The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and motivation styles affect the burnout of employees. From the theoretical exposure then it can be formulated hypothesized that there is a leadership style influence against burnout, and there is a motivation influence against burnout in employees. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Indaco Warna Dunia (Regional Sales Purwokerto). Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling. Research data uses primary data in the form of questionnaires using 50 respondents. The results of this study showed that the leadership style influenced the desire of burnout. The better the leadership style of a company then the lower the employee will be against the burnout. Motivation also has a negative influence on burnout.

Investment is carried out with the purpose of obtaining benefits. One of the investor benchmarks before invest their capital to a company is by monitoring its stock price. The objective of the research is to know the financial ratio indicated through a capital structure (DER), Firm size, dividend policy (DPR) towards the stock price. The researcher collects data by pulling documentation study sampling and purposive sampling to obtain 24 companies as research samples. In this research, data were analyzed using the Regression Testing method. The researcher found out that DER, Firm Size, DPR simultaneously affecting the stock price of Trade, Service & Investment companies from the year 2014 to 2018. Investors are expected to observe DER, Firm Size, DPR prior to investing. Investasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Salah satu hal yang menjadi tolak ukur bagi investor untuk menanamkan modalnya kepada suatu perusahaan adalah dengan melihat harga saham perusahaan tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio keuangan yang diwakili oleh struktur modal (DER), ukuran perusahaan (firm size), kebijakan dividen (DPR) terhadap harga saham. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling, dan di dapat sebanyak 24 sampel perusahaan dari 133 populasi perusahaan sector Trade, Service & Investment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Model analisis mengunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan DER, Firm size, DPR berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Trade, Service & Investment 2014-2018. Bagi investor di harapkan memperhatikan DER, Firm Size, DPR sebelum berinvestasi.

Abstract This paper aims to examine factors influencing investment decision in properties in Batam. The intended factors are anchoring, overconfidence, herding, and regret aversion. Purposive sampling method were used in this paper to take samples. 330 questionnaires were distributed to property investors in Batam, but only 246 questionnaires or around 74.54% datas were used to be primary data in generating the analysis which will be calculated using multiple linear regressions by SPSS version 24 software. Among the various factors, the results revealed that anchoring, overconfidence, and regret aversion have significantly positive influence towards property investment decision in Batam. Regret aversion has significantly negative influence towards property investment decision in Batam. This paper can be useful for investors, especially those investing in property sector in Batam..   Keywords: investment decision, anchoring, overconfidence, herding, regret aversion, property.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk mengetahui faktor anchoring, overconfidence, herding, dan regret aversion dapat memberikan kepengaruhan terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Metode purposive sampling dipilih oleh peneliti untuk mengambil sampel yaitu dengan teknik yang sudah ditentukan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan maksud dan tujuan penelitian Dari 330 kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara langsung kepada investor properti di Batam, peneliti mendapatkan 246 kuesioner atau sebesar 74.54% data yang layak diolah dan dijadikan sebagai data utama untuk dihitung serta dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS versi 24.. Hasil yang disimpulkan dari analisa penelitian adalah anchoring, overconfidence dan herding memiliki signifikansi positif terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Regret aversion memiliki signifikansi negatif terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Penelitian ini dapat membantu investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi properti khususnya di Batam Kata Kunci: Keputusan investasi, anchoring, overconfidence, herding, regret aversion, property.

Purpose study to find out the influence of the lower pairing passing training model on the ability of passing under the bolavoli players of SMP Negeri 24 North Bengkulu.This type of research is a quasi experiment that aims to look at the influence of the lower paired passing exercise model on the ability of passing under the ballvoli. The population in this study was all bolavoli players as many as 21 people. Sampling was conducted with purposive sampling techniques that are men's players as many as 12 people. To get the research data used the ability to pass under bolavoli from the braddy wall volleyball test. Based on the results of the data analysis it is known that the model of the lower passing exercise in pairs exerts a meaningful influence on the ability of passing down the ballvoli. Where the test is obtained different mean (t test) of thitung 14,409 while ttabel is 2,201 with significant level ? = 0.05 and n = 12, then thitung > ttabel (14,409 > 2,201), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the lower pairing passing training model on the lower passing ability of the bolavoli players.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan pengalaman terhadap produktivitas jamu pada masyarakat Argomulyo di tengah pandemi. Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatif. Populasi dari penelitian adalah masyarakat di Kelurahan Argomulyo. Sampel sejumlah 35 pedagang jamu tradisional dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dihasilkan dari penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan lewat angket dan proses pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Kedua, displin memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Ketiga, pengalaman memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, the discipline and experience on the productivity of herbal medicine in the Argomulyo community during a pandemic. This research is of an explanative type. The population of this research is the people in Argomulyo Village. The sample was 35 traditional herbal medicine traders with a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data generated from field research. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation processes. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, motivation has a significant effect on productivity. Second, the discipline has a significant effect on productivity. The three, experiences have a significant influence on productivity.

This study aims to explore the perceptions of employees in government agencies regarding the effect of the effectiveness of internal control systems, compensation satisfaction, organizational culture, unethical behavior, leadership style, and law enforcement against fraud in the government sector. This study included a quantitive research with survey method. The data used is primary data collected through questionaires. The research sample of 223 employees a number of government agencies in Jember. The resu lts of this study indicate that there is a negative influence between the effectiveness of the internal control system to fraud in government sector, there is a negative effect between satisfaction and compensation to fraud in the government sector, there  are no negative effects between the culture of the organization to fraud in the government sector, there are positive influence between behavior ethical against fraud in the government sector, there is a negative influence of leadership style to fraud in the government sector,there are no negative effects of enforcement against fraud in the government sector. This research used an object of Gule Kepala Ikan (Head Fish Curry) of Bank Jo as its research object. This research was aimed to know cluster shaped in Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo using demographic and behavioral variables. Population in this research was customers of Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo. Samples used numbered 150 respondents, while its sample taking usedaccidental sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data used in this research was in form of primary data. Primary data was directly obtained from customers by distributing questionnaires fulfilled by Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo customers who were purchasing during this research performed. Variable used in this research was demographic and behavioral variables using a gender attribute, age, marital status, attitudes in selecting menu, income, tribes and occupation. Data collected was then processed using a direct marketing method. The data processing result of Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo respondents formed into two clusters with a still-waek model quality. Cluster 1 formed by 51 respondents by a cluster size of 34%, while cluster II formed by 99 respondents by a cluster size of 66%.

  The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi. This study uses Bernardin and Russel's grand theory and is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using purposive sampling techniques. In preparing primary data, researchers obtain data from the field, which is sourced from interviews and observations with respondents. Based on research results, the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in Sukabumi City is still very far from success because the goal of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi in dealing with students who play truant is not yet perfect or approaching the expected goals as what is desired by policy makers, and the resources in the Sukabumi City Satpol PP Office are still not enough, while the number of problems that exist in public order in the City of Sukabumi is so numerous and extensive. And Cooperation has not gone well because the community only relies on the actions of Satpol PP. Keywords: Performance, Public Order.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The technique used in this study is SmartPLS Analysis using the help of the SmartPLS package computer program with a significance level of 5 percent by using questionnaires as primary data. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Secretariat of Murung Raya Regency as many as 192 people with a sample of the same number as many as 192 respondents who used saturated sampling techniques, that is, the entire population was sampled. The results of this study indicate that partially transformational leadership style and work commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, this means that an increase in transformational leadership style and work commitment will improve employee performance at the Murung Raya Regency Regional Secretariat. To maintain employee performance at the Murung Raya Regency Secretariat, it can be done by using transformational leadership styles and managing work commitments. It is important to take actions that can improve work commitment and employee performance

Auditor’s performance is an important factor in wich determine quality of CPA firm. This made CPA firm need to improve their performance. Therefore this research analyses leadership style influence to auditor’s performance. This research also analyses the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction to relation between leadership style and auditor’s performance.The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling and research data is primary data colected by sending questionaire direct in various CPA firm in Yogyakarta. This research utilizes 48 junior auditor of 5 CPA firm in Yogyakarta. Test hypotesis done by using linear regression and Moderatde Regression Analysis (MRA). Result this research proved that leadership style affect the auditor’s performance significantly. This research also shows that organizational commitment cannot moderation relation between leadership style and auditor’s performance. For job satisfaction, this result proved that job satisfaction can moderation realtion between leadership style and auditor’s performance, but with negative affect.
