The article reveals the method of working with the child's immediate environment, which helps to ensure optimal conditions for reintegration. Partnership between parents, relatives, other important people, social professionals, practical psychologists, specialists and organizations involved affects the overall well-being of the child at different levels of social interaction. The consequences of the specific conditions of keeping and living of orphans and children deprived of parental care in boarding schools, as well as the conditions necessary to achieve the welfare of the child are described. The reintegration of the child should take place as a gradual and controlled process. Constant changes in the conditions of care, forms of placement are detrimental to the child's development, the formation of attachments, so during this process you need to avoid sudden changes and conflicting decisions. The author analyzes the specifics of the process of reintegration of orphans and children deprived of parental care, identifies three levels of social interaction, characteristic of this category of children: sensory-emotional, emotional-social, social-institutional level. In this context, the process of reintegration is to some extent similar to the process of socialization of the individual, which involves the active entry of the individual into all social institutions. The technologies of compiling a map of the social environment are presented, which provides a more detailed, reasonable answer regarding the quality and functioning of the client's social relations; ecomaps, to identify a number of interactions between the client and people related to the client, relevant social institutions, the environment. Based on the analysis of interpersonal connections and relationships, the specialist identifies important and significant people for the child and together with the child explores the possibility of organizing a meeting within the social network, which can be attended by people listed in the map of the social environment.

This paper presents an analysis of the death rituals carried out by Muslims in the Priangan region known as ngajahul. Ngajahul is done on the sixth or seventh day after death. Analysis of the ritual of death illustrates that the ritual of death is not only a spiritual-fiqhiyyah aspect, but also has a role in describing social relations. The graveyard that lay in the cemetery, not only shows the grave, but also describes the relationship between the deceased, the family and the social environment. This research in a sociological perspective produces the concept that the rituals of death and society, especially Muslim societies in various aspects are referred to as containing social cohesion. This concept illustrates that death rituals are not as depicted in recitation forums that see death rituals as a tradition laden with rituals that are spiritually nuanced. Ngajahul is a tradition that produces social interaction and involvement in social life that is produced simultaneously. Key Words : Ngajahul, Ritual, Social cohesion, fiqhiyyah

The process of socialization associated with the development of the social nature of an individual or social group is gaining importance for modern society. The main direction of socialization within sociology is the person as the main element of society. However, given that the socialization of the individual is determined by the nature of society itself, its characteristics and needs, we can say that the process of socialization is inherent not only personal but also other spheres of society. Although we will not deny that the anthropologization of social relations brings to the fore the sociologization of the individual as the main element of social communication. In this regard, the study of the peculiarities of the process of socialization of social interaction, factors, conditions and differences that accompany socialization is becoming increasingly important. Since the process of socialization is associated with a system of information exchange between members of society, the need to reflect and consolidate various social interests, the importance of finding social compromise, it is fair to say that socialization encompasses socio-political communication, in which law plays an important role. The study of the legal aspect of socialization is the theoretical basis for increasing the social role of law, the effectiveness of its regulatory action and ensuring public order. In our opinion, important aspects of socialization of compromise are its characteristics as a means of communication, features of manifestation within social institutions of different levels and substantiation of ways to increase the effectiveness of social functions of legal compromise and means of socialization in law. Compromise at the categorical level can be considered within the three directions of research related to its relationship with the category of conflict. We are talking about organic-structural, conflict-radical and anthropological-communicative directions. The first direction of research reflects society and the forms of its organization as coherently functioning systems. Here the category of "compromise" dominates over the category of "conflict". The second direction of research is characterized by the fact that the category of "compromise" is considered as a special manifestation of the category of "conflict", the latter is dominant in the field of public relations. Regarding the third area of research, the problem of compromise and conflict within this concept is considered at the level of relationships between people, whether macro (state) or micro (group of people). At the same time, compromise and conflict are studied as equivalent interacting categories of public life. A legal compromise has legal consequences, as the result of the agreement of the wills of the parties is the imposition on them of obligations to exercise mutual will. Moreover, the violation of a legal compromise is the basis for the legal liability of the parties. Legal compromise, due to its mediation by legal norms, acquires the attribute of binding and enforced measures. Characteristic of the social action of law is the reflection of its existence at different levels of social interaction, ranging from the individual, social groups, society as a whole. A legal compromise is no exception. Social institutions create an objective reality for a person, that is, it is his social world, in which the appropriate social order is established. At the same time, social institutions are both subjectively and objectively a reality. In view of this, compromise in the behavior of subjects is manifested differently depending on the level of social institution. In simple social institutions (interpersonal, intragroup), the conflict and compromise of the behavior of subjects usually depends on subjective factors that are influenced by objective reality by operating in a single space of other social institutions. In turn, in social institutions of a complex level (intergroup and state, world system) compromise is necessarily "tied" to the order objectively established in such institutions. Thus, compromises always arise between two subjects and are carried out in the corresponding interaction. At the same time, compromises at the state level, in addition to the relationship between its subjects, are necessarily characterized by a constant connection with society through the functioning of legal requirements enshrined in the relevant sources of law.

Family research aims to explore family processes, but is often limited to the examination of unidirectional processes. As the behavior of one person has consequences that go beyond that one individual, Family functioning should be investigated in its full complexity. The Social Relations Model (SRM; Kenny & La Voie, 1984) is a conceptual and analytical model which can disentangle family data from a round-robin design at three different levels: the individual level (actor and partner effects), the dyadic level (relationship effects) and the family level (family effect). Its statistical complexity may however be a hurdle for family researchers. The user-friendly R package fSRM performs almost automatically those rather complex SRM analyses and introduces new possibilities for assessing differences between SRM-means and between SRM-variances, both within and between groups of families. Using family data on negative processes, different type of research questions are formulated and corresponding analyses with fSRM are presented.

The article analyzes the sociocultural basis of constituting the symbolic space, the content of the symbolic violence phenomenon, the cultural and symbolic potential of the toponymics objects. It is established that practices of symbolic violence consist in constructing a system of subjective coordinates by imposing rules, senses, meanings, values that become self-evident. Symbolic space encompasses the collective consciousness of the socio-cultural community and has the ability to form a system of subjective coordinates where the individual's life activity unfolds. The intelligibility of symbolic space is conventionally established, which is provided by the process of socialization. Pursuing the goal of domination, hegemony, coercion, symbolic violence moves the real confrontation into a symbolic environment, directing the influence on the mental structures of the social subject. Giving to senses and meanings a legitimate character is a way to explain and substantiate social relations, their cognitive and normative interpretation. Accumulating the experience of community coexistence throughout its history, habitus is a set of dispositions that motivate an individual to a certain reaction or behavior. Habitus, which generates and structures practices, combines the individual tendency of the actor to act adequately to the situation, the interaction of actors in the community, and the interaction of the community and each of its members with reality. As a historically changing phenomenon, habitus determines the nature of interactions between individuals whose communication skills are consistent with the functioning of social institutions. An important component of the symbolic space and part of the cultural and historical discourse are the objects of toponymics, which explains the constant ideological and political interest in this segment of socio-cultural life. Objects of toponymics act as a marker of ordering social space, a tool for including the subject in socio-spatial landscapes. The renaming of toponyms demonstrates the connection between the social conditions in which it takes place and the reaction of the social relations entity to changes in the toponymic space.

The aim of the study is to determine to examine the current literature concerning the dynamics that encourage participation in sportive/physical activity in visually impaired individuals about the social ecological theory offered by developmental psychologist Uri Bronfenbrenner. This theory argues that the environmental layers have an effect on the development processes of individuals. Three separate systems constitute Bronfenbrenner’s model. These are the microsystem, mesosystem and exo-system, while all of these systems can operate individually on the individual, they are also systems that can work together on the individual. The microsystem constitutes the smallest and closest environment the individual lives. In the microsystem, such as parents, friends, staff (coach, teacher, club president), school, form the micro-system layer. On the other hand, the mesosystem consists of the interactions of different microsystems of which the individual is a part. In other words, it is basically a whole consisting of different microsystems. For example, it includes the relations between an individual's home and school, peer group and family and other social institutions. The exo -system layer covers the social structures that make up the institutional impact and the variables that show the interaction with these structures, such as institutional support, legal regulations, financial support, guidance service, management and auditing. In the study, we used qualitative analysis methods and techniques. We preferred the “purposive sampling” in determining the sample group in the study. We collected data from 13 male and 1 female impaired active athletes participated in the research and the ages of these participants were in the range of 17-47 years, living in Istanbul, Turkey. We used semi-structured, open-ended questions with the thematic analysis method of data. We took notes, kept diaries and recorded all impressions with dates and times. The results of the research evidently layout that all the variables that visually impaired individuals interact throughout their lives have an impact on their participation in sports. In this context, individual well-being, family characteristics, the nature of the relationship with the geographical features of the region and adaptation to the age individuals lived showed that all the variables were in a relationship with each other like the links of the chain.

Article visualizations:

In the documents reflecting the modern Russian Federal policy in the field of education, one of the main tasks is defined as the well-being of the family and the formation of trust in the family as a social institution. In the article, the social institution of the family is considered as a leading factor in the aspect of managing the social situation of a child's development. The partnership of the family with the systems of General and non-formal education of children is presented as an effective practice of social and ped-agogical interaction, focused on the social and mental development of children. The fea-tures of social and pedagogical interaction of institutions of General and non-formal education of children with the family as a subject of designing an individual educational trajectory are revealed. It is shown that in the modern conditions of modernization of Russian education, there is a tendency of alienation between the family and the school. The school implements the main directions of work with parents, which reflect its lead-ership and guiding role in this process: increase of their psychological and pedagogical knowledge; involvement in the educational process of the school; involvement in public administration of an educational institution. The family manifests itself as a social part-ner of the institution of non-formal education of children, whose activities assume a fo-cus on matching the interests, inclinations, abilities of children. The implementation of social and pedagogical partnership is based on the establishment of links between the family and the educational environment, in the creation of which it actively participates. The interaction of n-education with the family creates conditions for the motivated par-ticipation of children in the implementation of their educational routes. There is an in-crease in the importance of such educational practices, which can include the family in various types of pedagogical activities as an equal subject, along with children.
