Depression, anxiety and stress are not trivial conditions applicable for only the weak-hearted. They can be inflicted by anyone of all age groups, gender, race and social status. While some are courageous to acknowledge their condition, others shy away in shame or denial. In this paper, we proposed a “proactive” approach to detecting candidates of depression, anxiety and stress in an unobtrusive manner by tapping into what Malaysians tweet in Malay language. From this preliminary study, we constructed 165 Malay layman terms which describe depression, anxiety or stress as identified in M-DASS-42 scale. Since Twitter is an informal platform, construction of Malay layman terms is an essential step to the detection of candidates. Our study on 1,789 Malay tweets discovered 6 Twitter users as potential candidates, having high frequency of tweets with any of the layman terms. We can conclude that using tweets can be useful in unobtrusively detecting candidates of depression, anxiety or stress. This paper also identifies open research areas.

BACKGROUND Background:H19 gene is maternally expressed imprinted oncofetal gene. This study aimed to explore distribution pattern and intellectual structure of H19 in cancer. OBJECTIVE Published scientific 826 papers related to H19 from Jan 1st, 2000 to March 22st, 2019 were obtained from the Web of Science core collection. METHODS We performed extraction of keywords and co-word matrix construction using BICOMB software. Then gCLUTO software, ucinet, excel software, Citespace, Vosviewer were successfully used for double -cluster analysis, social network analysis, Strategic coordinate analysis, co-citation analysis, and journal analysis. RESULTS We analyzed the distributions of included article of H19, identified 34 high-frequency keywords and classified them into 6 categories. Through co-word analysis and co-citation analysis for these categories, we identified the hotspot areas and intellectual basis about H19 in cancer research. Then the prospects of hotspots and their associations were accesssed by strategic coordinate diagrams and social network diagrams. CONCLUSIONS 6 research categories of 34 high-frequency keywords could represent the theme trends on H19 to some extent. Mir-675, cancer metastasis and risk, Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, SNP, and ceRNA network were core and mature research areas in this field. There is a lack of promising areas of H19 research. Matouk(2006) article play a key role in H19 research, and Murphy SK(2006)and Luo M(2013) articles serve knowledge transmission as pivotal study.

Abstract. Asmara IY, Garnida D, Partasasmita R. 2020. Crowing characteristics of Pelung chickens at different age and body weight. Biodiversitas 21: 4339-4344. Crowing characteristics such as duration, frequency, and intensity are important factors to consider in determining a good Pelung. Age and body weight are among other factors being assumed to affect crowing characteristics. The study was conducted to determine the crowing characteristics of different age and body weight. A survey was carried out in Bandung, Cianjur, and Sukabumi Districts, West Java Province, Indonesia in which a total of 98 birds was selected using a purposive technique. The observed parameters were the duration, frequency, and intensity of crowing. The duration was the length of crowing measured by seconds. Frequency is several crowing in a particular time measured by times. Intensity is the magnitude of crowing measured by decibel. The crowing was recorded from 7 AM-2 PM. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Mann-Whitney U Test to compare data differences between research areas. The study found that the crowing duration of Pelung roosters tends to increase in older birds, but the decrease in heavier birds. Crowing frequency increase along with age and body weight. Crowing intensity is similar in different age groups, while the intensity tends to decrease in the heavier group. The results provide evidence that age and body weight of chickens are an important aspect in Pelung contest and age should be considered as a new category in Pelung contest.

The results of a preliminary study on the emulation of radius-to-fix legs in turning departures by means of standard track-to-fix legs are presented in this technical note. While radius-to-fix equipage rates keep gradually increasing over time, a traffic mix containing aircraft with and without this navigation capability can impede an optimal management of the traffic flows whenever precise and repeatable curved flight paths are required. After test-flying various sequences of track-to-fix segments to emulate a reference constant-radius arc in a typical departure environment, the deviations to the desired flight path and the flyability aspects were assessed. The first results for a given scenario and aircraft type show an adequate path conformance for a navigation specification RNAV/RNP 1 within a certain range of aircraft performances and weather conditions. However, the reduced predictability of the roll steering when transitioning between track-to-fix segments and the high frequency in the oscillations of the bank angle may pose a problem to flight crews and passengers, respectively.

Information-centric networking is an emerging networking paradigm that envisages to solve the shortcomings of the host-centric internet. The usage of internet has moved away from the initial host-centric remote access one to predominantly an information serving one. In the new paradigm, information rather than the host takes the central place in serving the users. Hence, the users will search for information and download it from the nearest device holding it. In order to serve the customers better while optimizing the use of network resources, in-network caching is enabled in ICN. In ICN, the intermediate routers will serve as cache repositories in addition to acting as data forwarding devices. There are several ICN architectures proposed in the literature, each having its own merits and demerits. This chapter has taken an in-depth look at the design principles of ICN along with future open research areas that need the immediate attention of the researchers.

Hearing loss (≥26 dB threshold in the better ear), as a common chronic condition in humans, is increasingly gaining attention. Relevant research in China is relatively scarce, so we conduct a population-based study to investigate the prevalence of hearing loss among age groups, genders and ears in Zhejiang province, China, from September 2016 to June 2018.Study designPopulation-based cross-sectional studyParticipantsA total of 3754 participants aged 18–98 years and living in Zhejiang province, China.Outcome measuresPure-tone audiometric thresholds were measured at frequencies of 0.125–8 kHz for each subject. All participants were asked to complete a structured questionnaire, in the presence of a healthcare official.ResultsThe prevalence of speech-frequency and high-frequency hearing loss was 27.9% and 42.9%, respectively, in Zhejiang. There were significant differences in auditory thresholds at most frequencies among the age groups, genders (male vs female: 31.6%vs24.1% at speech frequency; 48.9% vs 36.8% at high frequency) and ears. In addition to the common factors affecting both types of hearing loss, a significant correlation was found between personal income and speech-frequency hearing loss (OR=0.69, 95% CI 0.52 to 0.92), and between hyperlipidaemia and high-frequency hearing loss (OR=1.45, 95% CI 1.02 to 2.07).ConclusionThe prevalence of hearing loss was high among people living in Zhejiang, particularly males, and in the left ear. Moreover, hearing thresholds increased with age. Several lifestyle and environment factors, which can be influenced by awareness and education, were significantly associated with hearing loss.

A retrospective study of 672 sampled records of patients of a major institutions providing Chinese traditional medicine in Singapore reveals that 97.3% of the patients were Chinese, with a dialect group distribution following closely that of the Singapore Chinese. The male-to-female patient ratio was 1.0:1.13. There were fewer patients of the pediatric age group and more of those from age 30 upwards. Some 43% of the patients sought treatment for ''infective'' and ''internal, emotional and weakness'' diseases. The prevalent disease conditions seen among patients from the different age groups are also analyzed and discussed in this paper.
