The development era demands the skills of teachers to meet needs and adjust. This means that the teacher's ability to upgrade is needed. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the up-skilling that must be done by vocational school teachers with world-standard work era 4.0; and (2) knowing the concrete steps that must be taken by vocational schools teachers in re-skilling the world-standard work era 4.0. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The technique of determining participants using purposive sampling. Participants in this study were vocational school teachers, vocational schools service branches, and widyaiswara. Data collection techniques using structured interviews by preparing interview guidelines. Data analysis using Creswell case study data analysis model, namely (1) data management; (2) memoing; (3) exposure; (4) classification; and (5) interpretation. Data analysis in the study was carried out with the assistance of Software Altas. ti version 8. The results of this study are (1) up-skilling of industrial standard vocational school teachers in the era of 4.0 needs to be done with three components, namely (a) develop new skills; (b) time-to-hire; (c) competency assessment. Meanwhile, (2) re-skilling of vocational schools teachers with industrial standard era 4.0 consists of three components, namely (a) intelligent digital tools; (b) create new tasks and occupations; and (c) coaching programs. This implication can be used for widyaiswara in providing training to vocational school teachers.

This study aims to identify the implementation of online learning conducted by teachers to provide the best service to students. This can be seen from health, fitness, spirit, duration of services related to education, applications used, signal conditions, teacher readiness in providing services outside the provisions of working hours, available learning facilities, and several other online learning activities Covid-19 pandemic. This study involved 254 vocational school teachers in Solo Raya. Quantitative data is netted through questionnaires that are disseminated using Google Form facilities. Meanwhile, we obtained qualitative information from interviews designed using WhatsApp and telephone facilities. The results showed that 52.2% of teachers admitted to agreeing not to have any health complaints. Teachers are always fit for online learning, with 58.9% agreeing. Teachers were always excited when they were online, with 68.4% answering agreed. The implementation of online learning requires more service time. 64.9% of teachers provide services about 14 hours per day. 64.1% of teachers agreed that they are ready to provide online services to students outside the working hours. Teachers have RPP as a sign of online learning, with 68.8% of teachers agreeing

This research methode uses multiple liniear regression data analysis model. This research is quantitative and time series data for the period of 2005-2016 and data in the form of secondary data obtained from PT.Socfindo Seunagan  Nagan Raya district and Central Bureau of statistics (BPS) Nagan Raya district.Based on the results of research partial testing that wages have a significant influence on labor for demand. This research aims to identify the difficulties of 5S implementation in the Automotive Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering at UGM Vocational School. This research belongs to the type of case study. The techniques of data collection are interviewing, observation, and questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis are by data reducing for interview result and category scoring for questionnaire result. The difficulties of implementing 5S at Automotive Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering, Vocational School UGM are that 1) unused lab materials are not concise yet, 2) trainer kit and engine stand are not well-organized, 3) it necessary to add visual aids, especially K3, and 4) there is no long-term 5S habituation. Possible solutions to those problems are by 1) organizing unused materials in accordance with the needs and storing them in the warehouse for materials which has never been used for years, while the necessary materials are placed in the middle of the working area, 2) designing the placement of practicum material using color labeling on the floor, 3) adding more K3 posters in automotive laboratory, and 4) increasing the tendering grants and establishing harmonious communication between educational staffs and students. Industrial development has an impact on competency requirements that must be aligned with the provision of competencies in vocational school. Vocational school graduates who are able to work in accordance with their field of expertise are one of the keys to the success of vocational education. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the vocational alignment based on the schema. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The research was conducted during a workshop organized by the Directorate of Vocational Education. The research subjects were Indonesian vocational school teachers. The research procedure used the Denzin & Lincoln model. Data analysis was carried out with the assistance of the Atlas.ti software version 8.3. The results of this study provide information that there are three important things that need to be done by vocational school and Industry to be able to carry out and develop competencies, namely process, strategic management, and duties and responsibilities. The three things that are the findings, of course, have their respective indicators which can be done specifically by vocational school and Industry. The results of this research can be used as a collective reflection for vocational school and industry in increasing competence and developing the ability to create quality graduates for vocational school and to find competent workforce candidates for Industry.

The results obtained are disaster management system of flood in Bogor refers to Act No. 24/2007. Effectiveness of socialization Disaster Management in Bogor Regency is not maximized due to constraints on the budget and personnel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1.) Mendeskripsikan mengenai manajemen sistem informasi (SI) e-budgeting di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) di Kota Yogyakarta; dan 2.) Menganalisis keunggulan dan hambatan dalam manajemen SI e-budgeting di SMAN di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN di wilayah Kota Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, bendahara dan admin e-budgeting. Penelitian juga dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga, Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kota Yogyakarta, dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Creswell. Teknik keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem e-budgeting baru diterapkan pada jenjang SMAN sederajat. Perencanaan mengikuti pola penyusunan RKAS. Pengorganisasian meliputi pengerahan staf dan adanya pelatihan. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk mengelola dana BOS dan APBD. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan dinas terkait. Terdapat keunggulan dan hambatan dalam implementasi e-budgeting. E-budgeting berperan dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pembiayaan pendidikan. AbstractThis study aims to: 1.) Describe the management of information systems (IS) e-budgeting at State High Schools (SMAN) in Yogyakarta City; and 2.) Analyze the advantages and obstacles in the management of SI e-budgeting at SMAN in Yogyakarta City. This research is a qualitative study with a case study type. This research was conducted at SMAN in the Yogyakarta City area. Research subjects include the principal, treasurer, and admin e-budgeting. The research was also conducted at the Youth and Sports Education Office, Yogyakarta City Secondary Education Center, and the Yogyakarta City Education Office. Data collected through interview techniques, observation, and study of documents. Data analysis uses Creswell's data analysis model. The validity of the research data using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The results showed that the new e-budgeting system was applied at the same level of high school. Planning follows the RKAS preparation pattern. Organizing includes staff deployment and training. This system functions to manage BOS and APBD funds. Supervision is carried out by principals and related agencies. There are advantages and obstacles in implementing e-budgeting. E-budgeting plays a role in increasing transparency and accountability in education funding.

This research was aimed to find out one of the Da’wah activists, namely KH Asyhari Marzuqi in delivering Da’wah material. Was it using persuasive words or just the opposite, coercive that causes fear? By using persuasive communication theory and other related theories, researchers analyzed the data using qualitative research methods. The approach used in this study was a case study. Data analysis model was with explanation development. Qualitative research is identical to a critical and interpretative research. After conducting the research, the researcher obtained the result that KH Asyhari Marzuqi was a figure of Da’i who was able to preach persuasively. As a communicator, he meets the standards for persuasive da’i. Meanwhile, the message delivered was also a language of invitation that is soft and without coercion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu aktivis dakwah, yakni KH. Asyhari Marzuqi, dalam menyampaikan materi dakwah. Apakah menggunakan kata-kata persuasif atau justru sebaliknya, koersif yang menimbulkan ketakutan? Dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi persuasif dan teori terkait lainnya, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Model analisa data dengan pengembangan penjelasan. Penelitian kualitatif identik dengan sebuah penelitian yang bersifat kritis dan interpretatif. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa KH Asyhari Marzuqi merupakan sosok da’i yang mampu berdakwah secara persuasif. Sebagai seorang komunikator, ia memenuhi standar untuk dikatakan da’i persuasif. Sementara, pesan yang disampaikan juga berupa bahasa ajakan yang bersifat lembut dan tanpa paksaan.

This research was aimed to reflect the form of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s educational ideas in schools. The kind of this reasearch was qualitative with multi sites approach. Reasearch was conducted at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 and Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School – Trenggalek.The object of this research was the form of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s educational ideas whereas the subject was all the schools administrators. Data were collected through deep interview, documentation and observation techniques. Data validity was tested with; credibility, transferability, and confirmability. Data analysis model was interractionally each other; data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal, and verification. The research result were; first, at MTs Muhammadiyah 2, the form of K.H. Ahmad dahlan’s educational ideas covered: Muhammadiyah values, such as (a). TBC eradication, worry attitude towards the improvement of fundamentalist religious culture in the society (LDII), (b). Willingness to sacrifice attitude grown by the school founders’ core team, organizers, and administarators; (c). The spirit of dakwah and dedication for the nation and the religion. Second, at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School, it covered (a). Charity effort movement for all (rahmatan lilalamin); (b). Amar maruf nahy munkar was formed in the construction of all field of life, (c). Working was the spirit of movement organization.
