The increasing number of problems that need to be addressed in the hospital sector calls for innovation in this field. It brings us the need to find cost-effective and memory-efficient solutions to handle the vast data and sector it into essential information to operate on the patient. There used to be many systems to manage clinical records which are fixed at a place. It is quite complicated to get the information and make this data available at a patient's bedside. This leads to a considerable amount of wasted time in moving to those storage PCs and also the cost afforded is comparatively high. A computer system that controls and accomplishes all the data in the hospital database to provide effective healthcare is called hospital information system (HIS). The introduction of HIS made billing and inventor easier for the staff. This paper discusses diverse methods that improve the cost, demands of HIS, and provide techniques to function efficiently using wireless networks. Also, the paper gives a comparative study on different aspects such as cost, quality of service, transportation, and security. A new system is proposed by combining the wireless healthcare system along prioritized alert notification.

In this chapter we are focusing on reliability, fault tolerance and quality of service in cloud computing. The flexible and scalable property of dynamically fetching and relinquishing computing resources in a cost-effective and device-independent manner with minimal management effort or service provider interaction the demand for Cloud computing paradigm has increased dramatically in last few years. Though lots of enhancement took place, cloud computing paradigm is still subject to a large number of system failures. As a result, there is an increasing concern among community regarding the reliability and availability of Cloud computing services. Dynamically provisioning of resources allows cloud computing environment to meet casually varying resource and service requirements of cloud customer applications. Quality of Service (QoS) plays an important role in the affective allocation of resources and has been widely investigated in the Cloud Computing paradigm.

Video streaming is becoming one of the most important services deployed over telecommunication networks such as the Internet and triple-play operators’ networks. This service differs from the rest in being loss sensitive and highly delay sensitive and requiring a considerable amount of bandwidth in order to offer a smooth transmission of packets through the network. While upgrading network elements with quality of service and multicast transmission capabilities becomes prohibitive for most network operators, peer-to-peer (P2P) architectures appear to be smart and efficient solutions to the previous issues. Many different P2P systems have been proposed and deployed to offer reliable video streaming services. These approaches address issues such as multicast transmission, quality of service enablement, mobility robustness, and video distribution according to network and user device capabilities. This chapter gives an overview of the different issues related to performance and reliability in multicast streaming over wireless networks and presents several alternatives facing them, including amendments to the already existing multicast mechanism of data distribution, video scalability and how peer-to-peer networking can provide a cost-effective solution to such problems.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.
