This research used an object of Gule Kepala Ikan (Head Fish Curry) of Bank Jo as its research object. This research was aimed to know cluster shaped in Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo using demographic and behavioral variables. Population in this research was customers of Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo. Samples used numbered 150 respondents, while its sample taking usedaccidental sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data used in this research was in form of primary data. Primary data was directly obtained from customers by distributing questionnaires fulfilled by Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo customers who were purchasing during this research performed. Variable used in this research was demographic and behavioral variables using a gender attribute, age, marital status, attitudes in selecting menu, income, tribes and occupation. Data collected was then processed using a direct marketing method. The data processing result of Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo respondents formed into two clusters with a still-waek model quality. Cluster 1 formed by 51 respondents by a cluster size of 34%, while cluster II formed by 99 respondents by a cluster size of 66%.

To increase the potential of zakat at Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh then transparency should be prioritized in all aspects. This is important because if it increases then the level of trust muzakki also increased so that will create the desire to pay zakat. This research using purposive sampling method. The data used in the form of primary data by using questionnaires to 50 respondents from 492  muzakki at Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. The methot of data processing is multiple regression SPSS 20.00 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the variable accountability (X1) has a significant effect on the level of trust muzakki (Y), which is equal to 0.011. The result can be proved by ttest> ttable (2.732> 1.694). The variable transparency of zakatt institutions (X2) has no significant effect on the level of trust muzakki (Y), which is equal to 0.113. This can be proved by ttest <ttabel (1.633 <1.694) with significant <0.05. Furthermore, simultaneously the variable of accountability (X1) and zakat institution transparency (X2) have an effect on muzakki level trustl (Y), it is because Ftest> Ftable (16.414> 3.46).

The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and motivation styles affect the burnout of employees. From the theoretical exposure then it can be formulated hypothesized that there is a leadership style influence against burnout, and there is a motivation influence against burnout in employees. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Indaco Warna Dunia (Regional Sales Purwokerto). Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling. Research data uses primary data in the form of questionnaires using 50 respondents. The results of this study showed that the leadership style influenced the desire of burnout. The better the leadership style of a company then the lower the employee will be against the burnout. Motivation also has a negative influence on burnout.

  The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi. This study uses Bernardin and Russel's grand theory and is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using purposive sampling techniques. In preparing primary data, researchers obtain data from the field, which is sourced from interviews and observations with respondents. Based on research results, the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in Sukabumi City is still very far from success because the goal of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi in dealing with students who play truant is not yet perfect or approaching the expected goals as what is desired by policy makers, and the resources in the Sukabumi City Satpol PP Office are still not enough, while the number of problems that exist in public order in the City of Sukabumi is so numerous and extensive. And Cooperation has not gone well because the community only relies on the actions of Satpol PP. Keywords: Performance, Public Order.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of model, quality and price factors on purchasing decisions on woven sarong products in Small and Medium Enterprises in Parengan Maduran Lamongan. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The population in this study is 1650 Consumers at CV. Paradila and 1350 CV. Bintang Mas, resulting in a total population of 3000 consumers. While samples with Slovin formula obtained as many as 97 people. Sampling Technique. In this research, purposive sampling method was used. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The analytical techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, T test and F test and R determination of research results. The results of the multiple linear regression equation formed are as follows: Y = 0.465+ 1.025 X1 + 0.219 X2 + 0.045 X3 + e. Based on the F test, it can be seen that the Fcount value is 128.51> Ftable value of 2.70. This proves that the Model, Quality and price variables simultaneously influence the Purchasing decision of woven sarongs. 1,661, Quality (X2) 3,164> 1,661 and Price (X3) 0,418 <1,661. Thus the Model variable that most influences the Decision variable Purchases woven sarongs while the coefficient of determination test is equal to 77.9% The decision to purchase woven sarongs is influenced by variations in the three variables used in the study, the remaining 22.1% are influenced by other variables

This research aims to examine the implications of direct marketing and customer trust in the decision to purchase Umrah package at PT. Sanabil Madinah Barakah Bandung. This is supported by the rapid growth of tour and travel Umrah in some areas because of the needs of people who are mainly Muslims. The method used in this study is a verifiable, descriptive verificative using multiple linear regression where the free variables in this research are direct marketing and the trust of the customers and their current variables are purchase decisions. The sample techniques used in this research use nonprobability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling techniques with samples obtained is a total of 92 respondents from a population of 1135 people. Simultaneous research resulted in the fact that direct marketing and customer trust jointly implicates the decision to purchase Umrah package at PT. Sanabil Madinah Barakah Bandung. This research shows that companies need to improve their direct marketing and customer trust in order to increase consumer buying decisions. Referring to this research, obtained by another invention of the variable that implicates the purchase decision seen from the greater coefficient of determinant is the trust of the customer, the better the company's control over employee service, facilities provided, and the guarantee of security to the customer, so it can also affect the customer's trust condition to the company that can ultimately increase the purchasing decision of the company.

This research aims to determine the effect of generativity, experience expectation, and motivation on visit intention. The object that we use here is Mojokerto Mojopahit Museum. Data processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS 24 program, in addition, researchers used IBM AMOS 22 which will be used for the SEM method or Structural Equation Model. The data in this study will use primary data obtained from online questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 200 people who have an interest in coming to the Mojopahit Museum in Mojokerto and have a generative nature. Sampling used non-probability sampling techniques and convenience sampling. The results of this study will indicate a significant positive effect of generativity on experience expectation, then experience expectation on motivation, and the influence of motivation on visit intention at the Mojopahit Museum in Mojokerto.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Internal Control and Integrity on Fraud Accounting Trend (Case Study on SKPD Office of Mataram City). This type of research includes associative research. The population used is the employees who are on the SKPD Office of Mataram City, while the number of samples taken are as many as 60 employees who are at the Office SKPD Mataram using purposive sampling techniques. Data collected are primary data in the form of questionnaire. The data has been collected and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, by utilizing SPSS for Windows application program. The result of data processing shows that the internal control and integrity variables have a negative and significant effect on accounting fraud. Next for internal control and integrity variable simultaneously have significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in office SKPD Kota Mataram.

The purpose of research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study used CV. Prima Ujaya Snack’s employees as sample population using purposive sampling method. The size of sample are 65 samples using SEM. Questionnaire data obtained from employees and supervisor. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses Microsoft Office 365 software, SmartPLS version 3.3.2 to perform data processing. The results obtained in this research are transformational leadership had a positive and significant relation with employee performance. Transformational leadership had a appositive and significant relation with motivation. And motivation indeed mediated transformational leadership on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi karyawan CV. Prima Ujaya Snack dengan metode purposive sampling. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 65 sampel menggunakan metode SEM. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan dan supervisor. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Microsoft Office 365, dan SmartPLS versi 3.3.2 untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional memliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Dan motivasi memilliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dapat memediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan.
