The article discusses the history of vocational education in Russia and the modern trends of its development. There is a detailed analysis of how different profiles were built in vocational education, how expanding the list of profiles form the concept of «individual profile». Vocational education is considered in the context of three types of learning outcomes: subject-oriented, interdisciplinary and personal. Special attention is paid to organizational forms (multi-discipline educational organization, preuniversitario) and to organization of vocational training. The paper provides integration technology of subject oriented training and project methods of education.

The article discusses the process of the digitalization of the educational organization of secondary vocational education. When automating routine processes, at some point, problems may arise in the transition from solving local accounting problems to submitting regulated reports. Often, digitalization becomes the only possible solution to the problems of combining the performance of job tasks based on data from various departments. This is especially evident when implementing integration with external federal information systems. The development of digital services for students with the help of the information service “NaLentu!” (”Go to a Class!”) is shown. Based on it, the mailing of the schedule, the “digital student’s record-book”, and the order of documents are implemented. It is described how one of the federal systems became the reason for the digitalization of processes in social accounting, the appointment and accrual of grants. The problems of the implementation of the accounting system on the part of employees, in particular, the perception by some of them of digitalization as a threat to their interests, are indicated. Further automation trends after the implementation of information systems in the decision of the central tasks of the educational organization are demonstrated. The stages of the introduction of information systems for accounting for vocational training and additional professional education are described, the analysis of the results of their implementation on the basis of College of Oil and Gas in Achinsk is given.

ResumoO estudo de índole histórico-descritivo e hermenêutico trata a evolução do ensino técnico-profissional português desde século XVIII até hoje, sendo norteado pelos seguintes objetivos: analisar historicamente o ensino técnico-profissional e/ou formação profissional nos seus pressupostos e nas medidas de política educativa naquele período histórico; compreender os constrangimentos e as contradições caracterizadoras da formação profissional (escola pública ou escola profissional); identificar alguns pressupostos da relevância do ensino profissional no contexto europeu e os seus impactos no sistema educativo português. O marco teórico será a legislação nacional e europeia, além de fontes historiográficas sobre ensino técnico-profissional, de modo a compreender a formação para o “trabalho” feito nas escolas. Indica-se que pouco a pouco foram implementadas várias respostas às solicitações europeias para a educação, formação e qualificação das populações. A educação/formação profissional deve ser encarada globalmente em uma valorização do e pelo trabalho, convertendo-se em um fator construtivo da cidadania ativa e de uma ética de responsabilidade comum.Palavras-chave: Ensino profissional português. The review considers the first attempt in the history of Russian economic thought to give a detailed analysis of informal institutions (IF). It recognizes that in general it was successful: the reader gets acquainted with the original classification of institutions (including informal ones) and their genesis. According to the reviewer the best achievement of the author is his interdisciplinary approach to the study of problems and, moreover, his bias on the achievements of social psychology because the model of human behavior in the economic mainstream is rather primitive. The book makes evident that namely this model limits the ability of economists to analyze IF. The reviewer also shares the author’s position that in the analysis of the IF genesis the economists should highlight the uncertainty and reject economic determinism. Further discussion of IF is hardly possible without referring to this book.

In the context of the “Crossroads of Empires” project led by Anne Haour, one strand of enquiry aims to understand the history of blacksmith groups and the development of iron production in Dendi country, in the northern Republic of Benin. Numerous remains of iron production have been discovered, showing a great variability in furnace design and waste assemblages. At least three smelting traditions can be distinguished. In this paper, we present the smelting site of Kompa Moussékoubou (10th/11th c. AD) which has been investigated by archaeological and archaeometric methods. Beyond the archaeometallurgical results, the excavation of a 1 x 2 m trench on a settlement mound nearby and survey work, which place the site within its wider context, are also discussed. In particular, we offer a detailed analysis of the ceramics recovered during test pitting and within one of the furnaces itself. This paper thus offers a rare opportunity to combine archaeometallurgical and ceramics data.

При помощи декоративно-прикладного искусства человек, создавая различные предметы, опирается на формы, созданные природой, в какой-то мере или степени подражает ей. Поскольку подражая природе, человек творит по закону красоты, он стремится и старается делать вещи красивыми и привлекательными, несущими в себе эстетические качества, наряду с полезностью и удобством этих вещей. AbstractProgressive Era school officials transformed public education in American cities by teaching male students trades like foundry, carpentry, and mechanics in classrooms outfitted like factories. Historians have demonstrated how this “vocational education movement” was championed by male administrators and business leaders anxious to train the next generation of expert tradesmen. But women also hoped vocational education could prepare female students for industrial careers. In the early twentieth century, members of the National Women’s Trade Union League demanded that public schools open trade programs to female students and teach future working women the history of capitalism and the philosophy of collective bargaining. Their ambitious goals were tempered by some middle-class reformers and club women who argued vocational programs should also prepare female students for homemaking and motherhood. This article uses Chicago as a case study to explore how Progressive Era women competed and collaborated to reform vocational education for girls, and how female students responded to new school programs designed to prepare them for work both in and outside the home.

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Cooperative Problem-Based Learning (CPBL) Model in Learning Statics. The experimental class's research method was experimental, in which the experimental class was applied with the CPBL model, and the control class was applied with conventional models. A simple random sample carried out sampling for the experimental group and the control group. The instrument used was the learning outcomes test. The findings show that the experimental group's student learning outcomes are better than those of the control group. Thus, there is an increase in learning outcomes, and student effective results on the CPBL model in statics learning are in a very good category. It is concluded that the application of the CPBL model is more effective than conventional learning.

Introduction. The objective necessity of the appearance of this code of laws for the pharmaceu-tical industry is shown. The proofs of the readiness of all branches of pharmacy to develop the text of the Pharmacopoeia, taking into account modern international requirements for scientific and practical activities in the development, manufacture and production of medicines, are presented.Text. The work presents the history of the creation of the VII edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the USSR. The sequence of steps for the formation of the Pharmacopoeia Commission, the stages of its activities for the preparation of the updated text of the Pharmacopoeia is described, a detailed analysis of the prepared text is given in comparison with the current Pharmacopoeia of the VI edition (1910). Various points of view of experts on the content of the main text are cited, which served as the basis for the new document. The role of domestic scien-tists-pharmacists in the development and publication of the VII edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the USSR is evaluated.Conclusion. The role of the Pharmacopoeia Commission in the timely development of the text of the new edition of the State Pharmacopoeia is emphasized. The fact of its wide discussion among experts and the novelty of the approach, which gave a powerful impetus to the development of the entire industry, are noted.
