Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (LPIK) ITB is established as a hub to commercialize the innovation as well as an entrepreneurship development for ITB academic community. Many organizations including LPIK still deny how Industry 4.0 can influence businesses or struggle to find the talent or knowledge how to adopt it. LPIK applies change and prepares a future where intelligent machines improve their business goals. One of them is the existence of mobile applications to create value co-creation. This study using service science perspective to portray LPIK ITB. The methodology used is using a mix methodology. First, quantitative survey is conducted to measure the service quality (SERVQUAL) then qualitative study is conducted by exploratory approach using in-depth interviews and FGDs. Using service science approach, we identify the failed points using blueprints method and design thinking to create for product innovation features. The result of this study is proposed four development programs to improve IES LPIK ITB services, i.e, IES Shop along with the UI/UX features of the standalone service system and as a liaison between the Customers, Mentors, Industries, Investors, and Employees at LPIK involved (Proposed Prototype), Design Service Blueprint (Customer Oriented), Integrated People Development Program, and Digital Experience Development Program. The article concerns the mechanisms of entrepreneurship development in partnership with local government, science and business. The author presents evidence that the sector partnership is crucial for the success of projects developing entrepreneurship in the local and regional perspective. Local government has the resources and capabilities to act as initiators of projects and programs supporting the economic development of the city or voivodeship. At the same time, representatives of local government units must use appropriate operational and management methods in the implementation of the policy of strengthening entrepreneurship. Inter-sectoral collaboration requires the application of organisational solutions allowing for the involvement of units in different fields and basing on various legislation. The author also indicates that the source of the competitive advantage of cities and regions may be the specialisation, as well as the commercialisation of knowledge and technology. In this case, the inter-sectoral partnership is crucial as it conditions the success of economic development programs in its social, economic and political sense. At the same time, the article describes the methods of building the inter-sectoral cooperation. As a basis for the appropriate use of the different potential of the cooperating participants, the authors indicated projects and programs embracing groups of projects. All this is worth being recognised within the framework of strategic documents, such as development plans, strategies, and other records used by local government agencies. The article uses the outcome of the participatory workshops during the preparation of the Rybnik Enterprise Development Program. The aim of the study is the verification of the assumption that the sectoral partnership is crucial to the processes of local and regional entrepreneurship development.

Today, in the global world economic crisis and the Covid / SARS-19 pandemic, the development and functioning of business companies are more relevant than ever. In addition to the global pandemic, the Covid-19 crisis has dealt a devastating blow to the economy and business of the company, and enterprises have suffered severely financially. Development within the framework of proactive management of companies is based on following the required level of their competitiveness. This approach is adapted for business companies and connects together the dynamics of the external and internal business environment, the level of competitiveness of the organization, the level of innovative development, the system of goals of the business organization and the system of goals of business development programs. The conceptual model of content management of the business development program is analyzed, which establishes the compliance of the program objectives with the main factors of the competitiveness of companies and determines the value of projects as ensuring the achievement of these goals, takes into account the possibility of each project’s contribution to the achievement of several goals, as well as the influence of systemic effects in shaping the value of the program and justifying the necessary the amount of resources to provide it. Methods for assessing the values ​​of companies as the degree of compliance of their results with the set business goals. The method is based on the operations and properties of companies, allows to take into account the uncertainty of the conditions and results of the implementation of business companies, forming a two-parameter assessment of the value of the project - the business contribution to the achievement of each goal and the degree of this contribution. This approach, in contrast to the existing ones, makes it possible to take into account the achievement of goals to a greater extent in the following procedures for determining the content of the business. It has been established that synergy in business development programs is manifested in cost savings and an increase in the final value of projects by companies. Authors identified the main sources of the formation of the effect of business synergy associated with costs. Formalized the formation of the synergistic effect in terms of the theory of companies’ projects, arising from the joint implementation of projects within the program, allows with a greater degree of reliability to assess the achievement of the goals of business companies and the necessary resources in conditions of uncertainty.

The contribution of entrepreneurship at both the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels is remarkable. There are many entrepreneurship development programs (EDP) initiatives proposed by policymakers around the world to ensure the growth of entrepreneurs. While EDP is necessary to improve entrepreneur capabilities, however studies on EDP evaluation literacy remain limited. This study aims to fill the gap by investigating EDP evaluation literacy by using a systematic literature review (SLR). This study carried out a bibliometric analysis on a Scopus database in the last three decades, from 1989 to 2021 with all the manuscripts were written in English. The results show that most of the literature on EDP evaluation-related themes is mainly focused on program evaluation, characteristics, challenges, stakeholders, and context, with program evaluation and characteristics are considered as the most significant issues of EDP evaluation. Interestingly, this study also reveals that few manuscripts review the process of EDP as the success criterion of EDP implementation.

<p><em>Entrepreneurship Development Program include Strategies to increase Business which involve identifying areas where new ventures can be set up and so it is important to analyse the success of such program. This Paper is aimed at analysing success of the Entrepreneurship Development Program that are carried out across the country by educational institutions. A Survey was carried out across all such institutes where EDP was delivered and the participants were asked to rate the program attended by them on parameters that play a key role in development of the entrepreneurial skills. The data of 1000 such participants were taken. Their results were segregated and aggregated and the result was studied through pie graphs to give a qualitative analysis of the inclination of each group among the segregated ones.</em></p>

Where people have got to dive headlong in village development, especially physical development he purposes of this research is to find how the participation of the community in the Rural infrastructure development program (PPIP), Ngranget Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency. The kind of research is qualitative descriptive. In research, this is the population is the number of household heads involved in the delivery rabat concrete development in Ngranget village which consisted of 95 KK. The majority of informants interviewed in this research was 12 people. Was used in the study data collection method that is Technical Documentation interviews and data available for analysis namely described the results of research or data with a form of what is he got writer whether it is the results of the interviews, or result in appreciating documentation then investigated and the studies of the issue and. The result that the community participation in development in the village of rabat concrete Ngranget mind (planning), low participation in the form of energy high, participation in the form of expertise, quite low in the form of goods low, the form of money and participation is very low.

This study investigates how venture development programs such as private incubators, university incubators, and accelerators influence the success of participating nanotechnology startups. With the recent growth in such programs, empirical work is needed to compare their impact on participants across programs and with nonparticipants. Using data on firm bankruptcies, liquidation, government grants, and venture capital, we find benefits, but the influence of each venture development program varies greatly. We further investigate the influence of program services and resources to clarify program heterogeneity beyond existing typologies. The results clarify the role of these programs and ecosystem intermediaries.

AbstractObjectivesA panel of emergency medicine (EM) leaders endeavoured to define the key elements of leadership and its models, as well as to formulate consensus recommendations to build and strengthen academic leadership in the Canadian EM community in the areas of mentorship, education, and resources.MethodsThe expert panel comprised EM leaders from across Canada and met regularly by teleconference over the course of 9 months. From the breadth of backgrounds and experience, as well as a literature review and the development of a leadership video series, broad themes for recommendations around the building and strengthening of EM leadership were presented at the CAEP 2015 Academic Symposium held in Edmonton, Alberta. Feedback from the attendees (about 80 emergency physicians interested in leadership) was sought. Subsequently, draft recommendations were developed by the panel through attendee feedback, further review of the leadership video series, and expert opinion. The recommendations were distributed to the CAEP Academic Section for further feedback and updated by consensus of the expert panel.ResultsThe methods informed the panel who framed recommendations around four themes: 1) leadership preparation and training, 2) self-reflection/emotional intelligence, 3) academic leadership skills, and 4) gender balance in academic EM leadership. The recommendations aimed to support and nurture the next generation of academic EM leaders in Canada and included leadership mentors, availability of formal educational courses/programs in leadership, self-directed education of aspiring leaders, creation of a Canadian subgroup with the AACEM/SAEM Chair Development Program, and gender balance in leadership roles.ConclusionsThese recommendations serve as a roadmap for all EM leaders (and aspiring leaders) to build on their success, inspire their colleagues, and foster the next generation of Canadian EM academic leaders.

Queensland Transport has responded to the demand from its employees for career development tools and resources by committing to the development and implementation of a departmental Career Development Program. This paper outlines the Queensland Transport Career Development Program with a particular emphasis on how it came about, what it entails and the challenges faced. Various initiatives have been implemented to date, yet many challenges lie ahead.
