AbstractThe Mathematics teacher is responsible for the efficient mediation, together with the students entrusted to him, of a set of skills and abilities that encompass a certain set of cognitive tools, such as operative logical invariants, conceptual schemes and even insertion in the rules and expectations of a community of practitioners. Additionally, it is expected that this teacher will facilitate the access of his students to the historical-conceptual collection represented by the accumulated mathematical knowledge until then. The achievement of these pedagogical goals by the said teacher will require a series of complex and concatenated initiatives, and his total or partial failure will be explained by limitations of his didactic-pedagogical arsenal, which in turn is usually associated with lack of training and qualification professionals. The present article seeks to contribute with theoretical arguments and empirical data in the sense that the mathematical teacher’s power to act in the classroom can not be understood strictly in terms of the pedagogical-pedagogical tool available to this teacher. More than a didactic engineer who deals with concepts and assembly of “cognitive scaffolds” to aid the learning of his students, the math teacher is a professional whose power to act, development, pleasure, suffering, health and illness can only be understood in the biographical context of its collection of historically situated experiences and in its collective and professional gender. Keywords: Mathematics Teaching. The paper considers the possibility of using game elements in the study of medical terminology in Latin and English. Different types of games-exercises are illustrated in the examples. Such requirements for the exercises as novelty, culturological and professional orientation, and providing students in the process of doing exercises-games with necessary non-verbal basis are taken into account. It is stressed that practical classes with the use of game technologies and elements of problem-based learning develop and improve students’ skills of independent work, ability of critical thinking and acting in creative and constructive way, of fulfilling tasks given by the teacher, as well as of making adequate individual and collective decisions, and of comprehending the outcomes. A game is supposed to contribute to consolidation of a particular subject, to give examples for illustrating theoretical material visually, and to model some training situations. It is noted that interactive methods in teaching professional terminology are the most effective for perfecting students’ skills and abilities, since they perform the following tasks: 1) development of an interest for medicine on the whole and for the future professional activity particularly; 2) increase in the level of understanding and mastering English and Latin; 3) formation of professional competences a future doctor should possess; 4) development of self-dependence – ability to find methods and ways of solving tasks without assistance; 5) ability to hear an opinion of a crewmate, to be loyal and tolerant of someone else’s viewpoint. It is emphasized that practical classes with the use of game elements contribute to future doctors’ training activation and effectiveness, alongside with realizing natural aspirations for communication, mutual assistance, and cooperation.

The article examines the legal and moral and ethical aspects of a misdemeanor that discredits the honor of an employee of the criminal Executive system. The considered reason for dismissal has the main feature associated with the integration of legal and moral norms, which often raises a lot of questions about the attribution of a particular offense to this basis. Using the analysis of normative legal acts, the authors attempt to identify the signs that contribute to the separation of the studied grounds for dismissal from all their diversity. The classification of offenses that discredit the honor of an employee of the criminal Executive system is presented, which allows to systematize and organize the knowledge obtained about the considered grounds for dismissal. The analysis of a misdemeanor that defames the honor of an employee of the penal system from a moral and ethical position gives an understanding, first of all, that it does not have a clear regulation from the point of view of the law, but the consequences of committing such a misdemeanor are clearly legal. The concepts of “honor” and “dignity” are considered as ethical categories and are analyzed as personal qualities that are manifested in an employee of the penal correction system during the period of service. These categories in the behavior of a person or employee are manifested both externally (assessment from the outside) and internally (self-assessment). The article describes the value orientation of an employee of the criminal Executive system to ethical standards in professional activity, which is an integral part of the moral and ethical side of a misdemeanor that discredits the honor of an employee.
