Having a well working protection system ensures pooling of assets to cover dangers. The medical coverage segment in India is in a beginning stage and a mere 9% of the complete populace is secured under any plan of medical coverage since Health Insurance policies are administrations and henceforth elusive in nature. So there is no prompt shot of acknowledging the services whether fortunate or unfortunate. Indian Insurance Industry has encountered a swelling impact after globalization and the progression of the economy. After the financial advancement, the paradigm changed from focal arranging, direction and control to showcase driven improvement. The level of buying of medical coverage shifts from individual to individual. It relies on numerous variables. The elements can be classified into individual, social, financial, mental and friends related factors. On the off chance that the health insurance business wishes to pull its weight in forming this immense market, it needs to examine the major factors impacting the buy of medical coverage arrangements, With rivalry developing perpetually, insurers need to be in the nonstop procedure of item advancement concoct inventive approaches to contribute toward actualizing the administration's need of offering medical coverage to poor. The current health insurance projects required considerable changes to make them increasingly effective and socially helpful.

This research is prepared primarily to have clear and real life ideas about the position of Eastland Insurance Company in insurance sector of Bangladesh. The research focuses on the major challenges of insurance industry in Bangladesh that obstruct smooth development of Bangladesh. This study conveys the message that if the insurance companies are operated very smoothly, the insurance sector will flourish very fast way.

Fostering more efficient capital allocation; encouraging loss mitigation; enabling risk to be managed more efficiently; helping mobilized savings; facilitating trade and commerce; substituting for and complementing government security programs and promoting financial stability insurance company plays a vital role to a country's economy. Despite prolonged political instability, poor infrastructure, endemic corruption, insufficient power supplies, and slow implementation of economic reforms Bangladesh's economy has grown by approximately 6 percent annually for two decades. In this case, the insurance companies of Bangladesh have been keeping a significant role for a long since. Considering the enhancement of the development of insurance sectors, different institutes and academics have been established. But those are inadequate for the fulfillment of developing this industry and manpower also. So, regarding this context, I select the matter of The Effects of Training & Development of Performance: A Case Study of Fareast Islamic Life Insurance Ltd. This study is conducted to Fareast Islamic Life Insurance Head Office and its five branch offices. Identification of the improvement of manpower and their occupational development and how they can contribute to their organization is the main issue of this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships to which leadership style (task and relations oriented leadership) moderate the impact of conflict on employee performance. Data were collected from 92 employees in different job levels. Partial least squares variance-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the relationship in the models. The results showed that task and relation conflict was associated with employee performance. The research findings also showed that leadership styles moderated the relationship between conflict and employee performance. This study offers implications for managerial practices. Practical implications and suggestions described in the paper Keywords: leadership style, conflict, performance.
