The City

  The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi. This study uses Bernardin and Russel's grand theory and is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using purposive sampling techniques. In preparing primary data, researchers obtain data from the field, which is sourced from interviews and observations with respondents. Based on research results, the performance of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in Sukabumi City is still very far from success because the goal of Satpol PP in an effort to realize public order in the City of Sukabumi in dealing with students who play truant is not yet perfect or approaching the expected goals as what is desired by policy makers, and the resources in the Sukabumi City Satpol PP Office are still not enough, while the number of problems that exist in public order in the City of Sukabumi is so numerous and extensive. And Cooperation has not gone well because the community only relies on the actions of Satpol PP. Keywords: Performance, Public Order.

Abstrak Trowulan merupakan suatu kawasan wisata cagar budaya yang sangat terkenal di kota Mojokerto dan ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional yang kental dengan unsur budaya dan sejarah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi wisata dan cagar budaya yang ada di kawasan Trowulansebagai sarana edukasi. Penelitian ini mengambil objek cagar budaya yang ada di kawasan Trowulan antaralain Gapura Bajang Ratu, Petirtaan Tikus, Candi Brahu dan Pusat Informasi Majapahit. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif serta teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan dengan bukti mayoritas pengunjungyang berstatuskan pelajar adalah 52,5%, respon pengunjung terkait persepsi daya tarik lingkungan wisataadalah 62,1% sangat menarik, dan persepsi terhadap aksesibilitas wisata pengunjung merespon 76,4%mendukung kondisi tersebut. Pengunjung menyatakan puas terhadap fasilitas dan aktifitas di objek wisata. Halini membuktikan, bahwa kawasan objek wisata cagar budaya Trowulan dapat digunakan untuk liburan dansarana edukasi. Kata kunci: eksplorasi, cagar budaya, edukasi Abstract Trowulan is a very popular cultural heritage area in Mojokerto city and designated as a National Tourism Strategic Area which is thick with cultural and historical elements. The purpose of this study to explorethe tourism and cultural heritage potency in Trowulan area as education facility. The object of this research isthe existing cultural heritage in the Trowulan area including Bajang Ratu Gate, Petirtaan Tikus, Brahu Templeand Majapahit Information Center. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative approach andsampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicated that the majority ofvisitors who are student-certified were 52.5%, the response of visitors related to the perception of theattractiveness of the tourist environment was 62.1% very interesting, and the perception of tourist accessibilityto visitors responds 76.4% supported this condition. Visitors expressed satisfaction with the facilities andactivities in the tourism object. This proved that the Trowulan cultural heritage area can be used for holidaysand educational facility. The City of Bandung and Petaling Jaya have collaborated with Sister City in the trade economy sector starting from 2012 and continuing in 2015. MSMEs in Bandung still have many problems running their business and MSMEs are still having difficulty developing. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques based on primary data (interviews and observations), as well as secondary data (literature study). The results of the research on the collaboration strategy of Sister City Bandung City with Petaling Jaya in the economic sector can be said to be not optimal. This can be seen, the lack of awareness of the apparatus' resources towards mastery of English, the apparatus has not realized that language acquisition can improve the quality of employee performance in a collaboration strategy between Sister City and Petaling Jaya in the trade economy sector in the field of MSME products in Bandung City. The two Bandung City Governments do not have a specific strategy to overcome the threats associated with Sister City with Petaling Jaya in the trade economy, the three strategies of cooperation through promotional activities in Petaling Jaya.

This research aims to describe the application of Islamic Psychology in the practice of Muslim psychologists and the obstacles in its application. This study uses a qualitative approach for taking respondents using purposive sampling techniques. There are twenty respondents in this study. The method used in collecting data from this study is the interview and Focus Discussion Group. This study found that the understanding of Islamic Psychology was quite diverse, but in essence, an approach that used the Qur'an and Hadist was the primary reference source. Its application, including the psychological services, and the process of counseling and therapy were carried out by integrating psychology and Islam. The cases also handled varied, not limited to severe or mild cases. The challenges were related to the ability of the psychologists and the acceptance of the clients.

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

AbstractIn this paper we discuss the SKPD Filing Unit Employee Perception of the Regional Archival Information System Application (SIKEDA) and the Regional Archival Information Network (JIKEDA) in  the City Government of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the competence and optimal shield of SKPD employees in inputting files to the SIKEDA application.This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was carried out in 5 SKPD Institutions in Bukittinggi, namely: (1) the Library and Archives Office of Bukittinggi City, (2) the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (3) the Youth and Sports Pariwasata Service of the City of Bukittinggi, (4) the Health Service City of Bukittinggi, (5) Social Service of the city of Bukittinggi. The object of the study was SKPD employees in five government agencies in the city of Bukittinggi. Writing this paper aims to describe (1) To describe the optimization of the use of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications by Admin node SIKEDA in supporting records management in the city administration of the City of Bukittinggi; (2) To describe the competencies possessed by HR in SKPD in utilizing information technology in the application of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications in the City Government of Bukittinggi.Data was collected by observation and direct interviews with SKPD employees in the Bukittinggi city government and literature studies in the application of electronic records in the government of the City of Bukittinggi.Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the First Employee in the SKPD in the City Government of Bukittinggi is still not optimal in inputting the archive to the sikeda Second application.iKeywords: optimization, competence, electronic archives.

Objective The study describes the pentahelix model in tourism development in the city of Semarang. The problem is the lack of optimal cooperation between the actors involved. Theory uses the Policy Actor Theory and the Pentahelix Model. Descriptive research type, qualitative approach. Data is collected through: interview, observation and literature. Determination of informants with Snowball technique and key informants Head of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the city of Semarang. Data analysis by means of: data condensation, data verification and conclusion drawing. Data validation uses source triangulation. From the research it can be seen: (1) tourism development in Semarang city using pentahelix model, has involved academics, government, community, business, and mass media (2) Field findings are the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Agency (BP2KS) is not optimal and (3) Cooperation between the pentahelix model actors in the city of Semarang from the results of the research is not optimal. Research recommendations: revised the tourism regulation of Semarang city concerning "collaboration between actors, strengthening the institutional capacity of BP2KS, and subsequent researchers are advised to take the focus of research with different loci or make comparisons with the same focus.

AbstractIndonesia is one of the countries that has also been affected by the corona virus or covid-19 which originated from China, to be precise in the city of Wuhan. The City

The purpose of this research is to see the extent of the management of  Dendang Melayu tourism as one of the potential marine tourism in the city of Batam in terms of facilities and attractions. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study qualitative data analysis is used by following the concept of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion. The results of this study show that the management of Dendang Melayu tourism has undergone many changes as one of the potential for marine tourism in the city of Batam, although there are still some shortcomings. Dendang Melayu Tourism is far more interesting than before because of the tourism of Tanjung Penarik, but there are some things that must be addressed, namely the condition of the facilities that are still complained by the community and the attraction of Dendang Melayu tourism for tourists.
