Organization of training based on a system-activity approach in obtaining secondary general education

In the article the urgency of introduction of the Federal state educational standard (GEF) basic General education, are the main characteristics of this new generation standard: the emphasis in education; inter-personal, meta (cognitive, communicative, regulatory universal learning activities) and substantive results. The authors present their insights on the structure and substantive content of the unified information and educational system, which is a software product named �Information and Educational System to Support Self-Development�, which has been approbated in terms of implementing the scientific project supported by the Russian Foundation for Humanities and the Government of the Kaluga region at the premises of rural schools of the Kaluga region (The project �14-16-40007 a (r)). The unified information system maintenance is aimed to facilitate the work of teachers at different stages of methodological and psycho-pedagogical support of learners self-development in the course of extracurricular activities, to help with performance analysis, to provide maximum automation of the testing process in order to eliminate the human factor, which can distort the results analyzing process, and also to provide convenience of making recommendations on how to work with learners. Among the structural components of the software are: the analytical system, which includes students� self-development monitoring unit editor; accounting and analysis system, represented by the student�s individual profile; statistical processing block with results presentation and development of psychological and pedagogical recommendations; the block for analyzing the learners� self-development dynamics, etc. The system allows to maintain an individual profile for each learner; to run diagnostics of learners� self-development; to process and store diagnostics outcomes; to develop psychological and pedagogical recommendations and routes of individual self-development for each student; to plan individual educational path for each learner dependent on testing outcomes, interviews with the parents and the learner himself and recommendations of psychologists and educators. The system is capable to maintain both the results records of a single learner within different time domains and statistical analyses of group results, to sort and analyze results against the required criteria. The said system can be used widely in educational practices of extracurricular activities in the context of mastering the standards of primary general education. The paper can be of interest for supplementary education teachers, for primary school teachers, psychologists, as well as teaching staff of educational institutions responsible for monitoring learners� self-development in the course of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education.

By designing a meta-subject component of the content of education thisarticle displays actual problems of developingcompetencies declared in the professional teacher’s standard by elementary school teachers. The paper describes implementation of the meta-subject component module design through the use of various forms of advanced training courses as one of the effective ways of training elementary school teachers for solving tasks to fulfil the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of the primary general education (FSES PGE ) regarding achievement of meta-subject academic results of junior school children.

The need for basic training in toxicology of students of pharmaceutical universities and departments of toxicology is justified. The experience of teaching toxicology and medical protection to students of the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy was analyzed. Academic teaching staff were trained in the methodology of teaching toxicology, and a participated in the preparation of the all-Russian textbook «Toxicology and Medical Protection» (2016) and three tutorials for students of medical and pharmaceutical universities. It is shown that in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation, toxicology issues are included in the curriculum of a complex discipline «Life Safety. Emergency Medicine» as a stand-alone module. Students study toxicology in the fifth year having received a good basic training in medical, biological, and professional disciplines in previous years. For realization of cognitive and creative activity of students in the educational process, modern educational technologies are used which make it possible to improve the quality of teaching and to use school time more efficiently. The potential of using algorithmic workbooks, interactive forms of training, test control, case-method for facilitating the perception of theoretical knowledge and improving the quality of practical skills development is demonstrated. Results of the anonymous questionnaire survey, in which 153 of 198 students who studied toxicology and medical protection in the autumn semester of the 2017/2018 academic year participated, are reported. It was shown that more than 80% of the students surveyed are convinced of the need to study toxicology during the undergraduate training of specialists of pharmaceutical profile and positively assessed the methodology of teaching toxicology that is performed at the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy.

The requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education to the content, technologies and methods of the educational process in primary grades are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the system-activity approach, the technologies of primary education (problem-based learning, developmental learning, activity technology, project method, blended learning, etc.) are highlighted. The methods of teaching all the main academic subjects are presented in detail and concretely. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying under bachelor's degree programs in the areas of training 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" and 44.03.05 "Pedagogical education (with two training profiles)".

The article discusses the problem of obtaining reliable information about the level of educational achievements of junior schoolchildren during their transition to the next stage of school education. The implementation of the development goals of students at the initial stage of schooling, set by the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, requires pedagogical diagnostics, which makes it possible to establish the cause of the difficulties that children have in the course of studying various subjects. This ensures the timely intervention of the teacher in the learning process to provide each younger student with pedagogical assistance and support, which makes it possible to eliminate the individual difficulties that arise in him.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of functional literacy of primary schoolchildren as the main learning outcome that meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The article reveals the characteristics of the concept of “functional literacy”, which includes two groups of achievements of a younger student - subject and metasubject. The reader gets acquainted with the widespread pedagogical “mistakes” of the teacher, as well as the difficulties that children face in the learning process. The main types of educational activity are determined, which to the greatest extent contribute to the formation of functional literacy of primary schoolchildren, which primarily include search and research activities.

Beginning of the 21st century - the time of rapid changes. In 2009-2010 in Russian Education has been approved new federal state educational standards for elementary and general education. The basis of the Standard is a systemic-activity approach. The main need is to develop content and technology of education, determine the ways and means to achieve the level of personal and cognitive development of students. Systemic-activity approach as a methodological principle determines the need to study the content of any school subject as a system. Especially the great importance realization of systemic-activity approach gets into natural science education. Realization of systemic-activity approach, which provides a guaranteed achievement of planned results, is possible in applying various educational tech-nologies in science education. The scientific-methodical journal “Natural Science Education” invites the scientists and teachers to take part in discussion of problems of natural science education.
