The learning process is a process of management, i.e. impact on educational system, organization of knowledge. For its successful implementation teaching science develops models to promote good governance in educational systems. These include special methods (techniques) and training technologies. The paper presents educational technologies as a factor of improving quality of education in general education and particularly in primary school.

This paper intends to review and adopting from the Elementary school educational systems in Taiwan. The aim give knowledge to the citizens of the nation who are active in the world of education in the following three ways: how is the portrait of the Taiwan elementary school educational system, how the Taiwan education system compares with the Indonesian educational system and what lessons can be taken from the practice of implementing the educational system in Taiwan. The important things reviewed in the context of the elementary school educational systems in Taiwan are the cornerstone of the philosophy of education, politics and the purpose of education, the structure and type of education, types of schools, and management of education in Taiwan. Then the points are compared with the elementary school educational system in Indonesia. The methods used for this paper are descriptive qualitative and literature studies. This study describes, examines, analyzes and interprets the current conditions. While the literature method is a method of collecting data that is done by adopting the necessary data from the related literature. Some of the important points related to the elementary school educational systems in Taiwan need to be our concern and to adopt it to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

The objective of this research is to study the inluence of development effectiveness and education and training quality on the driver’s technical skills of PT XYZ in Jakarta. The method of research is a survey using Path Analysis. The respondents for this survey are 35 drivers selected by applying proportional random sampling technique. The results of this research show that: (1) the effectiveness of development directly inluencing the driver’s technical skills is 35.8%, (2) the quality of education and training directly inluencing the driver’s technical skills is 33.8%, and (3) the effectiveness of coaching directly inluencing the quality of education is 25.5% The study concludes that technical skills can be improved through effective development and the quality of education and training, and the quality of education and training can be enhanced through effective development as well.

Problem and purpose. The problem of improving the training of IT specialists in the field of electronic document management in the process of studying at a university is examined. Methodology . The study used an analysis of practical activities in working with electronic document management systems and training in working with these systems in the process of training IT specialists in the field of electronic document management. Results. A proposal has been put forward on the need to create a special educational system for electronic document management for use as an object of study and as a means of training in the education of IT specialists in the field of electronic document management, the requirements for it were formulated, and step-by-step models of its preparation are described. Conclusion. The proposed software and technological tools and organizational and methodological methods will allow solving the problem of improving the quality of training of IT specialists in the field of electronic document management.

This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

The industrial revolution 4.0 is a digital-based era that demands the quality of human resources (HR) who have high skills. The Education and Training Center (ETC) is one of the institutions that plays role in increasing the quality level of human resources. This study aims to see the effect simultaneously and partially between the competence of instructors and infrastructure on the quality of ETC graduates in the face of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study consists of all ETCs in Indragiri Hulu, there are 15 ETCs and all ETCs were sampled. Multiple regression and correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 was used to determine whether or not there is an influence and relationship between variables. The results of the study concluded (1) the competence of instructors and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (2) Instructor competence partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (3) Facilities partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. The variable that has the greatest contribution to the quality of ETC graduates in Indragiri Hulu Regency is the competence of the instructor followed by infrastructure. In this case, of education it will be very difficult for ETC graduates to compete in the world of work. Because this is a factor caused from within the ETC itself.

<p>The purpose of this study was to explore ways that higher education institutes (HEI’s) that<br />offered agriculture education and training (AET) in their curriculum could change the behavior<br />to improve the quality of education offered to students. Faculty at a regional conference in<br />Africa participated in a daylong focus group workshop aimed at addressing these needs and<br />offering solutions that could be implemented immediately. Using the theory of planned<br />behavior as a guide, participants discussed the challenges and solutions they saw at their<br />institutions and the amount of time it would take to implement changes. A qualitative analysis<br />was conducted using a codebook to analyze various pieces of data that included video clips and<br />artifacts created by the participants at the workshop. Results from the analysis were split in<br />two main themes, challenges or solutions. The main challenges included access to higher<br />education and lack of preparation at the primary and secondary level of school. The main<br />solutions proposed were to restructure the leadership and offer more training to faculty<br />through mentoring programs. These results can guide higher education initiatives for<br />agriculture education and training as well as other discipline areas in higher education.</p>

An insufficient level of legal awareness of Russian citizens is a serious problem of ensuring law and order and forms a general destructive background for the development of corruption. Important factors influencing the formation of anti-corruption justice are the quality level of upbringing and training in educational institutions, the consolidation and development of the principles of legal awareness among students, the change in the quality of education and training of educational institutions, including the consolidation and development of the principles of anti-corruption legal awareness among students, and traditions of respect to the law as the predominant model of social behavior, as well as overcoming legal nihilism. It is at school age that active legal socialization occurs. The main burden in the formation of value attitudes towards anti-corruption behavior should be taken by school legal education. The purpose of the study was to study the laws of the educational process on the formation of anti-corruption legal awareness among students, the development of value orientations on the inadmissibility of corruption in the future.

The author presents a review of the process of peer evaluation in this century, as well as how certification and techniques of evaluation in the practice of medicine and neurosurgery have evolved. The effect of licensure on the workforce, the influence of trade laws on quality of education and training, and the new paradigm of competition and managed medical practices have made a remarkable impact on the nature of the care of patients in the United States. The author also discusses the effect of risk management and litigation on the quality of medical care, the nature of outcomes evaluation and economic credentials in the absence of appropriate instruments for such evaluation, and alternatives for the future of the credentials process.
