its contagious nature, COVID-19 demanded containment and enforced isolation that tremendously affected personal interaction of teachers and students. In the absence of traditional classroom teaching and one-to-one interaction, computer-based learning has emerged as closest substitute for off-line teaching. Against such a backdrop, it is pertinent to examine the students’ perception and readiness about online-learning system adopted at the university level during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. For the present study, the quantitative approach has been adopted and responses from 184 university students of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, India namely Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University) and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University are collected through online questionnaire. This research study was conducted during June–August 2020. The findings of the study reveal students’ positive perception towards e-learning and thus acceptance of this new learning system. It has also empirically demonstrated the significance of e-learning in the time of COVID-19 crisis. In fact, e-learning has emerged as a new way of enhancing the learning process where social media may further improve the learning output. The findings of the study will facilitate educational institutions and policy makers to take this online-learning process to the next level in a better way.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui kendala yang dialami siswa dalam memahami materi fisika pada saat pandemi Covid-19; 2) mengidentifikasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas; 3) menganalisis media pembelajaran yang perlu dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran fisika; 4) mendeskripsikan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan media e-learning berbasis telegram materi hukum Newton di SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan 3D dibatasi pada tahap define. Metode pengumpulan informasi dan data yang digunakan yaitu memberikan angket online kepada siswa kelas VIII dan IX di SMPN 11 Palangka raya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat kendala yang dialami siswa dalam memahami materi akibat sistem pembelajaran online yang dilakukan pada saat pandemi Covid-19; 2) media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran meliputi:LMS google classroom dan PDF; 3) Software e-learning perlu dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran fisika khususnya pada materi hukum Newton untuk membantu dalam memahami materi; dan 4) Sebanyak 63,8% siswa yang menggunakan media e-learning menjadikan pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan 80,9% siswa menyatakan e-learning berbasis Telegram  membantu  memahami materi fisik This study aims to 1) find out the obstacles experienced by students in understanding physics material during the Covid-19 pandemic; 2) identifying the learning media used by the teacher in the learning process in the classroom; 3) analyzing the learning media that need to be developed in the physics learning process; 4) describe the analysis of the needs for the development of media e-learning based on telegrams, Newton's law material in junior high school. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using 3D limited to the stage define. The method of collecting information and data was giving online questionnaires to students in grades VIII and IX at SMPN 11 Palangka Raya. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that 1) students experienced obstacles in understanding the material due to the online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) the learning media used in the learning process include LMS, google classroom and PDF. 3)software E-learning needs to be developed in physics learning, especially in Newton's law material, to understand the material. 4) As many as 63.8% of students who use media e-learning make learning more fun, and 80.9% of students state that -e-learning Telegrambasedhelps them understand physics material.

Mitra Bintaro Junior High School is one of the private schools having its address at Tangerang City, Banten Province. Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which is increasing rapidly today, Mitra Bintaro Middle School has an official website as one of the means of disseminating information for students, parents and the community. However, Mitra Bintaro Middle School does not have e-learning based learning media that can be accessed by teachers and students. This service activitywas held with the aim to implement an e-learning based learning system and train teachers and students in using E-learning at Mitra Bintaro Middle School. This training activity was divided into two sessions. In the first session, the material was delivered regarding the use of e-learning for teachers. Whereas in the second session the e-learning material was delivered to students of Mitra Bintaro Middle School. Participants are required to practice the material presented directly. With the implementation of the e-learning technology, the competency and access to learning for students and teachers of Mitra Bintaro Junior High School is easier and increasing.
