Author�s socio-cultural concept of health-forming education is revealed by the article through detailing major basic ideas (health, healthy lifestyle, formation of healthy lifestyle) and their derivatives (health preserving activity of general education, health preserving technologies in education). Each basic idea has both philosophic methodological and concrete pedagogic interpretations. Core contents and elementary structure of �health� and �healthy lifestyle� phenomena are described. The author implements a completely new socio-cultural approach to �health� and �healthy lifestyle� description that provides new perspectives to form youngsters� healthy lifestyle with emphasis on sensible part of personality. Ideas disclosed in the article correspond modern concepts of �health� and �healthy lifestyle� socio-cultural phenomena that have been developed in Pedagogics, Philosophy, Psychology and even Medicine. Moreover, the article proposes a comparative analysis of existing ways of health preserving activity of general education institution (school as health and educational centre, school and educational centre that protects children�s health, adaptive school). Contents of the article may serve as a foundation for creating the entirely new methodology for �Pedagogics of Physical Education� program according to FSES HPE for 49.03.01 �Physical Education� (higher education � Bachelor�s degree).

The traditional idea of physical culture as a separate independent area of universal human culture and an element of general education of the younger generation requires a rethinking based on the socio-cultural concept of personal development (A.G.Asmolov, L.S. Vygotsky, E.I.Isaev, V.I. Slobodchikov, etc.). In particular, this applies to the use of defi nitions and concepts of the socio-cultural concept of health forming education (Yu.V.Naumenko) in substantiating the theoretical and methodological foundations of the pedagogy of physical culture. Based on the author’s interpretation of the pedagogical essence of socio-cultural phenomena “health” and “healthy lifestyle”, a new pedagogical content of the socio-cultural phenomenon “physical culture” and its constituent components is substantiated. The object, the subject and the functions of the teachers of physical culture as a section of general pedagogy are substantiated. In accordance with the socio-cultural approach to the examination of pedagogical defi nitions and concepts, the tasks of teaching physical culture and the upbringing of physical culture and the results of this training and education are specifi ed, and also the category “individual physical culture” is introduced, which, without denying the biological, actualizes the personal and semantic component socio-cultural phenomenon “physical culture”. For the fi rst time, the necessity of using several means in education in the fi eld of physical culture (motor physical activity and the decision of life-affi rming situations) is justifi ed. Theoretical and methodological judgments, stated by the author, can serve as the basis for designing a fundamentally new socio-cultural concept of the pedagogy of physical culture, and also have a signifi cant impact on the content of education in the field of physical culture.

The formation of a healthy lifestyle through education, the creation of health saving educational environment is one of the priorities of the state policy in the field of education. Higher education institutions are the most effective institutions for the formation of a healthy lifestyle and health culture of student youth. As they are trying to use their opportunities in the direction of harmonious development of psychophysical abilities of young people. The directions concerning health saving and formation of student youth healthy lifestyle are described. These include conducting and publishing annual monitoring studies on the health status of student youth and the spread of negative phenomena in the youth environment; improvement of the regulatory framework; development of scientific and methodological activities; intensifying the participation of student youth, communities and volunteers in the formation of a healthy lifestyle; a large-scale information campaign on promoting healthy lifestyles. The structural components of the model of student youth healthy lifestyle formation are revealed, including the following ones content, motivational and activity. The structural components of the model of formation of a healthy lifestyle of student youth in the conditions of a higher education institution, namely: content, motivational and activity, are revealed. Implementation of structural components is carried out through research work, educational activities, orientation of student youth to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent harmful habits. The article investigates the ways of model implementation of student youth healthy lifestyle formation by means of physical culture in higher education institutions on the example of the faculty of physical culture and sports of the Mykolaiv V.O. Sukhomlynskyi National University The analysis of scientific and pedagogical, psychological, medical literature and literature on the theory of physical education gives grounds to assert that a healthy lifestyle of student youth is not only a social problem, but is an indicator of the general culture of man. Implementation of healthcare-saving pedagogical technologies begins with students, especially in institutions of higher education in pedagogical direction. It is from educators that the conscious attitude of the younger generation towards their own health, the formation of a culture of health and healthcare preserves. The prospects for further research will be to determine the effectiveness of the proposed model for the formation of the values of a healthy lifestyle in the process of physical education of student youth.

The concept and content of control are important components of the theory and methodic of physical culture and sports. The consistency in processes and objective corrections of certain actions (processes) are provided by using of control. Actualization of scientific issues of control in the context of reforming the structure and content of higher education is gaining new importance. This is due to the higher dynamism and student-centered character of modern education. An urgent scientific and applied problem of modern physical education in higher education institutions is the substantiation of a systematic approach to training students swimming that will take into account existing experience and modern requirements. The purpose of the study was to substantiate the control subsystem in the training students swimming in higher education institutions during physical education. Material and methods: theoretical analysis and generalization, study of documentary materials, sociological methods of survey (questionnaire), system analysis, historical and logical research methods. Results and discussion. The control subsystem for the most aspects is management by a higher order system due to the close relationship with the control source, placement trends and the objectivity benefits. This subsystem is the basis for the differentiation of parts and at the same time for integration with the establishment of the organic unity of the whole system components. The key requirement for conducting control in the physical education condition in higher education institution is compliance with the specifics of the sport means as a variable component of the education content. Specific features of swimming have an important value for choosing complex of indicators. In the theoretical substantiation of control, there was observed requirements that are specified in the scientific and methodical literature. Among them are: availability of interval scale, reliability, validity, discriminativeness, availability of normative data, adaptability of the test, ease of execution and simplicity, limitation of test tasks, operationalization and verification of these tests / control exercises). It also takes into account a number of additional requirements for simplicity and low resource costs, regardless of the level of tests complexity, clarity and accessibility for teacher and student, conciseness and accuracy of execution instructions, the absence of external stimuli. Conclusion. Control is a fundamental element of conscious systemic human activity. The result of solving the generalized purpose of the system should be understood, accepted and acceptable to all participants of this process. Substantiation of the control subsystem of the training swimming system involves the formulation of a new category of individually-oriented content of control of students of higher education institutions and its variants. These variants must be built taking into account objective factors (the presence of different groups of students on the level of swimming preparedness, individual-motivational orientation of activity and trajectory of goal setting in the system of training swimming during physical education)

The article considers the peculiarities of the use of volleyball in groups of sports improvement of students of higher education institutions. The current state of physical fitness of student youth is characterized. The need to improve the system of sports training of volleyball students in connection with changes in government, structural, logistical, economic conditions, the need to educate young people in a healthy lifestyle, one of the main factors of which should be daily exercise . It is established that the existing system of physical education of students on the basis of traditional provisions of current organizational and methodological programs does not provide fully effective rehabilitation, education and upbringing of students from the standpoint of conscious mandatory motor activity and personal needs in solving important tasks of personal development. The reforms carried out in the modern system of higher education have deeply affected the physical education of student youth. The most important role in the general and professional development of students of higher education institutions belongs to physical education, both as a discipline and as one of the subsystems of the holistic pedagogical process. One of the ways to solve this problem is to reorient the target programs of different types of physical culture to meet the needs of personal orientations, interests and personal goals of each student, more fully take into account the level of physical development and physical fitness, targeted use of training loads. It is for each of the cultivated types of sports activities in higher education institutions it is necessary to develop a goal, objectives, tools, forms and a comprehensive educational and training complex. This becomes possible only on the basis of the development and application of new educational and training technologies aimed at conscious motor activity of female students of higher education institutions in the chosen sport.

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of using available diagnostic tools for the health status of students who are engaged in physical education on the basis of a classical university using the LMS Moodle system. The goal of the study is to create diagnostic tools for the health status of the students which are in physical education using available innovative technologies. The study involved 46 students of the Kharkov National University named after V. N. Karazin aged 19-21 years who are engaged in sections of the sport games at the Department of Physical Culture (26 girls and 20 boys). Students performed health diagnostics using an open distance course based on LMS Moodle during the fall semester in the classroom and at home. The analysis of the results using innovative technologies was carried out by agreement and personal will of the participants. To solve the above goal, we set the following tasks: to analyze the available innovative technologies in the higher education system on the basis of a classical university; create an affordable system for diagnosing the health status of students involved in physical education on the basis of a classical university; introduce a system for diagnosing the health status of the students which are in physical education on the basis of a classical university in the educational process of physical education; make recommendations for the correction of the health status of students which are in physical education using available innovative technologies. The work used electronic methods for diagnosing health; methods of index assessment of health status; methods of mathematical statistics. The analysis of available innovative technologies in the higher education system on the basis of the classical university was carried out; an affordable system for diagnosing the health status of the students involved in physical education on the basis of a classical university has been created; a system for diagnosing the health status of students involved in physical education on the basis of a classical university was accomplished into the educational process of physical education; recommendations for the health status correction of the of students involved in physical education using available innovative technologies were selected. The created electronic «Health Passport», that concerns of all components of human health for monitoring the health of a classical university students’, is located in the open distance course «Fundamentals of Health and Rehabilitation», which is an interactive tool for studying the basic components of a healthy lifestyle: state of physical activity, biorhythms, features of daily energy consumption and diet analysis, diagnosis and health monitoring for all comers.

The article identifies scientific and pedagogical tools and content of physical education and basics of health of students in the process of combat horting, reveals guidelines for organizing the educational process of combat horting in higher education and the formation of a healthy lifestyle of student youth. Theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of a healthy way of life of students and conditions of application of improving physical exercises of combat horting is carried out. The implementation of the content of physical education and the basics of student health in the process of combat horting is provided by adequate to the physical activity of students methods of building training sessions. The presentation of the main material is based on the provisions of the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine, the Concept of National-Patriotic Education of Children and Youth, other guiding state documents on the teaching of the discipline «Physical Education». This requires new views on the planning and implementation of a modern educational process in combat horting and rehabilitation of students of higher education.
