Abstract Background In recent years, extensive studies have been designed and performed in the context of providing midwifery care in developed countries, which has been unfortunately neglected in some low resources and upper middle-income countries such as Iran. This study was conducted to identify the best strategies for improving the quality of midwifery care and developing midwife-centered care in Iran. Methods This was a qualitative study using focus group discussion and content analysis method. Data were collected from 121 participants including midwifery board members, gynecologists, heads of midwifery departments, midwifery students, in charge midwives in hospitals, and midwives in the private sector. Focused-group discussions were used for data collection, and data were analyzed using content analysis method. Results The main themes extracted from the participants’ statements regarding improving the quality of midwifery care were as follows: Promotion and development of education, Manpower management, Rules, and regulations and standards for midwifery services, and Policy making. Conclusion This study showed that to improve midwifery care, health policy makers should take into account both the quality and quantity of midwifery education, and promote midwifery human resources through employment. Furthermore, insurance support, encouragement, supporting and motivating midwives, enhancing and improving the facilities, providing hospitals and maternity wards with cutting-edge equipment, promoting and reinforcing the position of midwives in the family doctor program, and using a referral system were the strategies proposed by participants for improving midwifery care. Finally, establishing an efficient and powerful monitoring system to control the practice of gynecologists and midwives, promoting the collaborative practice of midwives and gynecologists, and encouraging team-work with respect to midwifery care were other strategies to improve the midwifery services in Iran. Authorities and policymakers may set the stage for developing high quality and affordable midwifery care by relying on the strategies presented in this study.

This paper aims to investigate the trend of human resource disclosure (HRD) quality based on publicly disclosed annual reports of 235 Malaysian listed companies. The data was collected through content analysis method using HRD index. The results reveal that there is an increasing trend of HRD quality from 2010 to 2014.  However the significant increase is only between 2012 and 2013. This study provides empirical support for Institutional theory’s coercive isomorphism, through its findings on quality of HRD. This is because, the related disclosure regulations and the Malaysian government policy through Malaysia Plan may have significantly influenced firms to increase HRD quality in their annual reports.

In Cyprus, many pupils with chronic diseases attend public school in regular classes, managing their disease's demands in parallel with their education. Teachers are responsible for both education and management of these pupils at school. They have to see to their safety, but they must also provide equal learning opportunities to pupils with chronic diseases. Therefore, teachers' information about each child's condition and needs is crucial for their better response to the challenge of coping with the unique needs these pupils may have at school and in the classroom. This study's purpose is an initial investigation of the quality of the information teachers receive in this context. Our methodology is qualitative. We conducted twelve interviews with secondary education teachers in Larnaca and Famagusta in Cyprus during 2019-2020. We analyzed our data by applying the Thematic Content Analysis method. Our findings indicated that teachers felt that the school's information regarding pupils with chronic diseases was either incomplete or, even worse, non-existent.

Taiwan has been nearly 40 years of history in developing B&B, and has accumulated rich experience in B&B development and management. While B&B history is much shorter in mainland China, there is a gap of industry matureness between two sides. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the development of B&B in mainland China to systematically discuss the quality of B&B in Taiwan. This study extracted 24 B&B cases in Taiwan from Agoda website, based on stratified sampling method, and classified and assigned values according to the quality evaluation index and coding standard with content analysis method. Finally, the paper obtained the key factors of the quality of the B&B based on the evaluation of indicators at all levels, and got the correlation analysis results: cost performance and fitment time are positively correlated to the quality of the B&B while guestroom number is negatively correlated to the quality of the B&B.

The purpose of this study was to gather data from the mothers of children with Tourette Syndrome (TS), in order to examine the extent to which the existence of a child with TS in the family affected mothers’ Quality of Life (QOL). The research was conducted according to the qualitative methods. Data was collected from semistructures interviews with 50 mothers of children with TS. The interviews were analyzed using a content analysis method. Conclusions derived from the research findings found that lack of accurate diagnosis and information leaded mothers to a state of imbalance and great stress. When they were given accurate information, they seemed to be more able to advocate for the child with TS and thus preventmisunderstandings, and consequent unpleasant situations and confusion.

Abstract: This article is aimed at finding out and understanding the quality and the meaning of hadith with a simultaneous approach. This research raises the questions on what the hadith research method with a simultaneous approach is? and what the quality of the hadith about "two traits which are not present in a true believer, namely stingy and bad manner" in simultaneous research is? The Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri’s hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari in the da'if al-isnad by Muhammad Nasiruddin Al-Bani with the quality of da'if al-isnad. In the hadith there are 5 narrators, namely: Muslim, Abu Maghirah al-Salami, Malik bin Dinar, Abdullah bin Ghalib al-Khadari, and Abi Sa'id al-Khudri. Data about the hadith and the quality of the narrators is collected through a documentation method. The data is then analyzed using the content analysis method. In its partial analysis, it was found that: 1. Of all five narrators in the hadith there is only one, namely Abu Said al-Khudri with the quality of thiqah. 2. The sanad is included in the chapter mu'an'an leading to the so-called inqita’ul sanad. 3. The hadits matan was apparently not shad, for not being opposed to the naqli arguments, both the Qur'an and the hadits traditions of a higher quality of sanad. 4. Hadits matan is also not related to the illat, for not being opposed to the aqli arguments such as reason, common sense, history, and science. Thus the Abi Sa'id al-Khudri's hadith concluded by al-Bukhari is a qualified da'if fil isnad in partial research. 5. Based on the hadith tabi’ tsiqah, it is very rarely found that its quality is sahih al isnad because there were some not considered thiqah. So from the four hadits, its tabi' is not able to improve the quality of the mutaba’ hadith, namely the Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri's hadits narrated by Al-Bukhari. Thus it means that the tabi' hadits has not to do with the quality of the mutaba hadits, namely: da'if al-isnad. 6. Because it has 4 shahid hadits of good quality. So based on the research of the hadith on other multi sanad (syawahid), the quality of the hadith is regarded sahih li ghayrihi. Keywords: Hadits research, simultaneous approach
