Waqf has enormous potential in helping to realize the welfare of the people. Waqf is included in the category of muamalah teachings where the recommendation to implement it is sunnah. The realization of community welfare which is the main goal of waqf can be realized if waqf is managed in a productive way. Productive management of waqf funds certainly cannot be separated from the existence of waqf fundraising. This study aims to determine how waqf fundraising at Micro Waqf Banks. The type of research in this study used a qualitative type of research using descriptive methods. Sources of data needed to assist research obtained through primary and secondary data. The process of collecting data in this study was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out through several stages which include data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the fundraising of waqf in the Micro Waqf Bank Bahrul Ulum Barokah Sejahtera Tambakberas Jombang was obtained from LAZNas (National Zakat Amil Institution) then the funds were managed and distributed productively by the Micro Waqf Bank in the form of business loans with a group system to the community around the pesantren.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the potential and opportunities that women have and the obstacles faced by women, as well as to find out how the model of women's empowerment in Mojosari village, Puger district, Jember district. This study is intended to describe the profile of women traders in developing entrepreneurship towards a local potential-based Creative Economy in Puger District, Jember Regency. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model of analysis which has three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

To realize good corporate governance, the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness must be implemented to the fullest. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and efforts to prevent fraud in banking companies. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data sources are primary and secondary data. The data is collected by interview, observation, and documentation. Whereas the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of GCG at PT. BPR X can be said to be done according to the rules, but it is not yet optimal, it can be seen from several problems that exist in the company. The maximum implementation of GCG is expected to prevent fraud in banking companies.

This study aims to generalize the concept of language universality and its axiology in the context of learning Arabic in Indonesia. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The primary data was the regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2008 concerning the direction of the Arabic learning curriculum in Indonesia. Secondary data in the form of integrative Arabic learning discourse which helps the validity of primary data. Data were collected through documentation, while data analysis used Miles and Hubermen model, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. A good Arabic learning must have a universality of language value. The universality language is a system of sound symbols that must be complemented by the full and systematic dimensions of language. The principles which have to be followed in the universality of language including phonology, morphology, syntac, and semantic principles. Thus, Arabic language learning constellation in Indonesia using language universality system will be better to improve language dignity.

This study aims to reveal and describe the choreography of a dance called Tari Piring Diateh Karambie in Kanagarian Payo, Tanah Garam Village, Lubuk Sikarah District, Solok City. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The main instrument of this research was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and voice recorders. This research used primary and secondary data. The data were through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by collecting the data, reducing the data, presentation the data, and making conclusions. The results show that Tari Piring Diateh Karambie a is a traditional dance using a choreographic approach, and it is cultivated by raising the life of nature and the people of Nagari Payo. This dance has been around since 1995. Tari Piring Diateh Karambie uses elements of dance composition consisting of: 7 types of movement, simple floor pattern, top design, music, dramatic design, dynamic, theme, composition, group, and equipment. The movement of Tari Piring Diateh Karambie comes from a combination of Nagari Payo and Simawang. The movements and floor patterns used by dancers have fulfilled the elements of the dance composition. There is also music to accompany the dance movement so that it makes the dance alive as well as it complements the dance. The equipment used also gives the nuance to the dance so that it is not monotonous. <p>This study describes and examines several problems, first, in the implementation of population administration services at the Loket Desa in Wonogiri Regency are touts-free. Second, the model of population administration service at the Loket Desa that is free of touts that can be applied by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency. This research is a descriptive empirical research using an inductive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used through documentation studies, interviews and observations. The data analysis of this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification</p><p>The widespread use of touts' services are still found in population administration services. This happened because people feels that services in population administration must go through complicated and long bureaucratic procedures. In fact, as bureaucratic reforms and government policies progressed, population administration services became easy, simple and free. On the other hand, using the services of touts makes management costs expensive and becomes an illustration of the low quality of service. Based on these problems, we need a new innovation that is "INFO CEPAT, INFO KILAT", by utilizing the WhatsApp application with the automatic reply method and as a means that can be used to find information about village counter services and can conduct consultations on population document issues. Hoped with this innovation, that the Loket Desa innovation service can be free from touts.</p>

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Batik Tanah Liek Citra Monalisa mengangkat dan mengembangkan kembali Batik Tanah Liek yang dulu sempat punah dengan cara membuat kembali motif-motif yang memang sudah menjadi ciri khas dari  Minangkabau. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bentuk motif Batik Liek Citra Monalisa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknikanalisa data dilakukan model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu Motif  Tanah Liek  Citra Monalisa dianataranya motif alam benda meliputi motif Rumah Gadang, Jam Gadang, Tabuik, Kapal Malin Kundang dan Rangkiang.  Motif flora meliputi motif Sirih Gadang, Bungo Melati dan Bungo Rayo. Motif fauna meliputi motif Kabau Padati dan Burung Hong.Kata Kunci: motif batik, tanah like.AbstractThe problem in this study is the Citra Liek Batik Monalisa raised and redeveloped the Tanah Liek Batik which used to be extinct by making motifs that had become the hallmark of Minangkabau. The aim of the study was to describe the shape of the Batik Liek Citra Monalisa motif. The method of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Types of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Techniques of data analysis carried out interactive models related to the subject matter, namely by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study were the Monalisa Image Liek Motif, which included natural motifs of objects including the motifs of the Gadang House, Gadang Clock, Tabuik, Malin Kundang Ship and Rangkiang. Flora motifs include Sirih Gadang motifs, Bungo Melati and Bungo Rayo. The fauna motif includes the Kabau Padati and Hong Bird motifs.  Keywords: batik motif, liek soil.

This study aims to describe the empowerment of Sleman Salak Sinom Parijotho batik in terms of the use and preservation of the batikparijotho salak. This type of research is qualitative. Data in the study were obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The main instrument in the research is the researchers themselves with interview aids and documentation. The validity of the data is obtained by triangulation techniques, data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate whether the development of the batik parijotho had succeeded well in the community, as well as how much the community was interested in batik parijotho salak. And whether the preservation of batik Parijotho is well developed and useful not for the community. Can parijotho batik be superior in comparison to other batik and what is the superiority of this parijhoto batik. Sinom Parijotho Salak batik meaning is philosophical as the hope of prosperity and prosperity of the people of Sleman Regency. Parijotho salak batik is inspired by parijotho plants, which are foliage plants that grow in the mountains.

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.

AbstractThe research objective is to depict the stages of forming of the street children’s autonomy in the Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi, South Jakarta, and the characteristics of their autonomy. We use in-depth interviews and document searches in data collection. Miles and Huberman's techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing were used for data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The stages of forming the autonomy of street children began with treatment, then empowerment which is a factor of the autonomy; (2) The characteristics of their autonomy can be seen from their ability to carry out all their activities independently, to be able to manage their own lives, to control their emotions, to share ideas and to make decisions and choices according to their views.  AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan pembinaan kemandirian anak jalanan di Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi Jakarta Selatan, dan karakteristik kemandirian mereka. Kami menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen untuk pengumpulan data. Teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tahapan pembentukan kemandirian anak jalanan diawali dengan pengobatan, lalu pemberdayaan yang menjadi faktor kemandirian; (2) Karakteristik kemandirian mereka dapat dilihat dari kemampuan melakukan segala kegiatannya secara mandiri, mampu mengatur kehidupannya sendiri, dapat mengontrol emosinya, dapat berbagi ide dan membuat keputusan dan pilihan sesuai dengan pandangan mereka.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.
